The food was great compared to other all inclusive resorts we stayed at previously. What really makes this resort special is the excellent service we received. Everyone was wonderful, but DJ Simeone, Nigel at the pub, John at the swim up bar, and Charles really went about and beyond! Thanks for making our trip even more memorable.

One highlight of my trip was the exceptional service provided by Charles. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for our overall experience made every moment memorable. Charles went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and his recommendations were spot-on. He has a heart of gold and definitely goes above and beyond for his clients(friends). The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, but it's the dedicated staff like Charles that truly make it a five-star destination. Highly recommend! This was such a beautiful place to vacation with my husband. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve had. The staff members were great! We had a couple’s massage that was so relaxing and much needed. Highly recommend. Our favorite places to eat were Pitons’, Armando’s, kimonos, and Soy. Our favorite dishes in this order were grilled lamb at Pitons, grilled steak at Armando’s, and sesame salad and all sushi at Soy. At Kimonos, we had a great chef that was so entertaining and made the experience so much fun! We also bought great photos taken by the staff, which you can view at any point of your stay. I also enjoyed shopping at the gift shop and buying St. Lucia hot sauce and vanilla! I do want to recognize the cleaning staff. They were all so nice, and Sherma went above and beyond in making our stay so inviting and comfortable. Great experience! We will be returning soon.

My husband and I just returned from an absolutely amazing honeymoon at La Toc and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, they went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The food was all amazing, the views were incredible, and we just didn't want to leave! We also took the recommendation of a staff member to do the "Land & Sea" excursion, which was definitely a huge highlight of the trip. We had such a blast and we definitely want to return!! Went on honeymoon June 27-July 1. Everything was okay. Commute from airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes. Wasn’t as bad as a ride as everyone made it out to be. Curvy roads. La toc location was nice. Mountain Views. First few days it was a green flag on the beach and it was nice. Rest of the days were red. Beach at the grande was much better. All of the workers made up for everything else. They were really good. Hurricane beryl came through July 1 and our flight was canceled to 3 days later. Although , I was excited to extend the vacation , it also was unfortunate to hear they were only comping us one night and then the other 2 nights were $500. I asked what happens if you don’t have the $$ , they said they wouldn’t kick anyone out but also said to find somewhere near the airport. The policy sucks. They said because the hurricane had passed , it was our responsibility even though there were 0 flights. They tried to make the best of it. Shower didn’t work for a day, only 2 out of 7 restaurants open. No room service , no housekeeping. Other than that, we had a good honeymoon. Not sure if I would go back though. :/

We visited calabash cove for the second half of our holiday and it did not let us down. The staff were absolutely amazing at there job, professional, friendly and made us feel so at home. The rooms were cleaned daily, the food at the restaurant was amazing, although if not on the all inclusive it does get quite pricey. The cocktails are so amazing. So many different options and were given the opportunity to try new ones as their menu was changing... Bonus! The view from our room was truly magnificent, the pool was clean and in the best spot overlooking the ocean. On our last night, my partner had arranged a evening meal on the beach where he actually proposed! This was the most magical thing and I am so happy it happened at Calabash cove. The staff member Sandy who served us that evening was so amazing. Thank you so much 😊 This place will always have a special place in my heart and I am really looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you to all the staff for making a wonderful and memorable experience for us! ❤️

This resort is hands down the best resort I have ever stayed at. I have traveled around the Caribbean a few times and stayed at some of the larger resorts where the staff are not happy to be there but Calabash is smaller and more personable. The staff are incredible, polite and go out of their way to help, the food is excellent and the rooms are really spacious and have air con. We got married at this resort and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. A big Thank you especially to Rohan and Teddy, you guys were great. Love Jay and James

Excellent service and excellent hospitality and excellent location! The drinks here are amazing, e joyed every cocktails I had. Staffs here leaves no stones unturned to make you feel at home. They genuinely make you feel like you are at your home. Gros islet, pigeon island, rain forest adventure, friday night street party and Rodney bay are at driving distance from the resort. So you will never regret staying at this resort. I will chose calabash cove again if I visit St Lucia in future. Beach here is clean, water activities are also available from the morning 🌄. Absolutely a wonder in saint lucia!! 💯 ❣️

We did the All-Inclusive Cottage. It was simply amazing. Staff friendly and attentive. The Cottage was amazing, comfortable and sits off the ocean and you can just hear the sweet sounds of the ocean waves subtly crashing at all hours of the day. Just about anywhere on the resort has a unhindered view of the oceans horizon to enjoy the sunset. Food amazing with different daily options along with a part of the menu that stays static as well. Its a small resort and makes getting to the private beach area easy. I loved every part of this vacation and it largely was due to this resort. It sets a high bar for what all my beach vacations moving forward should be. You won't be disappointed!!! You will need to rely on local drivers to get around to areas off of the resort as this resort is tucked away and somewhat isolated.

