The rooms are well decorated and maintained, the grounds are lovely and tropical, the beach the hotel overlooks is one of the best in Phuket and the staff are all gloriously proactive and helpful and smiley and kind. I had some issues with soundproofing of the room, and the whole team activated incredibly quickly to assist. The food at Echo is great, and the spa is really lovely. The manager is very knowledgeable, and the therapists are good - K. Kam gave me possibly one of the best massages I have ever had. The only thing it that the guest:pool ratio is pretty high and, whilst it's relatively achievable to find a sunlounger, it can feel pretty crowded and you can be a long way from the water. Vero (the Italian restaurant) is probably a reasonable option for families, but I wouldn't recommend it for the discerning diner.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great, and the property itself is beautiful, with lush gardens, plenty of plants, and thoughtful details everywhere. Our kids absolutely loved the kids’ club and the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us as parents. The direct access to Naithon Beach is very convenient, and the views from the hotel over the sea and beach are stunning — especially at sunset. The food was excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and perfectly organized. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location is stunning with incredible views. A special thank you to Punch, who truly made our stay extra special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for her warmth and hospitality. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, the facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was peaceful and elegant. Nestled in the Naithon beach area, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat, far from the crowds of other tourist hotspots. Direct access to Naithon beach and nearby restaurants spas and convenience stores make it a convenient base. However, the less touristy nature means restaurants close by 9 pm, which might be a bit limiting for those wanting to dine out. This hotel is ideal for couples honeymooners or families seeking a relaxing getaway. The breakfast spread is delicious and lasts until 11 am. One minor complaint: I requested an espresso around 10:55 am and was politely declined, despite it being a simple request. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff friendly. Getting around the property is easy thanks to the buggy service, which the staff is very responsive to. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.

One of my favourite hotels on earth. The hotel is beautiful, with pools, lounges, and a near by gorgeous quiet beach with an easy access from the hotel. There are activities every day and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer car rides around the hotel as some rooms are further away, but everything is well organised. The bedrooms are amazing with breathtaking views. But the main event is the spectacular breakfast ; there is so much variety and everything is just delicious. The hotel is close to the airport but without any disturbance. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
