Nestled in the Naithon beach area, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat, far from the crowds of other tourist hotspots. Direct access to Naithon beach and nearby restaurants spas and convenience stores make it a convenient base. However, the less touristy nature means restaurants close by 9 pm, which might be a bit limiting for those wanting to dine out. This hotel is ideal for couples honeymooners or families seeking a relaxing getaway. The breakfast spread is delicious and lasts until 11 am. One minor complaint: I requested an espresso around 10:55 am and was politely declined, despite it being a simple request. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff friendly. Getting around the property is easy thanks to the buggy service, which the staff is very responsive to. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.

A large resort hotel in an amazing location above the beach but which is easily accessible. Loved the adults only area including pool, gym and Mexican themed bar, eatery. Very nice Italian restaurant with great Pizza and steaks with a great terrace for sunset dining. The happy hour at the C Bar is also a great place to end the day or just walk on the beach, which is the best beach for swimming and walking on we have experienced for some time in Phuket. Very clean with pristine water, amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great, and the property itself is beautiful, with lush gardens, plenty of plants, and thoughtful details everywhere. Our kids absolutely loved the kids’ club and the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us as parents. The direct access to Naithon Beach is very convenient, and the views from the hotel over the sea and beach are stunning — especially at sunset. The food was excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely come back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The overall atmosphere of the property is calm, inviting, and beautifully designed. My room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service from the staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The hotel’s bar and swimming pool were among my favorite spots, offering stunning views of the sea that made relaxation even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the hotel’s newly opened restaurant, which I absolutely loved. It features warm, elegant design elements and clearly shows great attention to detail. Overall, the Pullman Hotel delivered an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The Pullman was the perfect start to our honeymoon!! After long flights and our wedding, we needed to start somewhere we could relax. Hospitality was above and beyond. We loved the resort lobby, bars, pools, rooms, classes and especially the beach and ocean views! The food was also SO delicious. We had one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve ever had there with so many fresh foods. The one chef even made sure to bring duck for the next day as he knew my husband wanted it. We got complimentary drinks and they put on a little party one night at the bar overlooking the ocean providing us with another special night. We would definitely recommend starting your trip here in Thailand!
