Beach Palace was a fantastic choice for our family vacation. Our room was spacious with beautiful ocean views - perfect for unwinding after busy beach days. Our kids (2 & 4) loved the waterslide and spent hours playing in both the pool and the playroom.
We were impressed by the food quality across all restaurants - definitely exceeded our usual all-inclusive expectations. The laid-back vibe made it easy to relax with young children.
Special shout-out to Francisco, our poolside waiter who took care of us each day. The guest relations team also deserves recognition for making my wife's and son's birthdays extra special with balloons and a dessert.
Beach Palace strikes a great balance of comfort, service, and value. Perfect spot for families looking for a stress-free vacation.

We were there Christmas time for over a week, beach is good although there is no enough beach loungers available that is proportionate to the number of guests.
rooms are decent, food is really poor in variety at the buffet and there a la carte options there are a joke!!
We faced a money theft issue, all our cash was stolen from the room safe, hotel staff seemed to be helpful and doing invitations even engaging police just to make time pass until we leave the property and since then they are not responding to our communication or even cooperating with the travel agency to solve the problem, I allowed them a month to see any progress with no luck at all!!
Other small items can disappear from the beach area like sunscreen bottles and when checking at the lost and found they claim we didn’t get anything.

Our trip was wonderful. While the resort is a little run down in places, the food was great and the staff was amazingly attentive. Everyone had a smile and I didn't go 20 minutes without someone asking me if I wanted another drink.

My family and I had a pleasant stay with an amazing view of the ocean. Entertainment was OK; the entertainers are friendly and enthusiastic and provided some good entertainment.
If you just want to chill by the pool or beach, there's no need to leave the resort. You'll have a great time, and they'll just keep bringing you food and drinks!
The only unpleasant thing about our stay was the aggressive sales pitches. Be warned that if you are offered "a tour of our sister property, the Moon Palace", it's really a time share pitch and it will take MUCH more time than they tell you. They call it a "membership, but it's the same thing. If you take the trip to Moon Palace, be ready to spend a full half day getting the hard sell.

I like going here. You can't really beat the location. The food is great. My only gripe with this trip was that there was one elevator out of service every day that we were there. The stairs aren't readily accessible or advertised in any way (and were closed a couple of days also for painting), so the waits for the elevators were, at times crazy long. 1st world problems, I know. But for the money you're paying to stay there, standing around for up to 10 minutes to get an elevator up 2 floors is a bit silly.
