I stayed here while attending an on-site convention. I was pretty surprised to see the dated room, with large curtains and checkerboard headboards, and carpet. The room appeared clean enough, just dark, heavy in colors, and very mid 90s. Now the premier location for Disney Springs walking and the park shuttle, those aspects were great. The main highlight is the pool area - a 10, it reminded me on the pools at Disney Swan, large, warm, quiet, ample seating to relax. The staff was nothing but helpful, the food served was fine. The main lobby and Starbucks area was updated, but the rooms, conference space, and halls just all need some TLC.

From the moment I stepped in, Jenna at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. She greeted me with a warm smile and provided a thorough overview of all the amenities included in our stay. She also took the time to explain the layout of the campus in detail, which helped us feel comfortable and prepared. My family and I truly appreciated her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish!

Rooms are starting to show their age, especially in the bathroom. But the water pressure is amazing with lots of hot water. The beds are excellent and the A/C is very good! This is a great place to stay and it was a fun place to have a dance competition! We requested a room upgrade which they gave us! Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista Resort. While this hotel dates back to the early 80s, and the outside reflects that, the inside has had a fresh renovation and is up-to-date, warm, and beautiful all around. Rooms are updated, with hints of traditional colors and textures with a modern, luxurious lobby and common spaces. The king beds are traditional king size, and not the more common California king. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Bridge walkway that drops you directly into downtown Disney. Although breakfast is not included, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Service was excellent. We would highly recommend this resort and definitely return.

Lovely venue walkable to Disney Springs with lots of amenities. The hotel restaurant called Covington Mill has a lovely brunch and our server. Kayla was absolutely amazing! Cheerful, helpful and very careful when it came to food, allergies and restrictions. She was a shining spot, admits the hustle and bustle and made us feel so well taken care of during our brunch!
