My wife and I have had the best experience at the rooftop bar. Elmer, in particular, was fantastic—always helpful, on point, and extremely professional. He makes amazing drinks and truly stands out. The entire staff at the bar and hotel were excellent, contributing to a wonderful stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a memorable time!

Recently went for my son's wedding. It was over 60 of us on this trip. Several had issues with their rooms, the staff, and the food. My room was great! I had positive interactions with the staff and had a spa treatment that was amazing! I was not impressed with the food. I was surprised that you had to pay for some steaks at one of the restaurants. I travel all over the world and have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and I never had to pay for any food unless it's private dining. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but probably will not return.

I recently stayed at this resort and I had an amazing time! All of the staff are kind and very welcoming. Gladys from the spa gives the most amazing massages and Max and Samuel from the entertainment team are very funny and amazing at their jobs!
There were a lot of food options even room service until late at night if you get hungry.
We also went golfing at the golf course beside the resort my boyfriend really enjoyed it and it was super easy to get there you walk down the beach and an employee picks you up in a golf cart. It was about $116 USD per person for a round of golf.
All in all my boyfriend and I had an amazing trip.

Had a fabulous time with my family. Enjoyed every meal, the food did not disappoint. Pool and beach access was great. Rooms so clean and AC was working perfectly. Would come back again and again!

Good amount of activities to do with friends or family. Plenty of sports to try out and not feel repetitive. The staff was great for majority of the stay. I do wish that you were able to use the beach during the night but they do not allow it. Also, the pool and the jacuzzi closes a bit early.
The gym is quite small for such a big resort and they could benefit from having more varieties of machines.
The restaurants overall are decorated nicely but the food it's not great, while also taking a very long time to serve the food. The sushi at the sushi bar by the beach was not good. The service and quality of the cuts were poor.
Overall rating: I will not have this resort as my first option for a next time in Cancun unless major upgrades in service and quality of venues are completed.
