Spent 5 days and I wish I never did. We came with a party of 7 and could not get any accommodations for any restaurant to sit together. The food was mediocre at best and when I say that I am being kind. The staff was so rude unless you tipped them but they didnt give us a reason to tip them. The only people that were nice were the ladies and gentleman at check in. The bartender Alfonso and one more at the sports bar. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and this is by far the worst one. The rooms were ok I had a nice size room with a balcony. I had no hot water in the shower but I never asked them to fix it so I can’t say if they would have. The hotel itself needs work the elevators were taking turns breaking down. The hallways sports bar and elevator were ridiculously HOT. None of the restaurants offered bottled water and i definitely suffered from it. I was sick for 3days living off Imodium and pepto. If you want to stay up past 10pm good luck only 2 bars are open and the drinks were terrible. I can just go on and on about this place. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I could give a 0 star. We checked out after 4 hours. Would have been two if we didn't have to argue with the staff on the phone and in person. The staff here is not nice at all. The resort is falling apart. The food is horrible. They wouldn't even give us a check out bill how do we know they will not add extra costs? Isn't every hotel supposed to check you out?
Twin On Deck
Firstly we asked for a room with double beds, they took the beds and push them together to make one bed 🤬. There is no microwave in the whole hotel. They have ice buckets in the room but there are no ice machines in the hotel, you have to go to the bar and get ice. The blankets are as thin as the sheets. The food at most of the restaurants were awful. Not to mention a lot of them had a “you have to make reservations before 5pm if you want to eat there that day “ but the app wouldn’t let you do it. The buffet restaurant had a roach crawling out the soda machine. The burgers were even horrible. The pool is barely safe to swim in. One kid almost drowned while we were there. Shout out to the lifeguard for saving him. It was a horrible hotel experience. The worst I’ve ever experienced. The saving grace is that the bar tenders were very kind and so is the house keeping. And the performances were cool. But no real night life activity.

10/10 absolutely amazing The customer service is incredible. Every little thing we needed was taken care of. The rooms were very clean and very nice. Again I cannot rave about the service enough. They were kind and helpful The hair dryer in our room went on the fritz, I mentioned it to the front desk and it was replaced within minutes. The food is amazing, the views are amazing. Every day there is very cool entertainment at the pool. From acrobatics to live music Could not have had a better experience We are very happy to have picked this place for our honeymoon

If you stay here and do not stay in the pyramid, the rooms are stained and not as good. The pool in the main area with the children and pool bar is pretty gross. If you spend time on the resort in other areas it's nicer. When we went to one of the buffets they did not have a few things like butter for the bread. The resort overall is better nice. If you stay in the pyramid you have access to the entire resort. If you stay in the side building you do not and it affects the quality of your stay.
