This is the first resort I've stayed in that I completely loved. The service ,the staff & the resort itself was 5 stars. I loved the app where you can order just about anything. I ordered a roll away bed through the app & it came within 30 minutes. The room service was top notch. I enjoyed the pools especially the morning biking exercise in the pool with Luis. He is hilarious & engaging. I would definitely return for another wonderful vacation.

**Horrible Experience - Health Hazard!**
I recently stayed at Beach Palace Cancún and had a terrible experience. Our room had black mold, which is a serious health concern. When we complained, they moved us to another room but shockingly sent us a bill for it! I did not feel comfortable staying at this place, compromising our family's health. This is unacceptable, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even to an enemy. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety!
On top of it the Customer Relations offer us a compensation (massage) unbelievable , and try to charge us a fee to use the “compensation “

Great Food and Service. The Staff do a great job remembering you. Especially if you give them a Dollar or two when they serve you. Staying Positive will always make your stay my Pleasant.

Absolutely gorgeous water, great beach for the area. Pretty disappointed by the service in comparison to the Moon Palace location. Drinks were watered down, food wasn't as fresh (everything was pretty dry), property wasn't as clean. Felt like a significant step down in every way except the beach.

I booked a trip for my family of ~ 20 people. The beach was beautiful. We had the ocean view and LOVED it. The rooms were clean and the employees were fantastic. Although the entertainment was limited in my opinion, we especially enjoyed the illusionist! It was incredible. The food was good! I also loved their bathroom products, it helped with beach hair and dry skin from the sun!