My husband and I came to Calabash Cove on our honeymoon and it was the best experience! Calabash Cove is a hidden gem, we had a great all inclusive package, our own private plunge pool, and walked about 10 steps to be on the beach. The resort feels very private and serene, you almost have the beach and pool to yourself every day. The staff was SO kind and attentive, remembering something personal about us every time we saw someone. We had the absolute best time and will definitely be back!

Not as luxurious as marketed. When we checked the person behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. And even though it was late he carried a of our bags up the stairs with a smile. However “butler” never reached out to us as promised with the information about the hotel and when we finally did speak to someone we found out we missed the only sunset cruise that was included in our stay. We also had no hot water in the shower and had to complain many time and speak to many different people before it was finally fixed. It seemed every staff member we asked a question. To had a different answer then the last. They tried to be helpful but it was very disorganized and no one seemed to agree on the answer to any of our questions. When I callled before checking and told them were celebrating a 50 birthday and girls trip I was told one thing and when we got there, there was nothing about the weekend that made it a special celebration. There was also a lot of back and forth about the transport to the airport. One person said it would cost 100 dollars for me to go separately from my friends and someone else said it was free as long as I went with other guests. It took forever to get it sorted out I will say the staff was friendly and did smile and try to be courteous and engaging.

This property by far was the best. The staff...From Nicole from the front desk to Tasha @ Hurricane Hole..down to Caleb at the main pool bar...All of the staff was great!!! The food was good as well. We came to the property after staying at the Royalton and what a HUGE..difference. Definitely will be coming back. Oh and Ryan too.

This hotel was not at all as it is marketed and was not worth the value. The service was astoundingly slow at all restaurants, with most wait staff acting indifferently toward us. My party was there for a wedding and I would’ve expected better accommodations of our large group. The food was not good, inedible by the pool restaurant as we were honestly scared to get food poisoning. I have one picture of the breakfast yogurt with muesli and it was awful. We were even nervous to get into the pool by the spa because it was extremely dirty and had to request it be cleaned. The front desk was always a hassle to deal with and not warm and friendly. The shelf in my hotel bathroom fell off the wall and onto my foot and when I informed the staff, they did not apologize or were concerned in any way. Super disappointed overall and would never categorize this as a 5 star. It’s a true 3 star and too expensive for what you get.

Overall, a lovely experience. Staff were efficient, friendly, helpful. Housekeeping staff top notch; left the sweetest note before leaving. Quite a change from the regular resorts. Food was tasty, particularly from La Bateau. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

This stay was a dream come true for us, 10 years in the making. In our books it is kind of pricey, however, it was well worth the money. Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia was a quiet and laid back kind of resort. Not a bunch of hoopla, loud music and partying. Just perfect for us. We very much enjoyed the restaurants and everything else the resort had to offer. The one think I must say is that the staff made the stay even better. It is very obvious that these employees love their job. None of them ever walked by us with out saying hello and wishing us a good morning, good evening, etc. They all went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We visited the Sandals Grande once during our stay and that resort was not our kind of vibe. It was very crowded and was very much the party scene, we only stayed for the food. On that note, we very much recommend the Sandals Halcyon to anyone wishing to go to an all inclusive resort that is laid back and relaxing.

My husband and I loved this resort! We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms with an outdoor soaking tub. The room was perfect and the outdoor area had a curtain for privacy, which was perfect as the path in front of the room was pretty well-traveled. Housekeeping kept the room pristine and well-stocked. While you can travel between resorts via Sandals shuttles, we did not feel it was necessary as the food, beach, and pool were amazing. There is a pretty good assortment of food options that range from beach casual to dressed up (dress for women and dress pants for the guys). The beach was quiet and we never had a problem finding chairs. There were some locals on the beach trying to sell souvenirs, but they were not too bothersome. I would recommend booking any excursions through the resort as it gave me peace of mind, especially knowing that transport was prearranged. Everyone was very, very friendly, and we were informed that this resort is the quietest of the three Sandals resorts on the island, which was perfect for us. Overall the trip was amazing and we plan to return! As an FYI: I also highly recommend the Catamaran sunset cruise with snorkeling. As far as I saw, there were not opportunities to snorkel ON the resort as there are at other Sandals locations (I've never been to another, so this is based on what I read beforehand). As far as excursions go, we booked ahead, but most of the couple we met at the resort booked on the first day they got there and were fine (it was actually easier for them to see what was offered and compare excursions with the help of the employees). We did arrive right after a hurricane, so I don't know if it is this easy to book all the time.

