DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER. THERE WAS ALMOST A FIRE DUE TO PROPERTY NEGLECT. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Our stay was completely unacceptable. Filthy rooms, mold, cold water, smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night, bugs, shower and sink drain completely clogged, ripped furniture from the 1990s. None of this was even the worst part. After making a complaint on Wednesday about the water, plugged drains, and smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night, nothing was done and no one followed up. Our last night, there was almost AN ELECTRICAL FIRE because of the properties NEGLECT. We were about to go to sleep when my partner thought he heard a noise. Went to find the source and found smoke POURING out of the water heater. Called the front desk right away, was told they'd "send someone" around 11pm. Luckily, we had access to the breaker, so we turned it off. We waited THIRTY PLUS MINUTES. If we didn't have access to the breaker there would have been a fire! If we'd gone to sleep earlier there would have been a fire! Their policy and untrained employees in an emergency situation is UNACCEPTABLE. The neglected and plugged up AC line caused the water to drip onto our water heater. We were VERY lucky we weren't hurt or even killed. Took over an hour to be reassigned to a new room. NO ONE from the property has contacted us after I requested. After I called, I was sent to the robot line instead of being directed to a person. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. A manager needs to contact me immediately.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the poor treatment my family and I received during our stay at Caribe Cove Resort in Kissimmee. As loyal guests who have frequented your resort multiple times for business and pleasure, our last experience was disheartening and far below the high standards we expect from your establishment. Our stay, which commenced on July 11, 2023, quickly became a series of distressing events that significantly tarnished our vacation experience. Upon our arrival, we learned that the elevators were out of order, leaving us stranded on the top floor of the building on a sweltering July evening. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the fact that we had relatives over for dinner at our condominium. Still, my sister-in-law, who is in her 70s and has a disability, was unable to climb several flights of stairs. Despite our pleas and requests to be relocated to a different building with functional elevators, Vacasa informed us that onsite property management had denied our relocation and that the elevators would be repaired. This decision forced us to manually transport all our belongings, including groceries, up five flights of stairs, causing unnecessary physical strain and frustration. Two days passed, and the promised repairs to the elevators have yet to materialize. The situation escalated when smoke from the elevator shaft triggered a fire alarm, leading to an evacuation that endangered the safety of all guests, mainly two who were in wheelchairs and stayed through the evacuation looking over rails. For two days, we needed more communication and accountability, as property management provided us with conflicting information and promptly failed to address the critical issue of inoperable elevators. We endured an undue amount of inconvenience before we were eventually relocated to a different building with functional elevators. Furthermore, the unnecessary delay in moving us to an alternative unit resulted in losing valuable time and enjoyment for three days of our stay. The unaccountability by management and the treatment we received throughout this ordeal were unacceptable, and the disregard for the well-being and comfort of guests, especially those with specific needs, was deeply troubling. As guests who have previously cherished and recommended your resort, we are disheartened by the lack of response and the prolonged inconvenience that marred our holiday experience.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Always friendly and have a pack n play and high chair for my baby. The rooms are clean and nice. A little wear and tear on the furniture. Will stay here again.

The property and pool were nice and well maintained. The staff were not friendly or accomodating. There was never anyone at the gate to let you in. The apt was light and spacious. It was clean besides the couch which was stained all over. The pull out bed was broken. The kitchen was large, we made all of our meals with the little equipment included.

Housekeeping is lousy. They do not do a good job at all. Had to even scrub floors on my hands and knees. They use a dirty mop to clean. Don't even empty vac bag. It was filled.
