We booked the resort with friends for spring break 2025. If you're going for a senior trip, book somewhere else. We were forced to book two rooms for the 4 of us (me, husband, our 18 year old and 21 year old). Told their policy doesn't allow more than 3 adults in one room. Their "adult age" is 13. Even though the website said two queen beds. They were full size beds in reality. There is not much night life, the club was pretty empty every night. My husband and 2 other adults got really sick on our last day and all remained sick for a week! They all had fevers and major stomach issues (I'll spare details). The resort refused to take any responsibility for it. Very disappointing. The resort even tried to down play their illness to an upset tummy. All 3 adults were so sick, they each went to the doctor twice and none of them could return to work for a week. Breakfast was not good and it's so chaotic. We tried booking the spa since we booked as preferred club and were supposed to receive complimentary hydrotherapy, and they were hard to get into. It's like they made it hard so you'd give up. Even at the preferred club lounge, I asked for my free beach bag, that others received, and was told I didn't get one because I was at a different level. We all had the same exact booking. Believe me, book somewhere else!

We had a great family trip here! We booked a family suite for five people and the rooms were a great size, very comfortable, and the bathroom showers were awesome. The food was great overall. The only downside was using the app to book restaurant reservations, it was very annoying and honestly didn’t work well. The kids loved the pool. There’s only one, but it’s huge, and it was easy to find a place to sit throughout the day. The beach area was on the smaller side but still very nice. We chose this resort specifically for elderly family members with limited mobility. Unfortunately, they were sick missed the trip, but this resort would have been perfect for them. Everything was easy to get to, didn’t require a lot of walking, and stairs were avoidable. The coffee cafe was everyone’s favorite spot (great coffee and snacks). The kids didn’t enjoy the kids’ room much, but the teen area had some fun game options. The spa was awesome, and the workout room was decent. Overall, it was a great trip. Excellent service, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend for families and guests with mobility concerns, or those wanting a quieter but still kid friendly option.

We had an amazing stay at Dreams Vista Cancun, and the service truly made the trip exceptional. Benjamin, our pool concierge, was incredible—he took care of everything and made our pool days completely stress-free. All of the pool servers were great, but Brian stood out as the best with his consistently attentive and friendly service. Cesar at the poolside grill went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care really elevated our experience. The staff across the resort made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Because of the outstanding service, we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience.

Just returned from a week stay with the family. Smaller property with a small beach area. Tried the buffet on Saturday night when we arrived and all I can say is it was absolutely disgusting. I've seriously had better food at Cuban resorts than the slop at the buffet. The a la carts were much better. Room service was ok, slow and often missing parts of the order but of acceptable quality. Staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. 1st floor pool was unheated but temperature wasn't all that bad for us, although some other guests were complaining. I liked the fact that music wasn't blasting like at some resorts so you could actually relax and have a conversation. The mangrove swamp next door does smell at times but that's just part of nature I guess. Noseeums were annoying outside during afternoons sometimes and worse at night, but not horrible. If you're not a pool person or into hotel activities there's really not much to do here, personally I prefer a larger resort with walking paths but that's just me. My family overall enjoyed the stay and would consider returning at some point.

This hotel has its ups and downs. For ups id say I really liked the all inclusive food and activities. That’s the only up. The buffet almost made me throw up. The drinking water there can make you sick. The biggest down for me is the restaurant policy’s. I have a 12 year old daughter literally about to turn 13 which would mean she could go into the nicest restaurant they have. They instantly kicked us out when they read her birthday. That restaurant was the nicest restaurant there. No screaming children’s and genuinely good food. I couldn’t understand the workers too well either. Not only that but the pool temperatures were stupidly freezing. My own children who will go outside in the snow with no coat even said they didn’t like the pool. The main pool was also very tiny. If you were to go here I’d say don’t come with kids. Did I like my experience? Absolutely not. Will I be coming back? Absolutely not. This made me not want to go to Mexico anymore. I hope to hear that in the future things will change.
