Staff here so many names amazing..will recommend to our family and friends to come and have fun at this beautiful resort

Main pool lacked chairs or lounge chairs, people were seating on the pool's rim.
Secondary pool, next door,was better.
Food was decent and plantiful, drinks were good.
Room was nice, very clean, bed was comfortable. Room was a little dated.
Service was excellent and the hotel was very clean, some stairs had some debris but is understandable with many people taking the stairs as elevators were a bit too slow.

I very recently stayed at the Grand Oasis Palm Hotel in Mexico, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for their own policies. Despite the hotel’s promises, fresh towels were not provided on a daily basis, which is unacceptable for a supposedly reputable establishment.
We were charged an extra $800 at check-in due to being a group of four in the room instead of two. To make matters worse, the room we were given had a malodorous smell. After complaining, we had to pay an additional $500 to be moved to the adults-only floor of the hotel, The Sens Hotel.
The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms just to find one that could accommodate everyone, which was a huge inconvenience. The lack of cleanliness and the overall condition of the rooms were far below standard. The pool areas were also dirty, and the hotel cabana pillows had obvious makeup stains. After repeatedly asking for washcloths, we were finally given some, only to find they had makeup stains on them. It shouldn’t need to be said that if a towel is stained after washing, it shouldn’t be reused with other guests.
The food was not good, adding to the overall disappointment of our stay. The only positive aspect of the hotel was Manuel and the staff at Miramar restaurant, who provided excellent service.
I cannot recommend this chain of hotels to anyone. The Grand Oasis Palm Hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I will definitely be avoiding this chain in the future. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

We had an awful experience here. The atrium was very grand as you enter however the rooms were completely different. They were very old and we had many issues. There was mould on the ceiling, the TV was fuzzy. The maintenance of the room was awful, lots of cracks and bad plastering. We had a shower curtain which was not practical and made the room wet. It was very dark in the shower. We had no shower head so the water didn't come out well and was difficult to wash ourselves. The taps were stiff. We complained on the very first day about our shower and nothing was done. We reminded the receptionist who was very rude to us when we complained about why it had not been sorted. It took three days for them to fix the shower and even then they never put a shower head on, and remained that way throughout the whole of our stay.
They provide shampoo and body wash. The bed was big and the room was spacious. We had a good view of the swimming pool.
They have two swimming pools, both very overcrowded and not many decking chairs available, even on the beach. We had to sit on our towels as there were no sun beds available! The beach is small.
The breakfast is pretty much the same everyday which we got bored with after a few days. There is always a big queue for meal times, they should have more seating available to accommodate all the guests. We ended up waiting an hour some days just to eat!!! The buffet is ok, it gets repetitive after a while.
We were close to a port where we took a ferry to the isle mejures. I recommend doing this as the island is beautiful and the beach is far better than the resort. We also had a skylift near the hotel where you can see the view of the hotel and beach. I also recommend doing this.
The specialty restaurants were ok but there isn't much choice and they were very expensive. We tried the Japanese and mexican fusion restaurant and it was awful! The waiters don't know anything about allergies or intolerances. The food was horrible and the waiter didn't explain the concept of the menu very well. The dishes were small and we were left feeling hungry so ended up eating at the buffet afterwards and felt like we had wasted our money on what was supposed to be a specialty restaurant. Then we tried the fancy restaurant which we paid a lot of money for. It was pretty decent and the theatrics were good. The waiter overdid the liquid nitrogen on the dessert so the cake was rock hard and inedible as it was frozen.
I would not recommend this resort at all. It was expensive and not enjoyable. The staff are not nice and the food was mediocre. The resort is too small for the number of guests and it seriously needs to update the rooms as they were old and falling apart.

BAD IDEA, DO NOT BOOK.
I had a terrible experience at Grand Oasis Palm during my first stay in Cancun, and I absolutely regret it!
**THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY!!!**
I brought $350 cash for extra expenses on this trip. Upon arrival, I placed my wallet in one of the cabinet drawers and left it there until needed. We put up the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on the door to prevent cleaning. After two days, we took off the DND sign for a cleaning/restock service. Trusting the hotel’s integrity, I left my wallet in the drawer while swimming. The next day, when I needed money, I found only $90 left. I had brought $350 and had not touched my wallet.
I immediately reported this to the hotel representative and spoke to security. They questioned me, I filled out paperwork, and then security came to our room, searched it, and went through my luggage. They invaded our privacy before checking footage and questioning staff. The next day, they questioned the staff who cleaned our room and then called us down to inform us that none of their staff were found guilty. They claimed their staff seemed honest and trustworthy. The hotel prioritized saving themselves and their employees over helping customers. In my case, they stole $260 from me and the bare minimum was done. Not even a sorry was given!
Apart from that, the food was disgusting—undercooked and hardly seasoned. The lines to get into any of the all-inclusive restaurants took up to an hour wait time, only to be served recycled, tasteless food. The hotel seemed to forget they’re in Mexico, as there were hardly any authentic Mexican dishes offered. If you’re looking for a hotel that serves week-old leftovers and steals money from you, this is the place to book.