My husband and I stayed at Sandals Halcyon Beach in June of 2024 for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We booked a Honeymoon Butler Room with Private pool. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and got us into our room quickly. We seemed to have missed the formal 'tour' of the property that we saw other vacationers on, so we had to request that on our second day. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and warm. We had three different butlers, so I'm not sure that we necessarily got a seamless experience, however they all accommodated our requests. They even set out a cute "Happy Anniversary" banner with a chilled bottle of bubbly. The resort is clean and beautiful, but like others probably mention, it has a bit of age. There were spots on our pool where the tile was shoddily patched, and the main beachfront pool was a bit worn. Overall, everything seemed clean and tidy at the resort, but I did notice a bit of mold/mildew in our shower. The food was fabulous! We tried every restaurant except Mario's because we loved Kelly's Dockside so much we went there twice during our stay. So, overall, I enjoyed our stay.

The resort is really beautiful, and we had s ton of fun. There were some issues in the room with AC leaking causing other problems, but the staff and resort was accommodating and any issue small or big was fixed right away Special shoutout and respect to Chris the bartender, he was on top of everything anytime a drink was finished he was there with another drink and water to stay hydrated, he was friendly and fun to be around and made the trip that much better. He deserved a ton of credit for good vibes he brings to the island. Respect Chris.

I really enjoyed the stay at Halcyon Beach, it’s the smaller of the three resorts and that really worked for a relaxed, easy going holiday. The check in with club sandals was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and was cleaned daily, with the mini bar being restocked, not always with the same drinks, but plenty of choice. The included water sports were fantastic, I took full advantage of the included diving, the team was great, a little more customer suggestion would be nice to prevent multiple trips to the same dive site. The other water sports were great, hobby cat sailing, paddle boarding. kayaking, and even tried water skiing, with instruction where needed. Throughout the stay the staff were (in the majority) extremely polite and friendly and the food mostly great. The stay at one and play at three was good, and the inter resort shuttle bus was generally quiet and on time. It should be noted, due to the local jazz festival over the weekend, the shuttle was cancelled for 3 days which could have been an issue for some. Overall I’d recommend the Halcyon beach resort for a chilled break.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The people are SO nice! I would definitely come back. The food is amazing, be sure to do the half board or all inclusive otherwise you will be spending an arm and leg on food if you plan to eat at the resort. Be aware that the resort is on the north end of the island and the airport is on the south side, it took us almost 2 hours to get to the resort. There is also no AC in the main lobby where you check out so I ended up sweating through my travel clothes right before we were about to leave for the airport. Aside from that 10/10 experience and I would reccomend this place to any couple.

We had an amazing time at Cap Maison. A beautiful paradise enjoying our large suite with kitchen and swimming pool with views towards the Caribbean and Atlantic seas. Lovely grounds to walk around and relax. Delicious food at the Cliff restaurant where we also had breakfast and walked down to the Naked Fisherman for lunch and the secluded beach. Staff are super friendly and added to our St; Lucia experience where we also had a cocktail making class and private dinner in the wine cellars. The sunsets were amazing!

We stayed here and everything is exceptional except the room (44). We treated ourselves to the “highest class” room with the rooftop terrace, pool that is marketed as ocean views which it “technically” is. The pictures on the website and the actual room are not consistent. Please see photos and notice the difference between the unobstructed ocean views marketed vs the actual view that is obstructed. If you book one of these rooms is worth calling ahead to clarify if your room is ocean front vs ocean view. Other than the room view everything from the service to the food is exceptional. Special shoutout to Darnell who tried to help the situation with room, but unfortunately the only other room in our class was also an obstructed view. We tried all the dining options and I will say the in room chef was a unique experience different from any other Caribbean resort where I’ve travelled.

Cap Maison is reasonable value for your dollar on the North Side of the Island. Roads are tolerable to the resort if you take a water taxi to Rodney Bay via Blue Horizon Tours or Feel Good tours. Check-in process was pleasant and seamless. My wife and I were complimentary upgraded for our honeymoon. Room was spacious and very clean; the only suggestion I may have is to install forced air conditioning for the main living space and not only the bedroom/washroom portion; it is quite the drastic contrast if there is no breeze! Pool was quiet with no children running around; finding peace was never an issue. The Naked Fisherman boasts a stunning Caribbean Sea view with all sorts of fresh food (worth the stairs). Our dining experience at the The Cliff was disappointing as a manager attempted to deny me of entry despite wearing a $500 USD Versace t-shirt with dress shorts. Ease the dress code just a little to smart casual. Portions at the Cliff were small and a little on the high side for cost; there are stray cats running around begging for food which made for a unpleasant dining experience (especially my wife and I being a 3+ allergy to them); management should highly consider relocating them somewhere else on the island. Our server at the cliff seemed to have gone missing mid-meal to put the cherry on top of the bad dining experience. I did have a conversation with the manager post meal and they did rectify the mistake with a beautiful in-room dining experience the following morning. There were a few times where logistics were off between concierge and Charlie's Tours, including my late scheduled vehicle transfer to Cabot which caused me to hurry with my pre round routine; a major missed mark! If those missed marks get taken seriously, Cap Maison will be a true 5*, but for now it is low tier 4* with potential to be elite.

