We had a fabulous time with our large group (six in our family and five in my brother's family)! Both of us had the combined rooms (walk-through door) between the kid and adult room. The maids were so great each day, and they were very quick to resolve any issues we found (clogged toilet, accidentally locked safe, or the like). The food was so tasty, and of course: plentiful. My little ones were so happy to be able to get "unlimited" fruit smoothies and ice cream whenever they wanted! The different restaurants did a great job trying to seat the eleven of us at one table, or sometimes multiple tables right next to each other. The hotel is well seated with the beach right there! It would take us only 60 seconds from our hotel room (depending on the elevator wait). We also had a great time with the activities and events. We played many sports (beach soccer and flag football, water volleyball and polo) and also enjoyed the mechanical surfboard. The crowd favorite was the inflatable obstacle course in the pool; so fun!! We will definitely be coming again!

We booked a deluxe room with ocean view. As described, you could view the ocean from a distance, but that's it. I was kind of disappointed that it didn't have a better view of the ocean. The room was spacious and decently equipped, but was nothing too be excited about. The showers and Jacuzzi could help from some renovation. Food was amazing with hundreds of options to choose from. Liquor was abundant and staff was ready for service. Playroom was a great way to have some private time just with your partner. The location was great with a lot of privacy and safety.

Unacceptable Departure Transfer – Left Without Warning Our departure from Beach Palace Cancun was a disaster, thanks to their completely unprofessional airport transportation service. We had a confirmed shuttle scheduled through the resort and were waiting in the lobby. Shockingly, the transportation left without us — with zero warning or attempt to find us, even though we were sitting just steps away from the entrance. We only found out what happened after asking the front desk why the shuttle was late, only to be casually told, “Oh, they already left.” No apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation. We were left scrambling to arrange a last-minute ride to the airport, stressed out and worried about missing our flight. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a resort that claims to offer premium service. Disappointed by the Resort Credit Gimmick I was really excited about the generous resort credit offered when booking Beach Palace Cancun, but it turned out to be more of a marketing gimmick than a real benefit. They advertise a high amount of resort credit to make the package seem like a great deal, but when it comes time to actually use it, it’s a completely different story. Most of the tours and experiences you actually want to do end up having “extra fees” or conveniently aren’t available with credit. Staff heavily push the paid options instead, making you feel like you’re being upsold the whole time. It felt more like a bait-and-switch than a perk. Honestly, I would have preferred more transparency upfront rather than being misled. This really put a damper on the whole experience for us. If you're booking here for the resort credit, don’t get your hopes up — it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

We had a great 4 day, 3 nights stay at this resort. This is great place for family, with pools and nice, clean private beach access. Staffs were friendly and cooperative. I only wish they would change the buffet menu frequently as it became monotonous after a few days.

Stayed at the beach palace for 1 week and was very impressed with the service and the food quality was excellent. Our favourites were the smokehouse and tavola restaurant.The buffet(tequila) was excellent too ,the only fault we could find was the same food every day and why was there no fruit on at lunchtime? Beach was excellent and well served by waiters who would bring you drinks all day. Pool was also good for this but you have to get there early for a prime spot as most had towels reserved on them . Even at 6am .best spot is the rooftop pool as we found it easy to get a spot up there everyday.Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lagoon view which was great in the afternoon for sun . entertainment at night was good . Really enjoyed the Micheal Jackson show. They are having a big Reno soon which is needed but would definitely come back again .
