Incredible day and experience at the Aqua Fun Club with lots of fun on the slides. The staff were very helpful throughout the resort and always on hand to help and make the stay a great experience. Best of all is the photography team lead by Majdouline and photographer Ibrahim. We have amazing memories from our stay and highly recommend getting your pictures at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for an incredible stay and lots of fun. Also, catering team did an amazing job with the food and there was always great options for the whole family at meal times. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite!!

Alhamdulillah! I just had the most blessed stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Marakesh and I feel compelled to share my gratitude, for the food, the people, and every little detail that made this experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the shuttle service was a seamless blessing – they picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off right at the entrance of this wonderful resort, just a stone’s throw from the magnificent 800 ‑year‑old mosque Kurubia in the heart of Marakesh. The convenience was a true gift from Allah. The rooms are a perfect retreat: clean, spacious, and equipped with a lovely indoor heated pool that kept us warm even on the cool evenings. Praise be to God for such thoughtful amenities And the food! Oh, the flavors were a celebration of Moroccan cuisine – each dish was delicious, yummy, and incredibly versatile. From fresh salads to succulent grilled meats, every meal felt like a gift from the Creator. The staff were absolutely amazing. their gentle, professional demeanor made us feel at home, and they engaged the children with such love and care that we could relax knowing our little ones were in the best hands. The kids’ club is an amazing place for children to play, learn, and have fun, with amazing staff Flora and Suka’s, there dedication made it truly special. Every corner of Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Marakesh exudes warmth and hospitality, and I leave with a heart full of thanks. May Allah bless this wonderful place and all the wonderful souls who make it so extraordinary. Highly recommended – a true paradise on earth and best destination for holiday.

We arrived as a family of 12 for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I have written a very detailed review on trip advisor. So I’ll try to sum this up simpler. This resort is very misleading and selling a dream. Simple amenities from water bottles, irons, ironing boards, extra bedding (duvets), robes, slippers are not available in standard rooms which should be for a hotel this size. We travelled with young children and the rooms were absolutely freezing. It took over 24 hours for them to resolve the heating issue and countless trips and calls to the reception and manager to resolve this. When we asked for extra blankets for the kids, it took them over an hour in the middle of the night to get them to us. No one was very nice or helpful. The staff in the hotel were doing work in rooms opposite ours at all hours of the day. So one night we had to open the door to tell them to please stop as the young babies kept waking up from all the banging and hammering as they were changing a key card reader on the door opposite ours. The key cards are absolutely ridiculous too. We were advised not to keep them next to our phones or other electronics, despite doing that, we still took countless journeys to reception for them to change it. The food is absolutely basic and tasteless and repetitive throughout the day and all the days we were there. The drinks from the machines were heavily diluted. The staff were not pleasant and acted as if they didn’t even want to be there. No one really told us what the resort has to offer and told us what we were able to do in the resort or what is where. We just sort of figured it out on our own. When we asked if they could do something for my daughters birthday, unfortunately disappointed on the day, they didn’t. The room was cleaned once throughout the 4 days we were there. So bins full of nappies were left and no towels or extra toilet rolls were given. I feel like this hotel is very misleading by the photos. Many of the reviews are fake so please be aware! We were absolutely disappointed and upset throughout the stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic 7-Day Stay at Pickalbatros Marrakech We stayed at Pickalbatros Marrakech for 7 days and had an absolutely fantastic time from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, spacious, and very well organised, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of storage and daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless throughout our stay. After long days exploring or relaxing by the pool, it was always a pleasure to return to such a comfortable room. The food was excellent—delicious, fresh, and impressively well organised. There was a great variety available every day, catering to different tastes, and everything was replenished efficiently. The quality and hygiene standards were clearly very high, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Zack, who truly made our stay even more memorable. He looked after us exceptionally well, helped us organise day trips, offered great local advice, and always made sure we were comfortable and happy at the resort. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. The staff overall were incredibly friendly, courteous, and welcoming. From reception to restaurant and housekeeping teams, everyone went out of their way to ensure we felt looked after, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. The resort facilities were excellent, with plenty of space around the pools, well-maintained grounds, and a calm, family-friendly environment. Everything felt well managed, never overcrowded, and thoughtfully designed for guests to truly enjoy their stay. Overall, Pickalbatros Marrakech exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic resort with great food, excellent service, and outstanding staff. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Marrakech.

My sisters and I came to this hotel in November and we had such a great time. The staff in this hotel were friendly, attentive and very welcoming. The hotel was lovely, the food was delicious. I am leaving a positive review for Younes who is the Kitchen Supervisor and he is usually in the Cafeteria, he was absolutely amazing. He was always willing to help with any request. His positive attitude and responsiveness deserves recognition. He was so friendly and helpful to me and my sisters. I already spoke to Younes' manager in person to let him know what a fantastic job Younes was doing and told them both i would leave a good review for Younes because he truly deserves it. Thank you so much Younes, continue the fantastic work you are doing. Please show this review to Younes and his manager.