Superb. Hotel is beautifully maintained, incredibly relaxing, with just the sound of birds and the lapping sea. Eerything was done well. Food is very good across the board (breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice), room was cool and well equipped, pools were really nice with high quality loungers. It's amazing to go somewhere where you wouldn't change anything! The only thing I would have liked before we arrived would be somewhere to dump the kids so we could have some alone time but they were so happy here that we didn't even miss that, which shows how great this hotel is!

We had a wonderful experience! The facility was fabulous and the people were amazing! The butler service was top notch. Karen, Keicher, and Glenda made us feel like family right from the start. They went above and beyond to take care of everything. Clifford (the general manager of the resort) and Anna (housekeeping manager) were accommodating above expectations, professional, approachable, friendly, and truly care about the guests’ experiences. The food was exquisite, and the selection was immense. We could not have had a better experience. Everyone at Grand St. Lucian helped make our trip unforgettable and unbelievably relaxing!

We visited here from another Sandals property on St. Lucia, so I can only comment on the public areas and staff, not the rooms or amenities. Location: absolutely gorgeous! You have great views of the surrounding island mountains from the beach. The beach is so welcoming and it feels secluded enough. Atmosphere: this property is definitely more for the party type, so if you want something a little more quiet or romantic I recommend staying at the Halcyon Beach property. Service: the reason for my rating. I get the feeling that all the staff absolutely hate their jobs and need a pay raise. None of them came off as friendly or helpful, I felt as though I were a burden to them. I’m trying to be understanding that this may be a cultural difference. The main issue I had here was when the transportation back to the other resorts was full and there were 8 of us who were unable to get on. The party animals all pushed ahead of us to get on. We informed staff that we were unable to get on and that I needed to be back at the other property in order to take a medication within a specific timeframe. We waited there for 45 minutes waiting for transport. Finally, a manager got involved and was able to flag down a ride for us which we were incredibly thankful for. I think the situation was handled poorly. This was not the only shuttle issue we ran into during our time there, so there can be improvements made to this inter-resort travel system.

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and oh my god was this place amazing. It totally exceeded our expectations. We had a concierge level room so we had access to club sandals, Cassie and Christina were extremely helpful in helping us book excursions, make sure our dinner reservations were ready, and coordinating our arrival and departure so we didn’t have to wait in the main lobby. Our room was great we had the most amazing view of the pool and ocean. The food was great! We specifically LOVED the Indian restaurant, Gordon’s, and Soy. The structure of this resort is perfect nothing is more than 2-5 minutes walk away. The pool is HUGE and has so many places to hang out and there’s a volleyball net. The beach is a one minute walk out the door with so many chairs set up. The water is warm and calm. Every staff member was sooo welcoming, kind, and professional. We also did 2 excursions- ATV and JJs speed boat tour to the sulfur bath both we also highly recommend! The resort also has entertainment every night like a fire show, live bands, singers, karaoke night, and more!

Overall a wonderful place and a wonderful experience. There were a few minor things that were bothersome but most of it was great. I went there for a wedding and the bride had a very rough experience with her coordinator from the resort. However, my family and myself met others who had weddings the same weekend and they had great experiences with their coordinators. Around 70% of the bartenders and servers were friendly and even put up with my family and their jokes. Remy was easily the best and funnest bartender. The other group of servers or bartenders would make rude faces or be very short and you could tell they were not very happy (which I have never seen at other all-inclusive resorts or cruises I've been on). I also know if two room of weddings guests that had money stolen from their rooms. The resort had them fill out reports for it but one of them had $200 stolen from a closed suitcase. I highly recommend using the safe for anything, even if you think it's hidden. Hopefully it's not a common a just a coincidence that it happened to two groups I knew who were on the same trip. Anyway, those two negatives definitely did not soil my experience and I absolutely loved the views, service and many other things this place had to offer. Totally worth the trip for a honeymoon, wedding, or just vacation.

We absolutely loved Ladera. The staff was impeccable and so friendly! They cared about our entire experience at the island and made us feel really special. The view is unbeatable from everywhere in the resort especially the rooms and the nature walk is really lovely. The restaurant is amazing for all meals. And the yoga classes, the beach service, and all extras are just great. I’ve travelled all over the world to 55+ countries and highly suggest St Lucia and Ladera in all ways!

