Great accommodations close to so many things. It was very nice to be able to walk to Disney Springs for shopping and dinner. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff from the check in counter to the housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. There's a restaurant, bar, small snack / convenience store, and Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel, and within walking distance of Disney Springs (took me only 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the back of Disney Springs, by the M&M store... So maybe about 5 minutes from the hotel to the entrance of Disney Springs (use the side exit by the pool area, by the way)). The rooms could definitely use an update though. The fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night, and the toilet did after flushing too. The entertainment setup in the rooms could also use an upgrade. They still have DVD players connected to the TVs, and give you DVD rental cards at check in. I think they should switch all that out, and maybe get some smart TVs in the rooms instead.

I have stayed at this location several times for business travel. -Location: Top notch location right next to Disney Springs with walkway over the roadway. This is one of the best located hotels in the area. -Service: I often stay in Hilton hotels for business travel and have never been denied check in at 1-2 pm based on strict policy at any other Hilton hotel. Also expect numerous additional fees beyond what are expected at check in. Parking and resort fee made this hotel cost the same as a Disney Value/Moderate resort at the end of the day despite limited amenities justifying the resort fee other than the pool. The resort fee gets you a few waters and coffee. -Rooms: Rooms did not exceed expectations but were clean. TL;DR: I would stay here if you get a very good rate due to access to Disney Springs but keep in mind that you’re actually paying a lot more per night than the sticker price through hidden fees. I would much prefer staying in a nearby Disney resort with better park transportation and amenities based on this.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been to.. we’re here for a conference and it’s frankly embarrassing to be staying here and the staff is beyond rude. We pulled in for valet and the two guys are just staring at us.. we take our bags out and everything and the guy is like valet?? Like obviously, and didn’t help with our bags or anything. Then we come to check in and all 3 employees at the desk are on their computers, not helping people. And not one of the three available people acknowledges us, until I am literally standing in front of him and he says I’ll be right with you without looking up, and we still had to wait several more minutes, our room is not ready, the pools look gross and they are warm which I’m sure is nice in the winter, but we live in Florida and they do not need to be heated year round. What a nightmare. We had to put our stuff in a friends room, and his is decently clean so that’s one half decent sign.

We chose this location for the proximity to Disney Springs. We wanted to be able to park our car and walk across the pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs. We stayed here last year around this same time and while we agreed that the property was a little tired we decided to stay here again in hope that some upgrades had been made. We were sorely disappointed to find that nothing had changed and looks like it has continued to go down hill. When I was on my way down to get coffee and a muffin I shared the elevator with a family of 5 or 6 that piled in with their luggage. When I asked them if their vacation was over already, Mom said sourly “No, we are moving hotels”. Dad did not say a word as he scrolled pictures of another hotel on his phone. I could tell this family was not enjoying their vacation yet. I returned to our room with 2 coffees and a muffin that cost upwards of $16. First or second bite of the very dry muffin revealed a hair baked inside. Needless to say we did not finish our”breakfast” and decided we would not be eating any more food here at the hotel. Not Hilton level of service we expected. We witnessed/heard a man verbally abusing his partner as he held her captive on an elevator. Not a fault of the Hilton but just another example if the clientele at this hotel. Service at the bar was disappointing. We sat at the bar and witnessed/heard complaints from the bartenders about guests and each other. Not Disney nor Hilton level of service for sure. All in all this trip made us say that this will probably be our last trip to Disney. There are many many places for Floridians to spend our leisure time. We unfortunately will consider somewhere other than Disney and other than a Hilton!
