This is the first resort I've stayed in that I completely loved. The service ,the staff & the resort itself was 5 stars. I loved the app where you can order just about anything. I ordered a roll away bed through the app & it came within 30 minutes. The room service was top notch. I enjoyed the pools especially the morning biking exercise in the pool with Luis. He is hilarious & engaging. I would definitely return for another wonderful vacation.

We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy our stay. I don’t care where you stay, there will always be Negatives if you look for them. I ALWAYS look for the positives and try to promote them.
Great Food and Service. The Staff do a great job remembering you. Especially if you give them a Dollar or two when they serve you. Staying Positive will always make your stay my Pleasant.

This hotel is not what it’s hyped up to be. The hotel looks way older because of lack of maintenance. Everything is rusted, walls need to be repainted…overall everything is outdated. The reason why I’m actually taking the time to do the review is because just now my wife was taking a shower and the room ran out of water. My wife is standing all full of soap not being able to rinse. I called the service desk and they said someone would look at it…15 minutes later and we are still waiting. The only good thing is the food so far. The service has been good too. Updating rating…

I booked a trip for my family of ~ 20 people. The beach was beautiful. We had the ocean view and LOVED it. The rooms were clean and the employees were fantastic. Although the entertainment was limited in my opinion, we especially enjoyed the illusionist! It was incredible. The food was good! I also loved their bathroom products, it helped with beach hair and dry skin from the sun!

The food was decent overall, room service was excellent and always on top of cleaning the rooms, the pool and beach views/access were amazing! But what topped off everything was the service. Franco is the man! He made the trip for our family with his activities by the pool and at night. Alfredo (bartender on roof) was great! Made us feel like we were the only customers on the resort and remembering all our drinks, etc. Each one of the staff was excellent and accommodating. The service and people are what makes this place great!
