By far one of the best vacations I've been on! The entire staff are some of the most friendly people I've ever met from the time we got off of the shuttle until the time we departed. The 2 bartenders inside, Miguel and Francelyn were awesome and made some great drinks, our concierge, Priscilla, was extremely helpful any time we needed anything or had a question, and our waiter on the beach, Ernesto, was very attentive and took great care of us, even as busy as he was. All in all, a wonderful trip with my family with a lot of memories. Thank you to the entire staff, keep up the great work!

Just spent a week at this resort and we had a great time. Can’t beat the beautiful aqua beaches, pool side service was awesome. Loved the Micheal Jackson show our last night, yoga with Tanya, and it’s just a quick walk to the downtown night life. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Great place, great location, very quiet, relaxing, not noisy and crowded like other resorts, fun classes and restaurants, especially the new Asian hibachi restaurant. The kayaks, yoga class, sushi making class, and swim up bar are awesome, met a lot of sweet people and employees. The burgers are incredible and probably my favorite dish they provided( with pineapple) I did notice some dining options were not consistent or made the same every time like the calamari was made differently on a few occasions at the same Italian restaurant they have on sight one day it was not breaded, the next day it was. The public/ hidden hot tub with the view of the marina is incredible, the pool is fun, and the staff was helpful and friendly! The room service was subpar, we would call and ask for something, for example like a knife so we could cook steak and cut watermelon in our private rooms and had to call and ask 2-3 days straight, they would say coming right up, and then never come. When we finally asked on the third day they said they only had butter knife’s. That was inconvenient and a little disappointing, but all in all it’s a beautiful space. Our room was big and the fridge was stocked with complimentary beer, soda, water and fruit, which we loved and were very appreciative of. I also love that we could visit the other resort and swim in the ocean via the shuttle included. Wish there was surf board rentals. Would have been sweeeeeet. Just a recommendation.

Food is just so-so, which isn't good for an all inclusive. Mattress was too soft but the room was fine. Great view of the ocean from our room. Service is great, but despite the fact that I bought multiple weeks years ago, we won't be back. Too many taxes and hassle to visit Cancun and everything has gotten very expensive.

Great place for an all inclusive option, food was excellent but the service was best. The entire staff was at the top of that game. Sergio, the concierge captain was exceptional. We had an excursion with a tour company that was cancelled due to weather and Sergio can through in the clutch with a laundry list of alternatives. You rock Sergio, We're looking forward to our next visit. Best part of staying with them, you have access to the other Sunset resorts. Highly recommend the water taxi to Sunset Marina, it was an awesome ride.