We stayed in Ladera 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely breathtaking. I’m a picky person when it comes to hotels and was a bit nervous as I wasn’t sure how I’d like the open air but it was perfect. Our room, the service and the food at Dasheene - all 5 stars. We also tried their Rum Tasting in their lovely new bar (which by the way has amazing AC) and thoroughly enjoyed learning about their St. Lucian rum. Highly recommend hiking their trail and visit the awesome treehouse and outside gym. Would absolutely come back to visit. Thank you Ladera team!

We stayed here as a group of two families. Vacation at the Landings started badly and did not meet our expectations. The suite that was confirmed to us by the resort sales rep was unavailable and the front desk manager tried to blame it on us for not understanding what we booked. My friend had specifically confirmed and had it in writing from the Landings that we would either be on the top floor or no one else would be above us - we do not like noises from neighbours above. When we arrived they had no such unit for us. Instead, they kept insisting we would check in in what they had. After we produced an email the demeanor changed and they said they would “see what they could do”. Without being able to check in we had to stay in the waiting area waiting for them to come up with a solution. None came. We had to take that other unit in the meantime so not to be in the street. The unit was not what we requested, but still had some nice elements. What ruined the experience from this temporary solution was unwelcome visitors in the form of huge roaches. Ladies in our group happened to discover them in the showers and it resulted in a sleepless night for all of us. After we informed the front desk manager she kind of brushed it off saying it’s tropics and that’s normal. That was not a response we could appreciate at all, all other things considered. Eventually we were moved to the suite that met our original criteria. The management kept saying they would get back to us on the subject of reimbursement. They did, offering a laughable $75 credit. We did not accept, of course, and are addressing this experience with the Costco Travel team. Other things to note. My friend was asked to provide some info to allow the Landings to better prepare a surprise for his wife’s birthday (the reason for our trip), which was a great touch. However, they failed to do deliver any surprise at all, which was a big disappointment. Food and spa experiences were inconsistent. I’ve had an amazing massage one time and a really bad one another time, which I had to actually cut short just to make it stop. On a positive note, the beach area is nice and pretty and the activities that we booked were enjoyed by everyone in our group. The whole experience was bitter sweet with bitter being the stronger taste. The resort team has a lot to improve when it comes to damage control. We collectively decided one time was enough for us at the Landings and we would look for a smooth experience in other Caribbean establishments in the future.

The property, rooms, grounds and beach are all wonderful! The problem is the service was awful and lacks consistency. A few of the employees (Justinian, Amit and Nigel) were truly outstanding. However, the rest of the staff acted as if we were a bother and clearly were not there to. The service alone is the main reason to avoid this hotel. If you have a choice to stay in St. Lucia, I would recommend Jade Mountain, Ladera, or Sugar Beach. The Landings, while beautiful, has serious issues in terms of consistent service quality (Aside from the 3 exemplary employees named above). I did email my concerns to the Hotel Management and the CEO but have yet to hear back.

This hotel is at best a 3.5 and ideal for those with children. Upon check in I was made aware that the room I booked wasn’t available. They did upgrade me with the contingency that on day 2 I had to pack and move to another room. Not the way to settle in. The elevator in my section was broken so I had to walk 6 flights of stairs to my room. There were hairs (not mine) in the tub. The beach bar is understaffed and they refused to take my order at the bar. The nice restaurant (The Palms) was great- however they were closed my second night due to a private event. The massage I received was a 3 and the lady who did it was very unfriendly. When I needed to change rooms I checked out for good and left. The guest services manager did issue a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and offered an apology. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Go south and pay a bit more for something worthwhile.

Loved the landings and our first ever all inclusive stay with the butler suite. Pros - the location is outstanding, non motorised sports including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, Snorkelling and sailing (if you know how to do it) were free with great staff supporting - Kermit, Shane and Sheldon were all knowledgeable and helpful. We did get the butler service and they were all friendly although without cellphones or a direct line to them it was difficult to make the most of it. Maverick went above and beyond to take care of us. The massage at the spa was one of the best we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend the deep tissue. We did have a misunderstanding about the timings (you need to turn up 15 minutes before the treatment) however the staff helped resolve our issue. Go for the morning walk with Terry! His energy will keep you going all day. Overall - a lovely, beautiful relaxing stay but it is best to always confirm with the staff when you have booked things to avoid misunderstandings

Outstanding! We had an ocean view villa with butler service and everything was top notch from the moment we arrived. The room, food, and especially the service, were fantastic. The entire team went out of their way to make our holiday special and to make us feel relaxed and totally taken care of. All of the staff at the resort were very friendly, helpful and had a customer-focused approach which really got us into holiday and relax mode quickly. The activities at the resort, or arranged through the resort, were also very good and contributed to our enjoyable holiday. As others have noted, the hotel is at the opposite end of the island from the international airport, so factor in time to get there; approximately 1.5 hours via taxi bus. Suggest that you take a taxi as the roads are narrow, steep and curvy. Best leave the driving to the local experts. My only extremely minor (and tongue-in-cheek) complaint is that the resort occasionally ran out of mint, thus taking mojitos off the menu for the day! Highly recommended!!

