We only spent one night at Pullman, which happened to be the last night of 4D3N trip to Phuket. We were all pleased with the facility and view. Breakfast was nice. The staff were nice and helpful. They gave us a complimentary birthday cake and room decoration as well. The birthday boy was totally surprised. We wish we could have more time spent at the resort. Our flight was quite early on checkout day.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. I tend to like smaller upscale resorts and this was just up my alley. The price was competitive to the area and level of resort. It was very easy to navigate around on foot and transport shuttle. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The food and cocktails were always delicious as well. The gorgeous beach views ties it all together. Well done.

This is a wonderful resort. The rooms are comfy with beautiful views overlooking the ocean. The food created and served here is amazing. The chef is active meeting all of the guests. The General Manager spends time visiting with all of the guests and even helps the locals try to keep Naithon beach clean. We would love to come and stay here again, the staff was just amazing. They always have real smiles, nothing fake about their service.

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who served drinks and cold face cloths. Our room was available immediately. We were not disappointed a wonderful modern room with all the necessary amenities with an unbelievable view of the ocean. Towels were thick and pure white along with bed change everyday! All staff were wonderful and dressed immaculately in smart uniforms. Food and drinks excelled our expectations. Breakfast was unbelievable and the Italian restaurant is a must!! Around the pool there is a pool boy who brings around mini cocktails and watermelon also serving water at your lounger. The small touches go a long way. Naithon itself did not impress me so much but would I visit again to stay in this hotel? 100% YES!!

Edit: I had feedback for the hotel with regards to my food delivery. I was very impressed either way the general manager finding me within hours, personally explaining the situation and offering how to solve. It’s this sort of attention to customer service that would have me returning time and time again.
Room was larger than most. Very comfortable for two adults and an infant.
I appreciated most all the small things they do here; the water man by the pool, the kid’s club staff, the little beach bag in our room. These things are never expected, but always appreciated. They set this hotel apart from all others we have tried in Phuket. See you all again soon!
