Beautiful Hotel set in stunning grounds. On arrival staff took our bags and we were checked in by very friendly staff, then driven to our room. Rooms are comfy, very clean and welcoming. The hotel staff went out of their way to assist and make our whole stay soo memorable. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet style, food, especially the dinner with local food, tagines, each night. Our favourite was the lamb! The three swimming pools are fantastic. Beautifully clean. Plenty of grounds with palms, olive, lemon trees to walk through at your leisure. The perfect place to stay for peace, relaxation and a good pamper. The daily shuttle bus into Marrakesh and back is free and is a great service. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our return in 2026.

The staff here at Barcelo are very accomodating, friendly and offer a sublime service every day without fail. The hotel is beautful, clean and the food they serve is varied and always delicious. The Breeze bar located inside the hotel is a hit and thanks to a very friendly Mustapha our visits here were all the better. Omar at the main bar in the hotel is a cheeky chap who is very funny and welcoming too. Not many places I would come back and experience, but this one is for sure top of my list.

Barceló Marrakech Lovely hotel. Great rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. Normally we love Barceló. But the two-tier all-inclusive system is absurd. There’s standard all-inclusive and “pay £25 extra per person per day to unlock sandwiches before 3pm.” At 1pm, one guest can eat, the other is told to wait. Same bar. Same kitchen. Same sandwich. Different wristband. Apparently bread operates on a class system here. Yes, we could walk to the restaurant — but that rather defeats the point of all-inclusive, doesn’t it? Great hotel. Bonkers rules. Sort it out.

A very beautiful hotel 11/10, the website pictures do not do justice. Beautiful gardens and pools. The staff is amazing, especially Zouhair Chlih, he is super fantastic. He made sure our stay is a memorable one. The food is amazing as well. Free shuttle to and from the city centre

We’ve had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The place is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff have been lovely throughout. A special thanks to Zohair from Guest Relations, who really made our stay memorable. He took great care of us and even arranged a lovely surprise for our son’s 4th birthday, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend this hotel - we’ll definitely be back!
