Honeymoon for 12 days was absolute blast Our manager Tina did incredible job on making our stay comfortable. We had small inconvenience at check-in, but Tina went above and beyond on fixing it in no time Throughout our journey, we reached out to her and team directly. All requests were resolved ASAP As platinum members, we were treated exceptionally - upgraded to the suite with private pool and best view; free breakfast; t-shirts, beach bag, discounts, etc Highly recommended for couples. Siray is truly unique, quite and private place Gym is pretty new and nice

A beautiful and huge property with amazing staff and service. The golf carts were quick to come whenever you wanted to be somewhere. Keeping up the Westin name, there were a lot of facilities and activities going on all throughout the day. Complementary kayaking with other beach activities at the private beach and a huge breakfast spread keeping in mind all the cuisines and tourists. Must visit most recommended 10/10

My stay here has been enjoyable. I stayed here with my family of 8 Pax. Enjoyed the resort with nice views, good service, friendly staff and facility. The resort is a bit dated but fairly maintained. The ambiance is nice but the resort needs refurbishing as it is old. My family took 2 different packages (2 of them fully inclusive and the rest with lunch and dinner). The children enjoyed the pool, kayaking etc. Thank you for the enjoyable stay to your staff. Just that the cleanliness can be improved.

Love this hotel. The location is fantastic. Short drive to Phuket town. Yet you enjoy the serene environment and feel that you are far from civilisation. Because rooms are on a steep hill (cape), we got good views even though our room was on ground level. They provide buggy services but if you prefer to walk, be prepared to tackle steep slopes (or stairs). The massage (2000B) may be pricier than in most places in Phuket. But great value for money (hey this is Westin after all) and the Thai massage is fantastic.

Absolutely stunning resort! Most of the rooms are on top of a hill and the resort is quite large but there is always staff on golf carts to take you to the pool, reception, dinner etc. The staff went out of the way to make my partners birthday special. Rooms were clean and the private pool rooms are worth it! Pools are great and lots of shady areas to relax. Cocktails and food were average but I expected that, also a bonus they do 2 for 1 happy hour each day. There is free shuttles twice a day to the Old town and Patong which is super convenient. I would definitely go back!
