We have all absolutely loved our stay here so much. So many of the staff go the extra mile. Our daughter loved the kids club, which is amazing and the staff there are all so lovely. Children cannot be bored here. The reception manager was very helpful and one of the chefs went out of his way to make us a vegan pasta dish with vegan pesto which was delicious. The hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities. The bar and restaurant staff are fab too. Loved the lady in the snack/gift shop too, who was so sweet with our daughter. We would definitely come back here again in a heart beat and can't wait to do so. 😀 😊

If you want to feel like pigs in a pigsty. I recommend you choose this hotel. Expect to be trapped. Paid parking. There was no mention of any fees when booking on the hotel's official website. Our room was directly above the kitchen hood outlet. A really disgusting experience and we paid extra for a view of the ,,garden". The staff at the front desk were rather rude. Next time we'd rather go to the homeless on the beach. The hotel is very shabby and deserves more investment. The Parole dining room is a pigsty. The rating does not correspond to reality.

An incredible weekend getaway with my entire family in the hotel. From housekeeping to the restaurants, everything was absolutely impeccable. The animation staff made it an experience even more memorable. Big shoutout to Raul, Sara, Jaime, Antonio and Sergio from the animation department. Thank you for a job well done 😊

They charged 7 euros for a bucket of ice. (????) The sliding door to the veranda was always getting stuck. My youngest got food poisoning. The hotel was invaded by squeely girls' sports teams. Like, a lot of them. The parking was 11 euros a day. Parked outside. The beach was mediocre at best. No spa. No indoor pool. The staff was very friendly (except for one lady in the restaurant who seemed to have a vendetta against us). The room was clean (except for the sliding door/french windows) There was a lot of variety in the food (although some was clearly reheated and soaked in oil or some other kind of fat). Don't recommend full board. The hotel was close to Estepona and Marbella.

Very disappointed stay. After having a long drive from Malaga airport, we reached the hotel, only to find out that even though we had booked a XTRA Sol Suite Sea View, we had been allocated in a room on the 3rd floor where you could see more of the parking view and less of the sea. We stayed for Semana Santa , to experience the Spanish Easter and relax. We had to complain only to find out that there was another room on the 6th floor. They told us that in two days they can have another alternative for us. When we went to reception after two days, they told us that they have gave this room to someone else. Terrible service. There where a school or athletic club staying at the hotel, and they were screaming and running in the corridors. When you wanted to use the lifts, you couldn't because the kids were pressing all of the buttons of the elevator. When housekeeping attended the room, she left the bottle of waters at the table. There was actually no water left and neither she replaced it nor through them. When we were going at the breakfast area, the first two days, none asked for our room number and we are wondering why we paid to have breakfast inclusive if none is checking that. We order at the lobby bar, and the food took 25 minutes to arrive. It was already prepared meals, from the fridge which were just heated up. Very disappointed taste. In general this hotel is either for school trips or for people who don't care how much money they spend and what service they get in return. We don't recommended for couples. Reception team needs more training for sure.
