10/10 absolutely amazing The customer service is incredible. Every little thing we needed was taken care of. The rooms were very clean and very nice. Again I cannot rave about the service enough. They were kind and helpful The hair dryer in our room went on the fritz, I mentioned it to the front desk and it was replaced within minutes. The food is amazing, the views are amazing. Every day there is very cool entertainment at the pool. From acrobatics to live music Could not have had a better experience We are very happy to have picked this place for our honeymoon

Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Return I was hoping to leave a good review for this resort, but our experience at the Grand Oasis Palm was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we arrived, the service was far below expectations. The staff was consistently rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. The room we were given had a terrible smell that lingered throughout our stay, making it incredibly uncomfortable to relax or sleep. We asked to change rooms, but our concerns were brushed off without any real effort to help. When they finally worked out to find us a better room, we were asked to pay a very high price for it. The restaurants were no better — the service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unfriendly. It took forever to get even the simplest orders, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and unimpressive. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation, but instead it turned into a frustrating experience we couldn’t wait to end. We will definitely not be returning to this resort in the future and will be looking elsewhere for a place that actually values its guests and provides decent service. Do yourself a favor and look for another option — this place is not worth your time or money.

This could be a long post but I will try to summarize the hotel impresses the entrance with excellent architecture and beautiful spaces already inside it is different the first thing only the experience is salvageable by its employees all very friendly professionals and friendly with a smile always and willing to help. I think the problem is how the hotel is run. First the air conditioning system is totally a disaster does not work except the Buffet there is no place in the hotel that has an acceptable climate does not exist and the climate in the room is passable to sleep but without liking to sleep at 18c forget it the air does not reach 21 degrees. There is no place to lie in the sun around the pool, no sun loungers or tables. If you are in the children's area and want to be nearby you have two options: either bathe or sit on the floor. The variety of food near the pool doesn't exist if you want to stay outside and don't use the buffet; you can only eat hot dogs, burgers and fries. The 2 bars in the pool that are very small close at 6 and after 9 there is nowhere to eat or have a drink so you only have the option to go to sleep or go out to Cancun. The buffet is small and cannot handle the volume of guests at 90 percent occupancy. Every day I had to line up for breakfast and dinner. On Thursday, July 3, I was awakened by some construction noises in the hallway of the rooms at 8:10 when I called reception confirm that they were remodeling but that they could not do anything to avoid the noise and that they regretted that they woke me up. For me the main problem is that the hotel is not defined between a City hotel or an all-inclusive beach hotel. And it's definitely not a Luxury All Inclusive hotel as Booking.com says I could say a lot more but I think this is enough so that this hotel is not an option to choose from on your holiday to Cancun my modest advice to stay away.

This was a terrible experience. The property has aged badly, and they don’t seem to put much effort into keeping it clean. We had to try three different rooms because they all had mold—so much so that after checking the third room, the front desk employee admitted they were all in the same condition. Common areas were left dirty overnight. They also had live music every night that went on late into the night. The resort is advertised as family-friendly, but it’s hard to get any sleep with young kids when loud music is playing so late. The buffet area was dirty, and the employees used questionable procedures to restock and keep the food fresh. This is definitely a property that saw better days a few decades ago. If all you care about is price, this might work for you—but if you want a clean, quiet, relaxing, and safe place, don’t bother. We ended up checking out four days early because we tried to speak with management about our concerns, and they simply didn’t care.

Disappointing Experience at Grand Oasis Hotel While the resort itself is beautiful, with a fantastic beach and pool area, my stay at the Grand Oasis Hotel was disappointing due to several issues with the room and service. Check-in was smooth, and I initially asked if the band I was given meant I was all-inclusive. I was told it did, as it would allow me access to food and drinks. However, things started to go downhill when we entered our room. As soon as we walked down the hallway, there was a noticeable smell of mold, and it only got worse once we entered the room. The room itself appeared clean, but it had a strong moldy odor, and the TV didn’t work. When we went to eat at a restaurant, we were told that it wasn’t included with our band, and I had to pay for the meal. At that point, I was too tired and hungry to argue, so I just paid. Afterward, we went to guest services to clarify the all-inclusive options, and that’s when we were informed there are three different types of all-inclusive packages at the resort—something that was never explained to us upon check-in. It was only after paying for the meal that we decided to upgrade our bands so we could access all the resort’s areas. The food at the buffet was consistently cold, and there weren’t many options for pescatarians. Buffet breakfast wasn’t great, but lunch and dinner were the worst. I often had to make a reservation at a restaurant to get a decent meal. The next issue came with the shower. It was clogged, and the water overflowed into the bathroom, creating a mess. The mold smell persisted, and I had to use shower shoes because I didn’t feel comfortable stepping barefoot in the shower. The shower also didn’t have doors, which made the situation even worse. We reported the problems to customer service, and while they were polite, nothing was done to address the issues. It took four days for the TV to finally start working, and no one ever came to fix the shower. We just learned to manage it by turning the water on and off to prevent the overflow, but it never fully stopped. The resort staff were lovely, and I have to say the outdoor areas like the pool and beach bars were great. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and in need of major repairs. We spent most of our time outside, avoiding the room unless it was time to sleep. Overall, while the location and amenities outside were nice, the room conditions, lack of communication about the all-inclusive options, and disappointing food left a lot to be desired.
