Friendly and attentive staff! May, one of the bellmen, made our kids’ stay that much more special by having a basket of goodies sent to the room just for them! Tomas greeted us each evening when we came in. Great pool and poolside bar with a patient and creative bar tender (his name slipped my mind but he made a smoothie especially for my kids!). Shuttles were so convenient and easy to use to get to the parks, and the location is within walking distance to Disney Springs and short shuttle ride to the parks!

This hotel is more of a 2 but because it has a walking bridge to Disney Springs and a free shuttle to Disney I bumped to a 3. Customer service when we checked in was poor, we were given no information whatsoever. Apparently we were eligible for early park entry but didn't find out until after we were back from Epcot. We had to go to the front desk to find out where the pool was, if there was a shuttle, and how to catch it. The hotel itself is very outdated, and sheets on the bed were shabby with holes in them. But the shuttle service was fantastic, and we were able to get late check out which was appreciated. We would stay here again for the convenience as we spent very little time in the hotel anyway.

I booked a night here for prom and wanted to have rooms besides one another with my family. I unfortunately did it last minute but eventually they actually changed the rooms so they can be right besides each other. The room was super cold ( which is very nice considering we are in Florida ) and whenever you want to change the temperature, it immediately switches to what you prefer. The location is wonderful! You can walk to Disney Springs without using a bus or transportation. Only annoying part was the parking. The gate didn’t want to open even though we had two key cards. We wanted to leave to go to prom so we pressed the assistant button and nobody answered back. Eventually our friend got an extra key card so the gate can open completely. Everyone was so friendly, especially the restaurant workers! We didn’t have enough time to check around the pool nor the arcade since check out for us was around 11am. They gave us extra time to pack things up. Never rushed us. A little downside to the rooms was that the shower disposal was either outdated or moldy. Also the windows from the inside/outside was a little blurry to see. Other than that, I love the resort!

My recent stay at a Hilton hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the staff went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness and efforts to resolve issues, the condition of the rooms fell far below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with disappointment. The tub was halfway filled with water, a clear oversight in housekeeping. Additionally, the patchwork on the walls was sloppily done, and several fixtures and outlets were not functioning properly, making it impossible to charge our phones conveniently by the bedside. Despite the inconveniences, the staff were incredibly friendly and attempted to address the issues promptly. However, there were communication delays, and unfortunately, the problems were not fully resolved during my stay. As a Diamond status member, I hold high expectations for Hilton hotels, and unfortunately, this particular location fell short. While the exemplary service from the staff was commendable, the poor condition of the rooms was disappointing, especially considering the premium price paid for the stay. I hope that Hilton will take steps to improve the maintenance and upkeep of their rooms to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all guests.

I was debating between 3 or 4 stars but decided it deserved 4 stars for the location and service. This Hilton is directly connected to Disney Springs via a bridge for easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The front desk agent, Ferry, who checked me in was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He welcomed me and quickly checked me in providing information about the hotel, shuttle to Disney and all of the amenities such as free bottled water and Starbucks coffee. Now for the not so good. This hotel really shows its age, starting when you pull up and see the aging outside. The hallways had peeling wallpaper and in the rooms the bathroom, walls and popcorn ceilings need a major refurbishment. The carpet was nice and the bed was comfortable. If you can live with the cosmetic issues it’s a good place to stay while visiting the parks.
