By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The service we received was just outstanding from the amazing choice of food, entertainment and service. Also a shout out to the cleaners who made our beds and always put out 18 month old daughter’s teddy’s on the bed pillows. The attention to detail goes along way and it was very much appreciated. I would personally like to see the children’s entertainment to start a bit earlier than 9 in the evenings and also not a fan of the long pillows. The bus to and from the beach club was a bit rough but always on time and made it easy to commute between hotels, no stress. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank you all

Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining. The bar staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff are so good and work so hard. So friendly too.

Huge hotel with great facilities. The Animation team are brilliant, they really put a lot of effort into every activity and the kids love them. They always try to put a smile on the kids faces and get everyone involved at the kids disco. Entertainment shows are very good. The wristbands are a bit annoying for opening the door locks and I would prefer a normal pillow to the long ones but other than that I would return. Good variety of food and games by the pool.

It was a nice kids friendly hotel 10 years ago. Now, it seems that it has been left apart. Everything is broken everywhere (from the swimming pool ground to the hairdryer in the room). The service is the worst. Everyone from the staff (reception, restaurant, shuttle…) is angry or busy! There is not even accessible bottles of water during the meals nor in the room. I can keep going non stop. The games in the gaming room are all broken and so very old (15 years old at least each and haven’t been maintained like anything else in the hotel). The bedding is the worst… and the hotel is not even close to the beach!

Brilliant service, the hotel was absolutely amazing lovely people and the animation team was lovely and so kind and helpful especially to my son he is always shy at first but than gets involved loved the team. The hotel was always spotless and the whole staff in the hotel work so hard everyday wish I could of stayed longer as it was breathtaking and the food was always lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel and destination we went with jet2 and they were great. So if your a family or just want to get away with friends than this is the place to be. The entertainment was always on point so it has everything for everyone especially if you want a little spa I had one and it was fantastic best one i have had and released my knots so big thumbs up to that haha. Please consider this hotel and holiday destination as you will not be disappointed trust me. Thank you all so much for this amazing experience and holiday we all loved it.
