I stayed here for a weekend trip and had a great time. The walking distance to Disney Springs is great, and there are shuttles available to the four parks on property. Staff was also very helpful, and they gave us a free upgrade when our room wasn't immediately ready upon arrival. The café on location serves Starbucks products, and you can get a variety of sandwiches and pastries to start the day. I would definitely stay here again, you cannot beat the price for the fantastic location and service.

Recently stayed for a conference. I felt so welcomed and valued by Jenna during my checkin - delightful way to begin my stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful. One day I had the "privacy" card on my door as I was working, so I missed having housekeeping clean my room. When I got back later that day, there was a bag with fresh towels left at my door. Very thoughtful. I also had an issue with my coffee maker that was fixed promptly. Very enjoyable stay.

Upon arrival from CA our third party messed up the dates we asked for. Our resos were therefore inactive when we arrived a day late. At 6:30 am straight off the plane this was not what we wanted to deal with. Now questioning the remainder of our hotel resos for 10 days we were upset and worried about our visit to Florida. HOWEVER, Miss Courtney at reception totally 100% made our day and stay here. Right away she made a room happen gave us vouchers for breakfast and was super helpful and bubbly. She is a gem! The hotel is really nice and we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast buffet was good !

When I visit Disney this hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. I love being so close to Disney Springs and being able to walk across the bridge to grab a bite to eat at my convenience ….not to mention the shopping. The staff is always great. One of my favorite hot tubs in the states and just an overall friendly experience. If you ever have an issue. Courtney one of the Front Desk managers is exceptional as well. She will always do(within reason) anything she can to make your stay an awesome magical experience!

I stayed at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area with my wife and kids, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Disney Springs, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options right outside the door. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were cozy, and we loved the view from our room. The pool area was a hit with the kids, the on-site restaurants were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the trip feel like the perfect mix of family fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our next Disney trip.
