⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Three stars — and I’m being generous because it’s the holidays.) I’ll start with areas that need improvement, especially given the expectations for Gold members. The photo of the phone and view is a good indicator of how outdated some Hilton services feel. Guests are given vouchers for water—please stop dehydrating your guests and provide complimentary water bottles, like most other Hilton properties. The concierge response time was extremely slow. I also forgot my toothbrush and wanted to order room service, but I was told I couldn’t do this by phone and had to go downstairs, which was inconvenient. Valet parking is overpriced. I walked to a nearby hotel and paid 50% less. The continental breakfast at Covington Restaurant was not worth the price. Now for the positives: ✔️ Excellent location—especially for older adults. The group I was with loved being able to walk to Disney Springs. ✔️ The hot tub is amazing and nice touch with champagne ✔️ Carolina from Guest experience Services and the Market Shop is phenomenal—the blue panda ice cream was yummy. ✔️Jean at front desk, the staff are wonderful, they, the people are 5 star! I’ve stayed at many Hilton locations, which is why this experience stood out in contrast. As someone who works in customer experience and digital health, I’d actually welcome the opportunity to support Hilton as a contractor to help modernize and improve the guest experience. Our check-in experience with Jean was flawless and set a fantastic first impression. Jean was not only efficient but also took the time to personally ensure we had everything we needed. They provided excellent recommendations for local bars and even helped us arrange transportation. What stood out the most was their remarkable patience and attentiveness when we had questions later on. Jean’s dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy!

Even as a Diamond Member, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care and quality of my check-in with Jean in November 2025. Jean took the time to answer my questions and he was able to accommodate my needs so quickly and effectively, I was impressed. Not only did Jean represent everything I come back to Hilton for, he is a valuable asset. I look forward to seeing him again at my next reservation because I know I will be in great hands........ AS for the rest of the hotel: it's not exactly "modern" in its exterior (it's vintage 1970s) but the rooms are clean and modernized enough.The skywalk to Disney Springs is a wonderful bonus. The hotel is HUGE, and you may feel lost, as I did a few times, but the staff, when not dealing with drunken conventioneers, provide guidance.

I would like to sincerely commend Jean for making our experience even before arrival such a positive one. During a brief interaction related to our upcoming stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area, Jean was not only professional and helpful, but genuinely warm and funny. He took a moment to engage with my son, made him smile, and instantly put our family at ease. That kind of human connection—especially with a child—speaks volumes about Jean’s character and his commitment to hospitality. I stayed here for a weekend trip and had a great time. The walking distance to Disney Springs is great, and there are shuttles available to the four parks on property. Staff was also very helpful, and they gave us a free upgrade when our room wasn't immediately ready upon arrival. The café on location serves Starbucks products, and you can get a variety of sandwiches and pastries to start the day. I would definitely stay here again, you cannot beat the price for the fantastic location and service.
