Beautiful Hotel set in stunning grounds. On arrival staff took our bags and we were checked in by very friendly staff, then driven to our room. Rooms are comfy, very clean and welcoming. The hotel staff went out of their way to assist and make our whole stay soo memorable. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet style, food, especially the dinner with local food, tagines, each night. Our favourite was the lamb! The three swimming pools are fantastic. Beautifully clean. Plenty of grounds with palms, olive, lemon trees to walk through at your leisure. The perfect place to stay for peace, relaxation and a good pamper. The daily shuttle bus into Marrakesh and back is free and is a great service. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our return in 2026.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The place is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff have been lovely throughout. A special thanks to Zohair from Guest Relations, who really made our stay memorable. He took great care of us and even arranged a lovely surprise for our son’s 4th birthday, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend this hotel - we’ll definitely be back!

Was a good and great experience at this hotel, came here to visit with my friend, their meals, snacks, drinks are top notch. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves. They are very welcoming and they really have respect and care for their guests all through the visit, neat pools and spacious rooms with food and strong beds also Met a nice guy called Zouhair, who was very helpful and thoughtful all through our visit.

The staff were very friendly- shout out to Mustafa and Zouhair at reception for their friendless and hospitality. The hotel is huge, and the ambiance is very friendly, including for families. The hotel is also very well decorated with a wonderful traditional Moroccan ambiance, especially with the dessert and backdrop of palm trees. The food provided is incredible with fresh ingredients. There is something for everyone. If you need support with booking activities, the staff at the hotel can support you will arranging this. I look forward to returning in Spring!

What can I say...... There are not enough stars for this place. Alongside that, the staff are top class!! I traveled here for the first time in the hope it would be a special trip for my fiancé's birthday...... well, special it was!! There are so many people to mention & admittedly, everyone needs a mention, from reception staff, chefs, bar staff, entertainment so much more..... Zouhair's attention to detail is 2nd to none..... He not only made the entire trip one to remember, he made my fiancé's birthday one we will never forget. He is so professional & personable. An absolute asset to the the company. Omar the bar manager was attentive & funny. Mere words cannot summerise how joyous & memorable this trip was. The cleanliness of the hotel was 5 star, the food was impeccable 👌 & we went all inclusive & each day we were spoilt for choice. Thank you to all the staff at Barcelo Marrakech. Keep up the great work & top class service!! A+++++
