As a guest at Royal Sunset, I must express that my experience fell far short of my expectations. Here's a brief summary of the issues I encountered: - The food was consistently terrible. - There were sewer connections between rooms that caused a persistent, unpleasant smell from the bathroom. This was not a one-time issue; it was a constant problem and seemed to affect the entire facility. - Room service was extremely slow. - Most importantly, despite having an all-inclusive package that promised excursions and transportation, we were charged $45 per person for the hotel bus to these excursions. Given these issues, I will not be returning.

By far one of the best vacations I've been on! The entire staff are some of the most friendly people I've ever met from the time we got off of the shuttle until the time we departed. The 2 bartenders inside, Miguel and Francelyn were awesome and made some great drinks, our concierge, Priscilla, was extremely helpful any time we needed anything or had a question, and our waiter on the beach, Ernesto, was very attentive and took great care of us, even as busy as he was. All in all, a wonderful trip with my family with a lot of memories. Thank you to the entire staff, keep up the great work!

Just spent a week at this resort and we had a great time. Can’t beat the beautiful aqua beaches, pool side service was awesome. Loved the Micheal Jackson show our last night, yoga with Tanya, and it’s just a quick walk to the downtown night life. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Great place, great location, very quiet, relaxing, not noisy and crowded like other resorts, fun classes and restaurants, especially the new Asian hibachi restaurant. The kayaks, yoga class, sushi making class, and swim up bar are awesome, met a lot of sweet people and employees. The burgers are incredible and probably my favorite dish they provided( with pineapple) I did notice some dining options were not consistent or made the same every time like the calamari was made differently on a few occasions at the same Italian restaurant they have on sight one day it was not breaded, the next day it was. The public/ hidden hot tub with the view of the marina is incredible, the pool is fun, and the staff was helpful and friendly! The room service was subpar, we would call and ask for something, for example like a knife so we could cook steak and cut watermelon in our private rooms and had to call and ask 2-3 days straight, they would say coming right up, and then never come. When we finally asked on the third day they said they only had butter knife’s. That was inconvenient and a little disappointing, but all in all it’s a beautiful space. Our room was big and the fridge was stocked with complimentary beer, soda, water and fruit, which we loved and were very appreciative of. I also love that we could visit the other resort and swim in the ocean via the shuttle included. Wish there was surf board rentals. Would have been sweeeeeet. Just a recommendation.

My name is Adeola.Thee people are very dubious and unprofessional. i booked a package since April and they took my money and never booked my rooms. I called this month, few days to the trip and realized that my rooms were never booked even after collecting my money. They kept transferring my calls for almost two hours before i finally spoke with someone. The packed was for four people which was myself and my three kids and now they are insisting my husband must be part of the package, mind you this wasn’t what i agreed to before purchasing. They ended up canceling my bookings without letting me know and they plan to charge me $75 in order to refund my money. Do not use your debit card to make any transactions with these people they are very dubious.
