Lovely holiday, clean and tidy hotel which is consistently maintained. Delicious varied locally sourced food. Friendly and very helpful staff who are always ready to help. We have enjoyed the trips in particular the trip into the dessert and guided tour into the city of Marrakesh. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep us busy. Would love to come back!

Every worker is super nice, i appreciate our cleaner she was very sweet and left everything so clean every single day! The entertainment is amazing they had lots of games to play like basketball, waterpolo, and volleyball, and so much family games! The food was great mostly because they changed it up everyday and there were so many options. Different types of food like pasta, pizza, chicken, and so much more. The water park is fun for not just older kids but many slides for little ones to play on. They had many options and it was great. But what i appreciate most is how everyone is super sweet and try to get everyone to participate in fun activities.

Great Holiday. 5 stars to Bar, Restaurant, Aqua fun club and Animation Staff. They were all cordial, polite and helpful. Reception staff were excellent. They extended our check out time until 2pm without charge which was a bonus. Kids enjoyed the Aqua park with plenty of ride options. Food was delicious and great variety of spread. I would highly recommend Pickalbatros Aqua fun club to everyone.

We loved our stay. The best thing about the hotel is the staff working here. Especially all the entertainment team, they make you feel very welcomed, nice ambiance, very friendly and made lots of activities for the children & adults. If you are looking for a resort that will work with adults & kids, this place is the one for you! Everyone speaks English, French & Arabic. Lots of water slides and plenty of food choices, with International and Maroccan cuisine. We stayed 4 days.
