Fantastic hotel, big rooms very clean. Fantastic staff. Great food choices. An amazing holiday I would recommend this hotel for anyone with children under 12 but not a lot to do for older children.

Really nice hotel staff very friendly and food was brilliant a good amount of choice for all. Main reception on ground floor and restaurant on level -1, arcades good selection and spa and shop on floor -2 plenty of lifts kids enjoyed it so a bonus. Things to do out of hotel a bit of a way away main shopping centre 5 miles 1 way and other way a nice marina and sea world 5 miles the other bus fair €1.20 each catch bus 120 goes all the way there. Again brilliant hotel very spacious

We have just come home from a week in this hotel with 2 adults and 2 young children. What a fantastic hotel, all the staff were brilliant lots of food to choose from. The only downside was the evening entertainment (this is most possibly due to it being early season)

Very children friendly from age 5 upwards. Many things to do ,we was never bored! Food was good . Te saff was amazing and very helpful. We had a fantastic time. Will definitely look to visit again.

My recommendation is to better go for another hotel. I am currently at this hotel and I have to rate it 1/5. Staff aren’t friendly, the hotel is very old, the food is rubbish, it is far from the city center, there is no direct way into the beach you have to go out of the resort and walk atleast 10 mins. There are not much activities for adults. All pools are for children. All pools, gym and spa close at 6pm. Shows at night are not structured and are mostly for children. You have to pay extra to get a massage and use the salon. And note that they only have massage chairs, not a real massage therapist. You can’t use the spa without a haircap which you have to pay for first. The water in their jacuzzi is cold. The beds are not soft and hard to sleep in. The glasses and plates in the restaurant are dirty, better opt for the disposable ones. We honestly did not feel welcome. Will never return here. 👎👎👎