Overall we had a lovely time at Sugar Beach resort. The location is absolutely beautiful, you could just relax on the beach taking in the stunning surroundings all day. The beach is on the smaller side but with beautiful clear water. The beach is open to public and therefore catamarans with vacationers from outside of the resort were arriving every day and that overwhelmed the beach quite quickly. The food was just okay. The quality did not warrant the price. I would suggest taking a few trips outside the resort and having dinner elsewhere if you decide to vacation here. The breakfast buffet was lacking in our opinion, and the staff at breakfast was quite rude on more than one occasion which was extremely disappointing. There were a few “themed” nights at the restaurant by the beach but again a big group of guests from outside the resort were invited and that took away from the “private oasis” theme the resort likes to promote. The checkout process was awful as there was no AC and it was rushed. The overall feel, including butter’s send-off, was “you paid your bill, don’t let the door hit you on your way out” which definitely left a bad aftertaste. All in all, we had a good time but we will not be back!

We had a great time at Viceroy, Sugar beach!! We felt safe, felt that the staff was attentive and aimed to make sure we had a great time & were informative all around. The rooms were nice & spacious and shuttles were used to go around the resort. The butler service was amazing!! The food and drinks were also great; we are vegetarian, and the options were great for us. I will definitely be back in the future 😊

The best trip me and my boyfriend have ever been on! The rooms and views are beautiful! The butler/staff were so nice. I usually don’t care to go back to places but this is a place I would definitely like to return to at some point! The food was pretty good too, the late night room service not so much lol. The breakfast was my favorite, unlimited mimosas with the breakfast package was pretty nice. The place is very chill and relaxing and a perfect getaway for you and your partner.

We just returned from a birthday trip. This was our first stay at Sugar Beach and we were treated like royalty. From our butler Khandi, to the shuttle drivers (shout out to Special K) to the restaurant staff everyone made us feel welcome. We were in Villa 702, which had an amazing outdoor patio with plunge pool and outdoor shower and it was truly magnificent. The beach is a public beach so occasionally a boat would show up to bring people snorkeling in front of the beach close to the water sports building. But there was plenty of room and the beach was much quieter over by the South Pier. Speaking of the south pier, Jetty Burger was amazing. They had the best burgers and local rum punches. The prices on the resort were a tad bit high but it’s truly a small price to pay for the luxurious location and services that you receive. We woke up every morning looking at both of the Pitons. Not many resorts in St Lucia can offer that! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came to serenity for our honeymoon, and holy cow was it really trip of a lifetime! Honestly hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on. We stayed for a total of 7 nights!! When we arrived we were greeted with fresh coconuts with rum and they were quite tasty and your butler showed you around property. The food and drinks all week were phenomenal, second only to the awesome, bubbly and personal staff everywhere we went at Serenity. I have a gluten allergy and the staff also when above and beyond to accommodate me! Major props to our butler McGregor! He really went above and beyond for us every single day. We got the grand romance package which we highly recommend and the really nice part was McGregor planned out the itinerary for us so we didn’t have to worry about it!! The drinks and food at Great House are REALLY good and love that you we loved the bartenders Ray, Charles, and Kevin! Highly recommended Serenity and we can’t wait to come back!!

We just got back from our honeymoon at Serenity and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything about this resort is just great. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the resort itself was clean and beautiful. Our butler McGregor was so nice and just an awesome guy!! One thing i HIGHLY recommend is booking any excursions through the resort. We booked through our credit card trying to use some travel points, and we wish we would have booked through Serenity. We cant recommend this place enough and hope to be back again in the future!

