12th-19th December 2025. Staff were excellent, My spanish always needs improvement but I spoke what I could and they were very welcoming. The hotel directors wern't afraid to pop by the hotel to see how things were on the hotel floor. They only have 1 pool open in the winter and it's not heated so it's absolutely freezing so for swimming pools, it's better in the summer. The hotel also has elevators for higher floors as well as vending machines, golf and gym. Laundy service is very expensive though however they do have a laundromat with a tumble dryer and washer available but only 1 of each, so in the summer it may be very problematic to access this option but if you can, it's much cheaper. Animals you can see on site include cats and various birds. you will need mosquito repellant as there are mosquitos that lurk here just like many other spanish destinations. Overall, I would come back again, I'm interested to see what the hotel is like in the summer but if you're looking for a quiet winter break, outstanding. 9/10 Do note though: The Hotel is in a nightmare area concerning public transport. There is a bus network which can get you places somewhat. There's no trains or flights and to book uber or bolt to nearby areas are expensive so if you plan on exploring nearby areas, Hiring your own car, despite being risky due to excess costs, would be advised.

Had a lovely two night stay over the New year period. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our time here. The view from our room was stunning and we were able to see Gibraltar in the distance. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and found the choice and quality of food very good. The highlight of our trip was the special New Year's Eve celebration which exceeded all our expectations. Beginning with cocktails and canapes in the Jazz Bar, then to a very special New Year's Eve dinner which certainly was special! Followed by an entertaining and lively time in the Lobby Bar. We had a wonderful time. Overall it is the staff that make this hotel so special. The whole team work so hard for the guests. A big thank you to all staff but special mention to everyone in reception, Isabel the Guest Experience manager and Javi the Deputy Manager.

Since the first minute we arrive in the hotel Lucia gave us the warmest welcome. The staff from the dinner were marvellous and really welcoming. The best of part of our experience, was our welcome amenity that Isabel the guest experience manager prepared for us. Their sense of hospitality is above everything I have seen so far. We will come back for sure!

Good stay for 7 night 2-9th November half board, breakfast & dinner good, comfy clean modern rooms, the hotel is about a 15min walk to nearest restaurant or main street so ideally need a car if you you are going places. A few small dislikes from stay was it was €77 for the weeks car parking which was in our opinion rather high, you can park on the street nearby for free but again you need to walk down and back a narrow busy road, also beware of pricing for drinks in restaurant if your not all in inclusive and paying cash. Basically two cokes small bottles cost €7 sun - Thurs but went upto €9 on the Friday and Saturday and when paid with a €10 note each night the waiter never came back with change, now they would have got the change as a tip anyway but it’s polite not to assume. Overall a good stay though.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in October for two nights. Upon arrival at our sea view room, the room two doors from us were playing very loud music and it was very annoying and rude of them. We reported this to Eva on reception who, after speaking with her manager, Manuel, offered to relocate us to a sea view suite. This was a wonderfully generous gesture and Manuel even called us in our new room to ensure everything was satisfactory for us. This hotel is customer focussed and it really shows. The views are spectacular and the room we had was generous and very comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend.
