This was our second stay and we loved both visits. The rooms are great, the beds and big and comfortable. We loved the food (other than the desserts, which felt like fake cream in many different colours) and there were great options for all of my family. The pool is amazing and so nice to see the added extras like the inflatable slide and the foam party. The animation team were always lively and fun. The entertainers we watched were great, especially the Kenyan boys. But most of all, without a single exception, every member of staff, from reception, to the cleaning staff, animation team and restaurant staff, were all friendly, cheerful, keen-to-help and made sure that we had a great stay. I'm sure that we will be back.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The service we received was just outstanding from the amazing choice of food, entertainment and service. Also a shout out to the cleaners who made our beds and always put out 18 month old daughter’s teddy’s on the bed pillows. The attention to detail goes along way and it was very much appreciated. I would personally like to see the children’s entertainment to start a bit earlier than 9 in the evenings and also not a fan of the long pillows. The bus to and from the beach club was a bit rough but always on time and made it easy to commute between hotels, no stress. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank you all

I loved my stay in the polynesia hotel. The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. The cleaners were amazing. Everything was just an amazing experience. My little one loved it. The only thing I could say I didn’t like was that she couldn’t go into the Kids area where there was a ballpark under some activities as she’s only two, but she is a sassy two, but that’s the rules but Then for the spa, I was told she had to pay eight euros I feel like if there’s a rule for under three they can’t join into the kiddie ball pool and all the kid‘s activities then the rule should apply for the spa also. Or atleast not pay the 8 euros until the kids are 3

Brilliant service, the hotel was absolutely amazing lovely people and the animation team was lovely and so kind and helpful especially to my son he is always shy at first but than gets involved loved the team. The hotel was always spotless and the whole staff in the hotel work so hard everyday wish I could of stayed longer as it was breathtaking and the food was always lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel and destination we went with jet2 and they were great. So if your a family or just want to get away with friends than this is the place to be. The entertainment was always on point so it has everything for everyone especially if you want a little spa I had one and it was fantastic best one i have had and released my knots so big thumbs up to that haha. Please consider this hotel and holiday destination as you will not be disappointed trust me. Thank you all so much for this amazing experience and holiday we all loved it.

Excellent hotel. Spacious, well equipped, clean rooms with sink, kettle, fridge, china etc.. Hotel full but plenty of space - not overcrowded. Restaurant good, never overcrowded, plenty of choice overall though a but short on vegetarian options and meat options for main course were not as full of taste as I would like. Pool good and Beach Club excellent with efficient transport running continuously between the two. A distance from a good beach - we did not bother to go to one. Inexpensive Uber ride to Benalmadena for nightlife. Hotel entertainment good. Drink service good - almost all of what one wants included in inclusive deal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Strong focus on health and safety - continuous cleaning of public areas. Great location. Wonderful views of sea and sunrise/sunset. Would go again.