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we felt like we were apart of the Serenity family. We were greeted by our butler, Ali, with a coconut drink. As we went to our suite, we knew we were in paradise. Between the waterfall private plunge pool, the hammock, the stocked bar, and the comfortable bed, we were in heaven. The suite itself was everything we hoped for and more. That was just the beginning. Serenity truly has the best and most accommodating staff. We would like to give shout outs to Ali, Kevin, Ray, Ethan, Sabby, and Johnathon for going above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We never had a bad meal at the Greathouse (right on Serenity property). As Serenity guests, we also had the option of going to the property across the street (Coconut Bay) to use their pools and eat at their restaurants. Serenity had daily entertainment and theme nights. We had a lot of fun with those! Since we booked at least 7 nights, we had the grand romance package. This included amazing pool and beach cabanas, a private island tour, a couples massage right in our suite, a pool cabana dinner, and a sunset cruise. All of these were incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. Ali was an amazing butler and she treated us like family. She was so accommodating and set us up with an amazing itinerary. We didn’t have to plan a thing! We are sad to be leaving paradise, but we are already thinking of when we’re coming back! Finally, do yourself a favor and attend Vernon’s yoga sessions on the beach. His classes provided us with insightful knowledge on yoga/mindfulness and left us feeling calm and centered. This resort has breath taking views, the rooms are truly exceptional. The resort amenities are limited, with a small beach. The focus would be spending time in your room & enjoying the peace & serenity. The drive in to resort from the main road needs work to be honest but once you arrive at the resort, it’s worth it. A surreal start to the honeymoon with my wife! The views of the Pitons are worth the nightly rate and simply stunning architecture property wide, The open concept design can be a little tedious if there is no breeze outside. Our butler Vito was world class in assisting us from start to finish! There are a few suggestions that I brought to managements attention and I sincerely hope that Mr & Mrs Troubetzkoy get back to me regarding the brilliant detailed feedback I provided. I was somewhat surprised that I did not receive a nightly rate reduction based on how descriptive and suggestive my feedback was. Jade Mountain Resort is great, but a few simple solutions could put it in the upper elite worldwide rankings.

We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights in May 2024 to celebrate a birthday. Arrival -We opted for the helicopter transfer from the resort to the airport, which cut the travel time down from 1 hour to 7 minutes! Julio, our helicopter pilot, kept the ride nice and smooth, and pointed out several landmarks on the island before we arrived at the resort helipad. -A short but bumpy car ride got us up to the top of another giant hill, where the resort is actually located. Check-In: -We were greeted by the hostess with damp hand towels immediately upon stepping out of the car, then escorted directly to our sanctuary by our Major Domo. -Our sanctuary’s mini-fridge was already stocked with Coke, Sprite, bottled water, sparkling water, and juice. There was also a bottle of champagne on ice greeting us in our room! Room: -We booked a Moon sanctuary, and were given JC3. This is easily the most amazing resort room I’ve ever been in! High quality hardwood floors, comfortable sectional sofa and dining chairs, and proper netting around the bed with a ceiling fan directly over the bed. -You are outside. Seriously outside. The 4th wall is conspicuously absent, going along with the natural vibe of the resort. This makes for the most amazing view I’ve ever had from a hotel room, with two large pitons in our direct line of sight! The trade off for having this amazing room is not having air conditioning in the traditional sense. There are 9 ceiling fans, and we kept them on the whole time we were there! We brought 2 extra USB-powered fans to put on the nightstands just for good measure, which were used every night! -As a result of being outside, you gotta get used to nature getting to know you. The sun is up by 6:30 am, and the birds are chirping well before that. Fortunately, the resort provides eye masks and ear plugs that work wonders for blocking out those senses before you’re ready to experience them. Fortunately, we only encountered a few insects during our stay. -The highlight of the room was the private infinity pool, which has multicolored lights and is heated to 86 degrees. It really added to the “being one with nature” feel to the room. It is 5 feet deep and is large enough to get a few strokes in! The higher level rooms have even larger pools, but the Moon sanctuary pool is plenty large for just 2 people. Dining: -We opted for the all-inclusive plan, which covers you from dinner the day of arrival through breakfast the day of departure. We were in the Jade Mountain Club at least once every day, and I agree with other guests who report near-Michelin quality of food here! -With the all-inclusive plan, all in-room dining is covered as well, which we used primarily tor breakfast. The menu is expansive, so I’d suggest ordering something different every day to optimize your experience! There’s a tablet in the room that you can send your menu choices through. -We did the Dinner on the Celestial Terrace to celebrate the birthday properly, within earshot of the live music one floor below. Highly recommended! -We did an in-sanctuary couples massage that came with a flower petal decorated hot tub. We were treated with champagne, a fruit platter, local chocolates, and love poems to read to each other. 5 ⭐️ experience! Service: -Totally amazing, out of this world, 5 stars easily. Everywhere we went, the staff knew our names. Some reviewers have complained saying that they didn’t like the staff knowing where they were at all times for things like turndown service, but we loved it! We felt like royalty everywhere we went, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every need of ours was addressed. -At check-in, you’re given a legit cell phone that can be used all over the island. The Major Domo number is programmed into it automatically, so you can easily ring them at any time, day or night! Jameel checked us in, Allain did our facility tour, and Greg was with us for most days while Elena took care of us most nights. They were all excellent, and what make this resort truly special!!

