I stayed at Oasis Palm in Cancun on November 1st-6th 2025 and had a terrible experience. During my stay $1000 went missing from my wallet inside my hotel room. I reported it and the hotel manager said they would ‘investigate’ it. Nothing came out of it, No resolution no compensation whatsoever! Very disappointing for a resort that’s reputable. They even went as far as saying there might be a possibility that my 5 year old,7year old and my husband may have accessed my wallet without knowledge……INSANE since we were all together all the time celebrating our anniversary! I strongly advise anyone considering this resort to think twice and take extra precautions with your belongings-or better yet - choose another hotel entirely. The lack of accountability and transparency from hotel management is shocking truly. In addition….rooms needed updating, the bathrooms had a weird smell my kids refused to shower in it ,getting a reservation for restaurants were impossible with a group. Some of the employees were extremely rude!

Spent 5 days and I wish I never did. We came with a party of 7 and could not get any accommodations for any restaurant to sit together. The food was mediocre at best and when I say that I am being kind. The staff was so rude unless you tipped them but they didnt give us a reason to tip them. The only people that were nice were the ladies and gentleman at check in. The bartender Alfonso and one more at the sports bar. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and this is by far the worst one. The rooms were ok I had a nice size room with a balcony. I had no hot water in the shower but I never asked them to fix it so I can’t say if they would have. The hotel itself needs work the elevators were taking turns breaking down. The hallways sports bar and elevator were ridiculously HOT. None of the restaurants offered bottled water and i definitely suffered from it. I was sick for 3days living off Imodium and pepto. If you want to stay up past 10pm good luck only 2 bars are open and the drinks were terrible. I can just go on and on about this place. Don’t waste your money.

Rooms are very outdated and small. We had a family of 4 and could barely move around without bumping each other. The bathroom had very little privacy. You could literally see who was in the bathroom in the shower. Bathroom layout horrible, you touch the walls it was so small. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you like motel 6 vibes. Worst resort I ever stayed at and food was horrible. The reservations to go to restaurants had to be done on a app and if you miss your reservations they charge you.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The ramps for people with disabilities are a real safety hazard — they’re poorly built and quite dangerous. The safes in the rooms are extremely outdated; you have to carry around the key, which makes no sense if you’re going to the beach. There were cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely unacceptable. The timeshare salespeople were the worst part — they ask you to tell all sorts of lies and even to show your credit cards. The bathrooms are old, small, and uncomfortable. The TVs don’t have Netflix or YouTube, which is surprising these days. And finally, the air conditioner is so noisy that it’s almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I wish I could give a 0 star. We checked out after 4 hours. Would have been two if we didn't have to argue with the staff on the phone and in person. The staff here is not nice at all. The resort is falling apart. The food is horrible. They wouldn't even give us a check out bill how do we know they will not add extra costs? Isn't every hotel supposed to check you out?
