Beautiful hotel in a great location with a wonderful pool, restaurant and bars. The receptionists are really helpful and knowledgeable. I only gave it 3 stars out of 5 because one day when they took away our dirty towels from our room, they did not leave us any clean ones. This meant that we were given pool towels as that was the only ones they had at reception when we complained (it was in the evening). We also asked for more sachets of instant coffee to have in the mornings as we had already had the 2 that were in the room when we arrived at the hotel, and we were told they did not provide any more, only the first 2 sachets as a welcoming. They also never provided milk sachets. This is a 4 star hotel. I have travelled around the world all my life and have stayed in some 1 star hotels where they replaced sachets of teas, coffee and milk every day, so I was quite baffled.

Lovely hotel in centre of Torremolinos close to train station, restaurants, and easy walk to beach. Very clean and contemporary. Room is very good, with excellent bathroom and shower and we had a balcony which was nice. The staff were excellent from cleaners through to restaurant (restaurant head waitress was wonderful) and front desk and were always helpful. Restaurant was bright and spacious and all meals were on a buffet basis. Standard of food good, and always found something good to eat but have had better food at similar hotels. House wine was very good and excellent value for money.

Stayed here the last week in March 25. Rooms fine, bed and pillows comfy. A bottle of bubbly was in the room on checking in, for my husbands birthday, thank you. There is a rooftop bar which has amazing views. Small balcony but we still managed to sit out. Cleaning great, fresh towels and bedding regularly and a lovely lady. The location is near the old town. Public transport is very cheap. Bus stop outside, Benalmedena direction and over the way for Malaga. Close to the train station too (which isn't obvious) a rusty looking shed with glass on one side showing escalators. There is a lift to the beach and back only costs €0.50 cents each way.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in March 2025. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel location is very central, about 3 minute walk from the train and directly on a bus route. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and we had a nice sea view from our balcony.

Great location a few mins from the station. Easy to venture elsewhere on the Costa. Great service from the staff 👏🏻 Room cleaned daily, lovely hotel with a great atmosphere👌🏻 Food was good quality there just didn't seem to be much choice, although this seemed to change as the hotel got busier at the weekend. Nice suprise on my birthday, a member of staff knocked at the door with a little birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Great hotel. I will hopefully be back soon
