Everything was 10/10. Staff went out of their way to accommodate for us multiple times, hotel is spotless, cleaners come every day, fresh towels and bedding everyday, hotel floors and windows are cleaned everyday. The spa is unreal, the pool is massive the beach club is great, and you can have dinner and snacks and drinks at the beach club too. Something different every lunch and dinner time everyday. And the food is unreal, loads of options on the buffet. We can’t wait to come back best holiday we’ve ever had. We chose to ignore the bad reviews and we are glad we did.

Amazing place for a family vacation! We stayed at Holiday World Polynesia and absolutely loved it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in a Polynesian style — it really feels like you’re on a tropical island. One of the best features was having a kitchen in the room, which was super convenient, especially with kids. The Beach Club water park was a big highlight — lots of fun for both children and adults, and the free shuttle made it easy to get there. The on-site restaurants were also great, with plenty of tasty options. We’ll definitely come back again!

Rooms are really big. Hotel (reception level 0) it's looking nice. And that's pretty much it. Most of the staff are nice and friendly but some of them are rude and lazy. Rooms are cleaned daily, but cleaners are doing bare minimum ( I accidentally smashed glass i our room, I've cleaned as much as I could, and I let cleaners know to swipe the floor and check all around as I don't have hoover/brush. See photos of how they cleaned it. After the first night, I report to reception we have broken legs in one of our beds (they have enough time to fix it) when we came back to our room after midnight, they left it upside-down. Man, in reception, said to us they have 1000 guests and we are not the only one with problems. So we have to change our room at night. Fear enough, they offer us dinner at a chinese restaurant, but the same food you will get on Tuesday 🤨 At least we didn't pay too much for this holiday. On the check out day all inclusive finished at 12 (even if you pay for late check out). Overall, we will never come back to this place. And I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Just returned from a five night stay in the Polynesia hotel. Prior to departure some of the reviews made me feel slightly anxious about going. We went as a family of 5 ranging from 5months to an 82 year old. We all had an amazing time and cannot fault anything . The staff were attentive and professional at all times. Upon arrival we found we were lacking blackout curtains in the lounge part of our room, one phone call to reception and it was sorted out immediately. We stayed in a big family room that was perfect for our needs, as it included a microwave and fridge etc The food in the main restaurant could not be faulted at all, once again the staff were very attentive and there was a good variety of hot and cold food to choose from. The only thing I would say is the hotel is located up a hill, however there is a free shuttle bus that runs regularly down to the main stretch and the splash park. Would definitely return again!

Hotel is beautiful. Very safe for the three kids. Food is good. Entertainment is good old fashioned fun. Silly pool side game for kids of all ages to get involved with.
