Spent almost 24 hours here and has been one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. One of the few properties that actually reward loyal members. Gave me an upgrade to the nicest view room I could imagine. The restaurant food is also great along with the breakfast buffet. All the staff are super friendly. The only expensive water at restaurant rule as someone else mentioned is the only little weird part about the place. Everything else is just phenomenal especially considering the price you are paying which is a pittance compared to other less appealing properties across Asia.

Pullman Arcadia This Pullman at Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach is definitely one of the best hotels you can stay at worldwide in my opinion. Not that I have stayed at many other properties in Phuket, but compared to the many other hotels, of different brands, I have stayed worldwide, this hotel had by far, some of the best, most consistent tasting food I’ve ever enjoyed. Combine that with the superior levels of customer service by the hotel staff, led by Brett & Urs, this is the hotel for you. If you want to feel like you’re the only guest that matters, you’ll experience that here. My wife and I recently stayed here, and enjoyed the incredible views, hospitality and overall experience. We were not disappointed.

We loved every minute of our stay. We keep coming back to this paradise resort where there's nothing you can wish for that is not available at your fingertips. We love the adult pool, restaurant and views. Stairs can be tricky to manage if you are not an abled body, perched on a clifftop - there are stairs everywhere. We will continue to return to this gem

We recently stayed at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia, the room was great and everything else at this resort was truly exceptional. The service throughout our stay was outstanding; the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their friendliness and attentiveness from the moment we arrived, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The facilities at the resort are top-notch. The kids' club was a highlight, offering a variety of engaging activities that kept our children entertained and happy. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, with a sea view! The swimming pool area was another standout feature. It is beautifully designed, with ample space for lounging and enjoying the sun. The views from the pool are stunning, adding a touch of luxury to our relaxation time. One of the most impressive aspects of the Pullman Phuket Arcadia is its private beach access. The beach is pristine and less crowded, providing a serene escape with crystal-clear waters. Having direct access to this beautiful stretch of coastline was a definite highlight of our stay. Last but not least, breakfast at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia was a daily delight. Plenty of halal and delicious options, my favourite part was the DIY juice & pastries! Each morning, we looked forward to exploring the varied and high-quality offerings. Overall, the exceptional service, superb facilities, and the serene beach access make Pullman Phuket Arcadia a fantastic destination. It’s a place where the staff’s warm hospitality truly enhances the experience, making it a memorable stay. Shoutout to the staff Kate & Karim, just to name a few because there are so many of them but we didn't manage to capture their names! Truly, thank you.

This place was awesome, so everything written below is nit picking only. The buffet was the best I have ever had, including the Winn in Vegas however the coffee would be perfect one day then undrinkable the next. They won't give you table water when ordering dinner which I thought was strange as they do when you order drinks from the bar. Our room was close to the main building but be ready for an 8-minute walk down a steep drive if you are up the back. They do offer a car but that can take 30 min to arrive.