Jade Mountain....what can one NOT say about this place?! My wife and I went for our honeymoon after 6 months of marriage. I found this resort through many reviews and research. Money was not an issue for us, we just wanted a place we would never forget. This resort is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed and likely ever will! The staff, the location, the generosity and oh did I forget the food and activities! We reserved their "Moon" suite and upon arrival were upgraded to the "Galaxy" suite which is the top of the line suite with 2000 sq/ft of room. A beautiful space with a near 900 sq/ft infinity pool. We were greeted every step of the way. We arrived in luxury flying in via an optional helicopter ride to and from the airport. We were told is one of the sole private helipads on the island of St. Lucia. When I booked I paid for 6 nights and got a free night stay out of the deal. 7 luxurious days! We booked the all inclusive Total Romance package which included all meals, beverages and various activities such as sailing, snorkeling, massages, biking, scuba diving....I was so glad we went with this experience. The staff made it so simple for us to arrange everything. Imagine having a personal butler for an entire week trying to make everything super simple for you! The food was an incredible 5-star rated chef foodie lovers delight! 3 wonderful locations to dine in and savor the tastes of eastern Caribbean cuisine. We stayed over new years and the buffet style spread was so incredible. A fusion of Caribbean and Indian styles which blew away our taste buds! I recommend anyone looking for an escape to visit here and take in the culture and the peace of mind. I've never stared up at the stars and seen so many. The views are breathtaking! The staff are so incredibly friendly! I have nothing but countless gratitude for what our experience was like and how beautiful of a time we had that we will never forget! I was able to take advantage of a Caribcation deal, and BodyHoliday surpassed my expectations. I 100% recommend, especially for a fitness-oriented traveler. There are so many activities geared towards not only being active but also having fun. I tried many new things. The icing on top are the complimentary services provided by the spa. In addition, the staff are all remarkably attentive, and a variety of food and drinks are available, mainly catering to healthy diets. The facilities have a rustic feel to them but are well kept. I went for four nights, and my only regret is that it was too short. 😄

Loved our stay at the Bodyholiday. Our room was incredible. Most amazing views. The staff was cordial and efficient. A perk we loved was the inclusive spa treatment daily. The aloe Vera wrap was incredible after so many days in the sun. We will definitely be back. This resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway or romantic honeymoon. The cons were that there isn’t much of a night party life, but it also helps keeps the zen vibe. Also it’s 1hr away from the international airport, but so are all the bigger resorts.

We don't give many 5 stars but this certainly deserves one. Fantastic service all around. Food was good for the most part with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions. Tao restaurant is fantastic and must do. We missed out on I- Tal experience so cannot comment on that The bar could definitely use a bit broader selection with a couple of sipping tequilas and whiskies. Breakfast buffet was always grrat. Lunch was good. Dinner was excellent with custom made vegan items that tasted really great. We didn't compromise on taste to eat vegan. Service was excellent with no complaints at all. Included spa treatments were very good. The beach was nice and quiet. Will repeat and definitely recommend

The hotel is out of this world incredible! The staff are constantly offering a beverage, snack, cool towel or activity. They are friendly and communicative and generally the atmosphere is very chilled and happy. The water sports on offer are fantastic and there is a range of additional excursions that can be purchased and arranged by the hotel. The direct access to the beach is perfect and the sea is beautiful and warm. The resort is fairly small which gives it a relaxing intimate feel. No one rushes to reserve a table or fights you for sun loungers and towels (as has been my preconceived view of all inclusive hotels). Rendezvous is the perfect size resort for us on honeymoon with an intimate and luxury feel. Our room was small and practical but the balcony with a view across the gardens to the sea was absolutely amazing! We loved staying in this tropical paradise for 7 nights and would have stayed forever if we could! Beautiful location, the staff made the experience exceptional.

We’re glad to have chosen a smaller resort for our first visit to St Lucia. Our favorite part was definitely the LOCATION and atmosphere of StolenTime. They’re in an excellent stretch of beach with a beautiful view. It’s a small resort with a cozy and comfortable feel. The main part of Castries is 1 mile away for those who like to explore on their own. Service was also excellent. Every single person treated us very well and were always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. Chef Gavin went above and beyond when my husband was looking for fries one night. Also the guys at the water sports were really helpful and accommodating, especially Jay, Nelly and Dean. The one thing that could be better was the food. With the exception of the Malabar restaurant, all the other options were a little repetitive and sometimes bland. We missed more seafood options overall. All in all, we absolutely loved our week at this place and are even planning to come back in the near future.

Fabulous location; our room was only separated from the beach by a footpath. Service was excellent; easily the best bet we have encountered in the Caribbean. Only reservation was that my wife would have preferred a larger pool as she likes to have a “proper” swim.
