We stayed here for a week. Never in my life will I come back here again. Reason: I would go home so fat. 😂 Both breakfast and dinner were of good quality and there was a very wide choice!! Altho there are (unfortunately) many Dutch guests staying there, the menu was not adapted to this. I really appreciated that!! For such dishes you can go to the boulevard where there are many Dutch places to eat and talk Dutch if you want to. 🙄 The rooms were spacious and housekeeping was very good. We had a room on the fifth floor. Room was a bit outdated, but the good housekeeping, the nice beds and the bigger balcony made up for that. Overall personal was very friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable. We stayed there whilst there was a heatwave, but none of them complained. Both pools are fine. Water is clean. Only downside are the people who reserve a bed. There are signs that say you can't reserve a bed, but no personal will do anything about it. The area around the hotel is not for me. There isn't much to do. It's for elderly people mostly. But if you want a quiet and comfortable hotel with shops and the beach near by, I would definitely recommend this hotel! 🙏🏼

Fine hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, great food and plenty of it. Roof top bar and pool area is superb. Prices are very modest for a hotel if you want to buy a drink or light bite. My room had a large balcony that had a view of the mountain, spacious bathroom with a bidet. There is a seating area with kettle and tea/coffee facility but most importantly there was an under counter fridge for my own beers and wine. I can recommend this hotel no problem.

Had a wonderful week's stay at the AluaSun Lago Rojo. The hotel is really well placed with a path from the back of the hotel leading directly to the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were all lovely and more than willing to help with any questions we had. The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms were large, bright and clean. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and sunbathing area, the views are unbelievable! Food was great, very varied with something for everyone. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if I return to Torremolinos.

Brilliant hotel! lovely staff, great food and bar service. Definitely recommend the upstairs sun area and bar, the pool is lovely and the food options up there were great (even for non meat eaters). In general, the area is incredibly accessible. It's only a short 20mins to the train station to get a train to Malaga, which was totally worth it!

Fantastic, friendly and spotlessly clean. Great location very near to beach and shops. Really enjoyed rooftop garden, pool and bar. Excellent facilities in hotel with great food and drink. Rooms massive, well laid out. and well fitted out. Beds very comfortable and good facilities. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Best of all staff very helpful, friendly and caring. Would return in a heartbeat!
