Had a great 3 day stay here out of season in February. Service and staff couldnt be faulted. Rooms were big and clean, and the grounds perfectly kept even though it was less than half full. I would stay again without hesitation. Maybe next time we will go in season and try the water park as the weather wasnt hot enough to go in the water (which was freezing). There is a lovely heated outdoor pool which all ages can enjoy and the spa facilities impressive. All in all a great experience for a first trip to Morocco. Wifi is less than reliable outside but if youre not laptop reliant its not a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club and honestly couldn’t fault it, especially as a family with children. The kids club is outstanding and clearly run by people who genuinely care. There is so much attention to detail for the children, from activities to how they are spoken to and included. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Sarah and Fleura, who have been absolutely lovely with the children. They went above and beyond to make them feel happy, confident and excited to come back each day. It really made a difference to our stay and meant we could relax knowing the kids were having the best time. The food has been incredible with plenty of choice and great quality, and the service throughout the hotel has been excellent. Staff are always smiling, helpful and attentive. The pools and slides are perfect for kids of all ages, clean, well supervised and so much fun. Our children never wanted to leave. Overall, this is a brilliant family hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing staff. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone travelling with children.

The experience was amazing, this is my second time coming here after we had a baby. From the reception to the animation team everything was amazing.The animation team kept us engaged every day and the shows they did was amazing especially the dance show, i loved the table tennis competition/darts/zumba dance. Overall I would recommend the place. Also the food was great, the cleaning staff were amazing, they added petals on the bed and floor making us feel like royalty. The waiters were exceptional especially Soukina, she made our baby very happy. The reception people and the people that move the bag were amazing they helps us with everything we needed, checking in and checkout. Also the shop staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave my baby a gift bracelet. Lastly it was my wife's birthday and she told me she had the best massage/ pedicure ever. I would recommend this place over and over again.

Excellent hotel, all of the staff were friendly and the hotel was excellent for children. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed a stay very much. A lot of work was being done at the hotel during our stay on some of the pools and one of the restaurants but it didn’t affect our holiday as there was still plenty of pools to use. The food was ok, there was a choice to eat on most meals, there was always food available throughout the day.

Incredible day and experience at the Aqua Fun Club with lots of fun on the slides. The staff were very helpful throughout the resort and always on hand to help and make the stay a great experience. Best of all is the photography team lead by Majdouline and photographer Ibrahim. We have amazing memories from our stay and highly recommend getting your pictures at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for an incredible stay and lots of fun. Also, catering team did an amazing job with the food and there was always great options for the whole family at meal times. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite!!
