A beautiful hotel not far from the airport, with a stunning beach especially during high season. The breakfast is grand, exquisite, and absolutely delicious. The Italian dinner comes with a beautiful view and excellent taste. The lobby bar is also picture-perfect—ideal for a relaxing afternoon visit. The only downside is that the hotel is on a hillside, so getting to the rooms may require a shuttle. And being surrounded by forest, there may be some insects. Other than that, everything is great.

I’m honestly blown away by my stay at Pullman Arcadia Phuket – it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the kindest, most attentive staff, and that level of care stayed consistent throughout my entire stay. A special thank you to Samara, the lovely housekeeping lady – she was so sweet and thoughtful, always making my day brighter. Also a huge shoutout to Baboboba, the restaurant manager – such a professional, friendly person who made every meal feel extra special. Speaking of food – 10,000/10!! The meals were absolutely amazing, with so many delicious options and top-quality ingredients. I was so impressed every single day. The drivers and security staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming – always greeting us with smiles and making sure we felt safe and comfortable. You can tell that every team member here loves what they do and genuinely cares about the guests. Pullman Arcadia isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where you feel at home, pampered, and truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything! 🙏❤️

Our stay at the Pullman Naithon was absolutely fabulous. Brett’s team is amazing—nothing is ever too much trouble. Although we were informed in advance about renovations, we hardly noticed them, and they certainly didn’t impact the high standards. Breakfast was relocated but still offered an incredible array of delicious, high-quality food. Dinner at Vero was also incredible—easily one of the best meals we’ve had. The rooms were beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the stunning views of the ocean and lush greenery was a true highlight. The perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty created a sense of calm and luxury throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Difficult to rate this hotel. One the one hand, the resort itself is beautiful, as it’s built in the greenery and with the several small buildings it’s very private. Waking up here is amazing. In addition, the location next to the Nai Thon beach is extremely nice and good for people, looking for some relaxing days away for the crowds. The breakfast quality, the selection and the breakfast team is 10/10. Sunbeds and umbrellas at both pools, as well as on the room balcony, were in good condition. The nice beach is just a 3min walk away. Coming to the downsides: The property opened, according to my research, in 2013 and unfortunately you can see this at multiple points. Our Grand Deluxe room was in a warn out condition. In addition, cleaning was not the best. We had stains everywhere (bedframe, couch, floor) and the the bathroom was difficult. The toilet was disinfected by myself when we arrived and the shower would need a deep cleaning. In addition, water runs through the bathroom while you shower. However, we noticed this to the reception and they promised to fix the cleaning issue, but there was no visible change after housekeeping. Another issue was the rugged furniture at the breakfast restaurant. Please also note, that you feel the 200+ rooms during breakfast times. The main pool is lacking maintenance, as I don’t know how many of the small ceramic tiles are flying around. Conclusion: The Hotel is a great choice if you are looking for some calm days away from crowds like you have it in the southern parts of Phuket. The resort area is beautiful, breakfast quality is above average but rooms and furniture in the breakfast restaurant is bit outdated/ bad condition. Would say you can come here if the rate is cheap and you just wanna enjoy the weather, as sunbeds and room balcony is in good condition. Lots of potential, but needs an update.

Beautiful resort, would come back again. Very peaceful place, surrounded by nature. villas and rooms are soundproof and well spaced out, we felt like the only guests there even though occupancy rates were high. A highlight is the staff - they are very friendly and kind, and constantly check if you need assistance. Mai at the front desk was very very helpful and gave such a warm welcome. I came early before the room was ready but they let me use the gym while I waited, which was great. The resort, although far from the main city, is a short 2min walk to the beach and a 15min ride to the airport. The room was spacious and clean.
