We came to celebrate our 35th anniversary! Danicha at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and very helpful too. We even reminisced about some history of the hotel. She’s very nice and welcoming! The front desk manager, Deacon, is very personable also. We had breakfast all 3 mornings at Covington Mill and asked for the same server, Kayla. She has such a great smile and was also very friendly, does her job well. This has been a great experience for us and one we needed after a rough year!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the service at the Covington mill was awesome, the buffet was great, we had Rachid as a server and he was exceptional! He remembered details from our trip across the days of our stay, was very attentive, and super gregarious the whole time, great experience! Highly recommend. The DVDnow service is also really cool. As a diamond member, I'm use to great Hilton Hotels all over the world, but I would have to say, this one is a favorite. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The greek yogurt, parfait, with fresh pineapple, coconut,and strawberries topped with a brownie was excellent. We really enjoyed the presidential suite upgrade ended up staying 2 extra nights. One pool was a little chilly, but be sure to try out the other ones. They are all different temperatures. I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs, so if one was a little crowded, you could go to the other one. Thank you for the free water coupons that really helped on the hot days. We've stayed at this hotel before, but we never used the amenities. We almost didn't stay here because it only got a 3.5 star review. I would give it a 6 star if I had a chance. There's a walk path that cuts you over to Disney Springs behind the hotel. Thank you for the amazing time. Great service and very clean hotel. We had absolutely the best time. We will definitely be back! Thanks for serving Mickey waffles.

Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey in Magic Kingdom Park, and were immediately greeted by Jean with an incredibly warm and professional welcome. Despite the late hour, they assisted us with genuine kindness, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure our check-in process went smoothly. We were especially impressed by their ability to communicate fluently in two languages, which made everything even easier and more comfortable for us. Their dedication and attention to detail truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jean, for going above and beyond to make us feel at home from the very first moment!

The hotel is lovely, clean, easy to navigate, quick walk to Disney springs and great food too. But, the best was the customer service. It is something quite special. Must give a shout out to Jenna at the front desk. She was was so welcoming, refreshing and helpful. Highly recommend!
