All staff members were friendly and helpful. Digital key and check in were seamless. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and very quiet. Grounds were well maintained. The walk to Disney Springs was convenient and took less than 5 minutes. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Extremely impressed with our check in experience with Hillary who was still training, she did everything possible to arrange the perfect room for us despite my exacting requests! The room was clean,renovated and beautiful with amazing views. The pools are warm and large with plenty of sunbeds and towels readily available. All excellent!

As a diamond member, I'm use to great Hilton Hotels all over the world, but I would have to say, this one is a favorite. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The greek yogurt, parfait, with fresh pineapple, coconut,and strawberries topped with a brownie was excellent. We really enjoyed the presidential suite upgrade ended up staying 2 extra nights. One pool was a little chilly, but be sure to try out the other ones. They are all different temperatures. I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs, so if one was a little crowded, you could go to the other one. Thank you for the free water coupons that really helped on the hot days. We've stayed at this hotel before, but we never used the amenities. We almost didn't stay here because it only got a 3.5 star review. I would give it a 6 star if I had a chance. There's a walk path that cuts you over to Disney Springs behind the hotel. Thank you for the amazing time. Great service and very clean hotel. We had absolutely the best time. We will definitely be back! Thanks for serving Mickey waffles.

This is where time stands still. As a Hilton Gold member, this hotel is far from what the brand should represent. First thing: me and my husband arrive at the hotel and the line is literally out the door during check-in. There’s two different lines for regular check-ins and Hilton Honors, but only one employee doing all the check-ins?? We waited almost an hour to get into our room after a long flight. We finally get checked in and head up in these wobbly elevators that didn’t even feel safe. The hallways are so old and smelly it’s actually disgusting. When we finally got to our room, we got hit with this nasty mold smell — me and my husband wanted to run out!! And don’t even get me started on the room. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and sink, the sheets were thrown on the bed, and the furniture was covered in dust. We called the front desk to complain and they said they’d send housekeeping up, and of course… no one ever came. We went for a walk to get some fresh air from the hotel and came back to find the fridge leaking inside the cabinet, which got some of my stuff soaked. The next day, I stopped by the front desk to complain about everything and they literally told me there was nothing they could do. Like HELLO??? Spending thousands of dollars a year at Hilton means absolutely nothing to this place. I asked for my bottled waters and for help with the shuttle info and the employee basically tossed the waters at me, told me to scan a QR code, wasn’t helpful at all, and walked away mid-conversation. I didn’t catch her name but it started with a V. Also nothing is included at this hotel — not even parking — and the resort fees are ridiculous. There’s a DVD player in the room for crying out loud. The whole building is so old it feels like it’s going to collapse, everything is just rotting. Please save your money and stay at a Disney resort nearby, because this place is a joke and makes a mockery of the Hilton brand.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista was unacceptable. We checked in after dinner around 10:45pm to a room that was already tired, dated, and well below the standard you’d expect from a Hilton. But what happened next was unbelievable: the hotel shut off all power to the rooms without warning. No lights, no TV, no air, no outlets — absolutely everything went dark. We phoned reception, only to be told it was a “power check” that would last 2.5hrs. They claimed a letter had been placed under our door, but we received no notice whatsoever. Sitting in a pitch-black room at night felt unsafe and completely ruined the evening. When we asked for help — a flashlight, a temporary move, anything — the staff refused. They would not bring a light, would not switch our room, and offered no assistance or apology. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. For a hotel charging $250+ per night, this level of service is shocking. A hotel should never leave guests in total darkness without warning, and certainly not refuse to help when a guest expresses safety concerns. There are plenty of great places to stay in the Orlando area. Unfortunately, this Hilton is not one of them. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
