Great resort. Evening (dinner) staff are brilliant as were bar and housekeeping. Food options were great, though the GF options were limited and ran out quickly. Also were not the best taste wise. Veggie/vegan options could be expanded. The dunes and quadbiking experience is brilliant.

An oasis of calm! Beautiful grounds which include potagers, herb gardens, orange and lemon trees, olive groves as well as petanque , crazy golf, tennis, volleyball courts and table tennis. Two swimming pools and a toddler's pool. Food was varied and always tasty. The service was spot on, the staff always polite and the rooms spotless. You can even go on quad bikes and camels, all within the grounds. I'll definitely be going again.

Chose this hotel for a long weekend away. We changed our minds at the last (between three hotels) and went for this hotel due to the reviews, sadly it didn't come up as a 5 star luxury resort as advertised. Firstly we were placed in a block whereby the room never got the sun, even though very clean and the bed was lovely, felt a cold and soleless room. Had a delux, on website featured dressing gowns. Nothing on arrival, phoned through got extra slippers, went to reception, gentleman was rude, adament, arrogant said would speak to Management, never came back to us. Had AI only served water at the "Adult Only" pool!! but served alcohol and soft drinks at the kids pool bar, not sure how you work that one out!! The food in the morings and evening buffet was like a canteen, packed out and didn't replinish. On a number of our breakfast mornings, whilst waiting 15 mins for an omlette had other holiday makers with the same views. Had issues paying the difference between the AI prices and the AI Plus prices for alcohol. It was very disappointing especially when we spoke to other people staying in other AI accomdation in Marrakesh, lower ratings, cheaper in price had a much better experience than we did. Will re-visit Marrakesh, but sadly not this establishment. It is quiet as we looked at staying a bit further out from the Medina but there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. Building works being started by the kids pool area, diggers working at night.

We are about to leave this beautiful hotel. Omar and the staff around the pool were amazing. They don’t stop! The restaurant staff Anas and many more were incredible. The reception are efficient and patient. The food and drinks are delicious, being honest… too delicious 🥰. We literally can not fault this lovely place xxx

Beautiful hotel, the grounds are immaculate. The staff are great, especially Mouhamad in the restaurant. He always went above and beyond and so lovely. The food was amazing every night. A great idea having a free shuttle bus in to Marrakech and so nice to get back to the calmness after the madness in there! Would highly recommend.
