My family and I stayed here for 10 days during spring break and had the best experience! The employees were so friendly and attentive always there to help or grab you a drink. I would highly suggest getting the upgrade to the Club Level, access to the rooftop pool was such a nice experience. It is an adults only area (our whole group was 18+), it is a bit calmer area and the views are stunning. We ate at all of the restaurants they had on site and had nothing but amazing things to say about them. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing and the staff was so attentive and kind. Our rooms were large and had a comfortable king sized beds in them. The patio had a nice set of chairs and table, perfect for your morning coffee. The activities they have organized around the resort are also a nice touch, they had everything from beach volley ball, pickle ball, surfing, tequila tasting and so many more! I cannot recommend this resort enough, we had a great time!

Dreams was top notch we came for a Hindu wedding everything turned out great the staff is attentive when you call they’ll be back there right now, food isn’t too bad isn’t too good either however the drinks in some bars could be more original but overall I enjoyed this hotel so much. The pool is breathtaking and big definitely worth it, I would love to come back if I have more time and experience more of Mexico. The beach ahhh so gorgeous and our view was stunning!! Thank you dreams for making our experience and events a very wonderful trip

Top notch...the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The food was excellent. And it wasn't difficult to get chairs by the pool.
The only negative was the in-room snacks were lacking, when asked for additional snacks they only have Pringles and M&M Peanuts.
We even played a round of golf, and the course was great and very challenging.
I would definitely recommend this resort.

Beautiful resort in the Northern part of Cancun. The resort is clean and well taken care of. The employees really make you feel comfortable and help you with anything you need. The restaurants are all good. I don't think I can say anything bad about any of them. The only thing I disliked was right after check in a member of their "VIP" team takes you away and tries to convince you to listen to their vacation club and takes about 20 min of your time.
