Very unique place I’ve been before and it’s very easy to fall into the habit of going back. It’s just a great place to reset but to have fun at the same time. The list of healthy activities is endless you can do as much as little as you want, the treatments great and the spa is really well operated. Lots of healthy options, food wise. Gluten-free dairy free. generally just a great place. The solo table is a great idea. More places should do it saves eating on your own at night and you get to know some very interesting people. I haven’t been for awhile because of Covid, but I shall certainly make a habit of going back.

One of the best holidays I have been on.
I cannot fault anything - how amazing is that?
The facilities, the rooms, the staff, the food and the overall vibe were perfect.
We did make the most of every single thing and were very active which might not suit everyone but you don’t have to.
From sailing & water skiing to tai chi & aerial yoga, facials & massages, spinning & tennis followed by beautiful fresh food - if you can get here you must!

My wife and I just got home from a week at the BodyHoliday in St Lucia. Absolutely one of the best vacations we've ever taken, we loved every minute. The resort was the perfect size, and never felt overwhelming or crowded. Tons of activities for guests to take part in--or not, as many folks just lounged on the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is absolutely beautiful with a lovely breeze to cool things off in the afternoon.
Room (we stayed in a Grand Oceanfront Suite) was beautiful, clearly a little older but impeccably clean and well-maintained. Honestly, it was probably bigger than we needed but the extra-large balcony was a nice feature. Not that we spent much time there, because the resort grounds are definitely the place to be. The landscaping vibe is pretty clearly aiming for "natural," with nothing feeling artificial or over-manicured. Given how frequently we saw the grounds crew working, though, it clearly takes a lot of effort to look that effortless!
Service is the standout at BodyHoliday. Every staff member was fantastic, housekeeping, dining staff, spa, you name it. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always on top of what we needed.
Resort amenities are the draw at an all-inclusive like BodyHoliday, so I'll hit them quickly:
- The spa was the #1 draw for us, and it did not disappoint. The included services were great, and the team that made sure we got a good slate of daily treatments when we were a little overwhelmed with choosing was very helpful!
- Food is fantastic. The focus is on local, healthy eating, and options were plentiful. The Wellness Cafe was our favorite--try the eggs benedict! Special recognition to the pastry chef, as the desserts were all delicious.
- Activities were varied and plentiful. Honestly, there were more things to do every day than we could get to in our week there!
Useful things to know:
- The hotel is 2 hours from UVF airport. This isn't a problem, just plan accordingly.
- Demographics are pretty wide, we saw everyone from teens on spring break (with or without their parents) to retirees. I would say my wife and I--there for our 20th anniversary--were in the middle of the range.
- The vast majority of guests seemed to be from the US or the UK.
- This is not a "party" resort. While there are plenty of things to do during the day, night time activities are more limited. The focus is on relaxation.
I could keep going, but this review is getting long. I absolutely recommend a week at BodyHoliday for anyone looking to get away and relax!

Great holiday for those looking to completely unplug and reset ... And anyone with food sensitivities or allergies Shout out to all the chefs ...especially Juliana, for making my stay possible and just perfect. The activities are varied and have something for everyone. The staff are wonderful and the setting is rustic and beautiful. It was my 2nd time traveling solo and I will def be back. Loved me room this time. Oceanfront is def worth it.
