Unfortunately, it’s a one and done for me. I really wanted to like this hotel as I’ve wanted to stay here for a while now. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in the Disney Springs area and honestly this one was the worst I’ve experienced. I consider myself to be pretty low maintenance and it really doesn’t take much to impress me, but I was so disappointed with our stay here. I will say that the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous and they allowed us to check in early, which was nice. Being within walking distance to Disney Springs is great. However, those are the only positives. I’m not sure how this hotel can be considered a 4 star resort. The parking at $35 a night is the most expensive I’ve paid anywhere I’ve stayed and is ridiculous. The carpet on at least the floor we stayed on is dirty and needs to be vacuumed at the least. The rooms are not only ugly and outdated, but are in bad shape and in desperate need of renovation and repairs. The beds and pillows are so incredibly uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had a walk in shower and only had a shower curtain that didn’t reach the floor so the water flooded the bathroom when anyone took a shower. This room didn’t even have a hair dryer which I find to be pretty basic in every hotel these days. This is not at all what I expect to find at a Hilton and won’t be back. If you’re looking for a Hilton specifically, or just a much nicer hotel, the Hilton Palace across the street is a way better option.

We recently enjoyed a few days at this Hilton during the 2024 Christmas holiday. Daily housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided each day. The carpet was notably clean, a refreshing change from some other Hilton properties we've encountered.
A small but appreciated detail was the consistently warm sink water, eliminating the need for constant temperature adjustments. Housekeeping also ensures that toiletries and other supplies are always topped up.
The hotel's convenient location is within walking distance of Disney Springs, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and scenic views.

FYI - Always ALWAYS put up your "do not disturb" sign! Staff can enter your room any time on the day of checkout (even before checkout) and the sign is the only thing that might stop them.
But "don't worry", they have an internal "procedure" that allows them to enter your room to see if you've left for the day yet, whether you checked out or not. If they don't see luggage in the room, they will clean the room.
I went for breakfast on the morning of checkout, hours before checkout time of 11. I returned to find groceries and clothing missing, and the room completely cleaned.
That's right, I was able to enter and use a room that had already been cleaned for the next guest.
I was able to recover some of the groceries, but the rest of the food and the clothing items were apparently gone.
Hotel management brushes all of this aside as if it happens all the time, citing their internal policy that allows them to do so. They failed to mention the requirement to use the "do not disturb" sign on day of checkout, or that checkout time could be earlier that day if they decide you've left. They offered for me to fill out a claim form, only if the loss was over $100, and implied that it would be a long and possible fruitless effort.
They seem to have completely forgotten or ignored the privacy issue of entering a room of someone who cannot hear the knock (like someone in the shower), as well as the issue of guests accessing a cleaned room for the next guest to find messy (how embarrassing that would be for the hotel).
The rooms were decent. The location was ok, although really only accessible by car.
Parking was a nightmare - huge lot with a not cheap nightly charge. Room keys are supposed to get you in and out of the lot, but that only worked once and all the rest of the time I had to yell into an intercom to convince them I had already paid for parking.

The location, staff , amenities were amazing, walking distance to Disney springs. The only improvement is the room temperature it was way colder in the room and the thermostat had a limited capacity we were told. The staff tried their best to have the thermostat repaired and have an ambient room temperature. Aside of this the hotel was very pleasant, will definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about my check-in experience at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista—Disney Springs, thanks to the Ferry at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, Ferry made me feel like a valued guest with his warm, friendly smile and exceptional professionalism.
He went above and beyond to ensure the check-in process was smooth and seamless, answering all my questions with patience and care. Ferry’s local knowledge and personalized recommendations for Disney Springs and the surrounding area were incredibly helpful and added much value to my stay.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and Ferry sets the gold standard. His attention to detail and genuine effort to make my stay perfect made all the difference.
If you’re visiting this Hilton, you’re in for a treat if Ferry is there to welcome you. Thank you, Ferry, for starting my trip with such an amazing experience—I’ll definitely be back.
