Loved 4303 at caribe cove, quartz counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, watched a alligator swim from two balconies. Heated salt water pool and hot tub. Everyone is so friendly. Will definitely go again!!

We stayed in building 3050#108. We paid $1400 for trash. Please avoid that nasty place as much as possible. The owners of this unit need to do some major repairs and upgrading to this place. The carpeting was past dirty and the ceiling over the shower had a leak until the ceiling was breaking. The house smell like it was wet which made it even worst. When we arrived the bathroom tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was filthy too. All the appliances need to be upgraded. My family left early because I end up having a panic attack because of the condition of the unit. I am hoping I can show pictures so you will see that I am not just complaining I am telling the truth.DO NOT RESERVE 3050 #108 EXTREMELY NASTY!!!! Three TVs only 1 worked. Called the front desk with complaints but all we got was lies no one came out to check or repair. So disappointed!!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM CARIBE COVE, THEY DO NOT ADDRESS THE MAJOR ISSUES IN UNIT #4102. ONLY FIXED A FEW THINGS BUT NOT THE MAJOR CONCERN WHICH WAS THE OVEN. THE OVEN DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AND DID NOT HEAT FOOD. I COOK ALL MY FOOD INSTEAD OF EATING OUT. EVERY TIME WE TRIED TO USE ANYTHING IN THIS UNIT, IT WAS BROKEN AND/OR DIRTY. OUTDATED APPLIANCES, BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. HOLE IN WALL IN 2ND BATHROOM, RUST STAIN BATHTUB THAT LOOKS LIKE POOP, TOWEL BAR BROKEN. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER, KITCHEN SINK LEAKING EVERYWHERE, ICE MAKER DOESN'T WORK, ANTS IN UNIT, AND WHEN WE GOT IN BED THE 1ST NIGHT, THE SHEETS HAD HOLES IN THEM. FURTHER, THE TOWELS ARE DISGUSTING AND HARD. NOT A NICE PLACE TO STAY-BEWARE!

The location is good 10 mins away from the parks easy route. However the rooms are dated . Brown carpet, brown furniture, lounge / sofa doesn’t look that clean it’s some sort of old wicker style, left over from a local wicker man festival probably, same for the dining table, shower leaks for ages after use , toaster is missing a handle . The fridge is good with chilled water and ice maker. Had to get safe fixed, blinds missing in bedrooms -probably a 2 star.

Used to be one of our go to resorts but it’s gone downhill. Upon checking the first night, the room smelled like the AC hadn’t been turned on in a long time. The hot water in the bathrooms was coming out yellow and there were dead and live insects all over th floor. It was disgusting. Went to the front desk in the morning and spoke with a young lady and she assured us that they would send someone to clean and check out the pipes. When we got back from the parks that day the room was not much cleaner but at least the water was clear. Management needs to do a better job with maintenance and cleaning.
