Our stay at Beach Palace Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, but Joshua stood out as by far our favorite server. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal extra special—we genuinely looked forward to seeing him each day! The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. We loved lounging by the beach and the pool, both of which were peaceful and never overcrowded. Dining was a highlight—every restaurant offered fresh, delicious food with a great variety. The rooftop bar and views were unforgettable, especially at sunset. We left completely relaxed and already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you, Beach Palace, for an incredible experience—and a huge thank you to Joshua for making it even more memorable!

I stayed at Beach Palace towards the end of July and had my wedding here. I had a wedding of about 70 people. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I enjoyed all the food I had on the resort. I enjoyed all of the drinks. I slept great! The resort needs updates but they are about to undergo renovations, so excited to see how it looks after. The bartenders were attentive and fun. I enjoyed the Sky Terrace bar the most. The view from up there was very nice. I had my ceremony on the top of the Sky Terrace. The ceremony was beautiful. The view of the ocean was great. It was hot up there for sure because it was July but they had a water station up there for people to stay hydrated. We ended up having to have our reception in the ballroom instead of the Sky Terrace because the chance of rain was too high (25%). I was not a fan of the carpet in the ballroom so hopefully with the renovation maybe they could update the flooring in there. The decoration was beautiful, though. I had so much food to choose from for the wedding which was wonderful and it was all included. The DJ did a great job. We had a great time at the reception, though I don't think the AC was working properly because it was too hot in there. Overall the planning of the wedding with the resort went well. Sometimes I think there may have been some miscommunication which required a lot of back and forth. Aranza was very nice and did try to make sure I was happy even when we ran into some hiccups here and there. The photographers and videographers were very nice and did a great job. They got all the images we asked for in the alotted time we reserved and helped us pose. The photos and videos came out beautiful. Be aware that when you receive your photos, you choose the photosyou want, and if you go over the amount in the package, the prices per photo are expensive. Overall, I had a good stay and wedding at the resort! Majority of my friends and family did as well. Cons that occurred during my stay or my guests' stay: -Had some issues with some of my wedding guests booking their complimentary shuttle service with the service showing up as not complimentary. Make sure to book way ahead of time because you may need to reach out to fix this with the resort. -I am extremely afraid of bees and really wanted artificial flowers because of that fear, but they would't allow artificial flowers. They reassured me that they would spray a deterant on the flowers so I wouldn't have to deal with the bees but there were too many bees during the ceremony so it was pretty distracting for me. I was trying to hold my composure at the alter but you could see it in the wedding video and photos. I think maybe artificial flowers should be allowed in cases like this to prevent this. -My brother and cousin had a room booked together but my cousin arrived first. Since the room was booked by my brother as Adult 1, they would not let her check in until he arrived. So she ended up waiting a couple of hours before she could check in until my brother arrived to the resort. I think they really need to change this policy if this is their policy because not everyone will always arrive at the same time if they are flying from different places and since she was Adult 2, they should have let her check in without him being there. The same issue arose with the airport shuttle. This is an issue that needs to be resolved for people who visit in the future. - Unfortunately one of my guests had issues with her toilet and waited quite a long time for check in. Also, she was pregnant and asking for non alcoholic drinks, they kept giving her alcoholic drinks. -My dad and brother had issues with their room service meals coming cold. -I dont think the AC in the ballroom during the reception was working/up to capacity. It was hot in there and they said they would look into it, but it never was fixed/resolved. - The water pressure for the jacuzzis in the rooms was very low and the water in the shower would sometimes be cool when it should be hot. Hopefully renovations fix that.

Having been to a few other all-inclusive locations in the area, this has been our favorite spot. The customer service is AMAZING, anywhere from the personable and fun bartenders to the great servers at every restaurant. Don't sweat about their drink menu, as the most fun you will have, is if let you the bartender go wild and have them make something random. Some of the crazy drinks on the rooftop bar and pool, or the main pool downstairs made the trip so special. The level of INSANE detail they take when caring for your allergies is top notch as well. They track that down to the simplest things like ordering wings at the poolside bar. This was our friends first trip to Cancun and they had an amazing first experience, and we will be coming back next year after the renovations.

Great experience! The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and so much fun. We loved Damasio at the pool bar, Andres, Ernesto and Gabriela at Tequila restaurant at breakfast and lunch, they absolutely made this stay amazing for us. Great, great people and the hotel is super clean. Totally recommend.

I am at the beach palace right now. Had the best day on Saturday at the pool with my family. Staff is welcoming and very attentive. We absolutely loved our bartender, the ladies at the kids club and Eugenia, who has been so diligent in cleaning and maintaining our room. We love the food, the atmosphere of this small and cozy hotel. It is in need of renovations which we understand is coming soon. However, I want to point out that we feel “robbed” of a day of relaxation when we were almost forced to participate in the time share presentation to gain a free day pass to the Grand. Right when we were presented with this option (upon or arrival to the hotel) we denied it saying our family carefully chose the beach palace due to its great reviews and we were looking forward to spending great relaxing days here, which is what we came to Cancun for. Rosario was quick to point to the TV with all the “amazing activities” at The Grand and lured our kids to it. She told us that after 1 afternoon at the Beach Palace we would be so bored that we could not pass this opportunity. So finally we agreed to go on Sunday and let me tell you it was the opposite of what our family needed. As with all Time shares, we were pressured to purchase the membership, the presentation took way over 1 hour and a half and my kids were overstimulated (I have a neurodivergent daughter). The waterpark although great was not what we needed or wanted. We are from Orlando so in comparison with what we have there, this place was not the experience we were looking for in Cancun. And Rosario knew that because we told her so. After we said no to the presentation we were left at the Grand with very minimal information on what to do and where to go. They kept sending us from place to place before granting our say passes. The hotel is beautiful but again, NOT what our family needed or wanted, especially on this day since it was my husband’s birthday. We came for a relaxing time and yesterday was the opposite of it. We only have 2 more days in Cancun which are booked with tours and we will not get to spend another relaxing day at the pool like we wanted to because we were made to believe that missing the opportunity to go to the Grand would highly impact our stay. This experience has highly impacted our stay and our view of this place. Would give more stars if it weren’t for it as we believe The Beach Palace is still what our family needed. I think it’ll look great after renovations. Just hope they’ll stop luring people to go on time share presentations because even though they say it isn’t time share, that’s exactly what it is!
