We arrived in Phuket late at night but the hotel organised transport for us (yes it was more expensive but it was very easy and really welcome after a long journey). As soon as we arrived we felt the magic of the resort. The staff were really caring and immediately made us feel valued. The room was lovely, and had sea views. The facilities are great. The pools are nice, the gym is well equipped and the children’s club was a fun little addition when it rained. The area is quiet but very close to the airport. Naithon Beach is actually quite nice and there are a few restaurants/bars close to the hotel. The stand out of the show is the breakfast. It was probably the best breakfast I have ever eaten. The variety was amazing and although a lot of it was a buffet, the staff keep everything really fresh. The themed Thai dinner night was ok, we did it because it was easy for that meal and meant our 15 month old could sleep in the pram. It was overpriced and you can find better within seconds of leaving the hotel but we loved the 2 nights we had there and wish we could have stayed for longer.

My stay at Pullman Arcadia was absolutely delightful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Even before arrival, the email communication was excellent — they asked about my preferences and made me feel truly cared for. I was pleasantly upgraded to a higher room category, and my Accor Plus status was recognized with priority welcome and thoughtful benefits. The location is beautiful — peaceful yet convenient — and the infinity pool is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Given the natural surroundings, a few lizards or insects on the balcony are expected, but none inside. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

What an absolutely fabulous hotel! Our favorite in Asia! Brett Wilson(GM) & Albert Jan Van Beusekom run the hotel with the most friendly staff! Some of the lovely staff are- Pong who is everywhere and super charming! Pinky, Nana & Nis among so many others who made our stay so fabulous! The breakfast at this hotel is the best-every item has been curated so perfectly so you have a lazy brunch! It’s on till 11-fab! There are Bloody Marys and you must ask for the ‘Albert Special’ At breakfast-Orn, Nis Nana Too were lovely! The room- was fabulous- the romantic balcony was perfect and come evenings we would hear the frogs while enjoying the sunsets! The 2 pools are distinctly different- one is a lap pool and almost private! The other an infinity pool very resorty and more popular! The gym is good but the beach is very accessible with the private walkway down from the hotel! The sunsets from the reception are magical! Another first at any hotel I’ve stayed- ‘Pullman waiter on wheels’ -one can order food from any hotel restaurant -24 hours- a modern room service! Cheers to the team at Pullman Arcadia Naithon- we can’t wait to be back! God bless you all!

Very comfortable, luxury hotel with excellent service. Very spacious, well appointed rooms. Had torrential rain for much of my three night stay and as the room blocks are dotted around the hillside was concerned that I would be stranded in the room. Not to worry, a call to reception and a buggy is sent to collect you within a couple of minutes. The beach below the hotel was very nice with a string of professional/reputable massage places, cheap Thai food places, a particularly good bar etc. The rough surf made the water suitable for surfing and little else. Boating, snorkelling or diving requires a long trip to other parts of the island. Recommended for enjoying the lovely infinity pools with sea views and being well looked after by the exceptional staff. The breakfast in particular was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here in this breathtaking resort! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we love every bit of it. Brett the GM personally came over to welcome us during check-in which is a first for me having stayed in many Accor properties around the world. Check-in was a breeze and efficient. We were upgraded to the Grand Deluxe room which was very well appointed and close to the Adult Hub (where M Bar is located). Hotel was ongoing renovations so Elements Dining and the main swimming pool was closed, however we appreciated the fact that this was communicated early on during our reservation and also via email again to ensure we were properly informed. On our last night we encountered issues with the air-conditioning which was not functioning, however it was quite a major issue and couldn't be fixed overnight. This is where this resort stands out from the rest, within minutes Front Desk called to arrange a temporary room just for the night and whisked us away. Next morning upon check-out they personally apologized for the inconvenience. Kudos to the team for excellent Service Recovery! We would also like to give our appreciation to the front concierge team who arranges buggy and valet services, I'm bad with names so I can't recall their names, but I remember the two ladies are from Hatyai and Betong for their hospitality. Overall I feel that the management team leads by example and it trickles down to the entire team at Pullman Phuket Arcadia. One of the best hospitality I've encountered.
