Great hotel, just a shame it's a little out of the way, there is a free shuttle but only up to 7pm.
The rooms were basic, but clean,no tea/coffee facilities and the balcony is quite small.
Food not great, but a nice Italian restaurant within a 5 minute walk, would recommend.
The staff were great, especially the entertainment team.
Bit of a queue for the bar, possibly another member of staff would help.

I stayed for 4 days at the hotel and I really enjoyed.
All employees was kind and very attentive.
The food was well prepared, everyday I had something different.
Drinks at the bar were well served.
Room and cleaness of the hotel is 5 stars.
Would come back for sure.

The place is great for kids (the activities for adults and children were amazing). The hotel lack of a higher quality in the food service. Consider the price you are paying worth what the offer (if you are paying more than 100€ a night per person is already too expensive). Drinks are very low quality and the choice if you have the all-included package is even lower. All drinks (including juices) come from syrup and sparkling water, except beer. The gluten-free choice is invisible and they don't care about it: they will offer to you a quick "egg with chips", "a chicken fillet with chips", "rice" or"pasta". If you are coming with celiac please avoid this place, pass through without looking to any of their services.

Great for kids. But no options if you’re not all inclusive. I was told at 12.30 I couldn’t get food other than pizza for my two kids or I’d have to use the buffet. Nobody wanted to help or care. Eventually they did but I had to chase around for 30 mins to get the help. Overall decent wouldn’t stay for longer than a few days.

Kid friendly hotel with fun pool features, nearby rooms to pools and restaurant making it easy & safe to walk around to. Rooms were small and need updating. Helpful staff & good location. Ok for just a weekend!
