As a diamond member, I'm use to great Hilton Hotels all over the world, but I would have to say, this one is a favorite. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The greek yogurt, parfait, with fresh pineapple, coconut,and strawberries topped with a brownie was excellent. We really enjoyed the presidential suite upgrade ended up staying 2 extra nights. One pool was a little chilly, but be sure to try out the other ones. They are all different temperatures. I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs, so if one was a little crowded, you could go to the other one. Thank you for the free water coupons that really helped on the hot days. We've stayed at this hotel before, but we never used the amenities. We almost didn't stay here because it only got a 3.5 star review. I would give it a 6 star if I had a chance. There's a walk path that cuts you over to Disney Springs behind the hotel. Thank you for the amazing time. Great service and very clean hotel. We had absolutely the best time. We will definitely be back! Thanks for serving Mickey waffles.

Just had our conference lunch- yummy! It is a difficult feat to make conference food good, but you guys did it! Lots of wonderful options for different eating needs. Everything was fabulous. I had the dill potatoes and fish and those were both cooked to perfection. Also, the servers were so helpful and kind. Please give kudos to all those involved at the fame luncheon.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel, I stay here every year! The staff is just fabulous, so pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are always spotless, there is never much of a wait for the elevators—even during busy events, and I love the convenience of having Disney Springs just a walk away! Don’t hesitate to book here! Jean at the Front desk went absolutely above and beyond for me and my friend for our stay, he’s an absolute asset for this Hilton, thank you Jean!

The rooms are soooo dated, smelled like mildew, the wifi was not working properly nor was the room phone. The bell service and Sujenyi at Covington mills were all fantastic (gold stars). Food options are pretty standard but good portion sizes and cooked nicely. Pool and hot tub are great. Event spaces were large and never felt over crowded.

I stayed here for a weekend trip and had a great time. The walking distance to Disney Springs is great, and there are shuttles available to the four parks on property. Staff was also very helpful, and they gave us a free upgrade when our room wasn't immediately ready upon arrival. The café on location serves Starbucks products, and you can get a variety of sandwiches and pastries to start the day. I would definitely stay here again, you cannot beat the price for the fantastic location and service.
