My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The ambiance throughout the property felt luxurious yet welcoming. What truly made my experience outstanding was the service. Every staff member was polite and professional, but Ann stood out the most. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Ann went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—her hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and world-class service. I will definitely be returning!

I stayed for four nights. The free shuttle bus and shuttle boat service provided a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. Inside Angsana, carts were available, making moving heavy luggage a breeze. The Friday night market at Port Avenue was also easily accessible via shuttle bus. The room was in excellent condition, and towels were changed twice daily. The pool, with its spacious lazy river and ocean view, was a delightful experience. The staff were all friendly, and I especially recommend Nan. She offered a welcome drink at check-in and provided a friendly explanation, making for a great first impression. She was also very helpful and accommodating in subsequent inquiries.

The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything perfect throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — an incredible selection of Thai dishes, fresh tropical fruits, pastries. 😋 The atmosphere was vibrant but never crowded — just the right mix of fun and relaxation. Location-wise, it’s perfect — set within Laguna Phuket, you have easy access to restaurants, shops, and nearby activities, yet the resort still feels secluded and peaceful. Overall, Angsana Laguna Phuket completely exceeded our expectations. We were traveling here with a bigger group. We had lovely dinners organized for us and when it was rainy they always found an alternative activity for us. The hotel staff Mr Victor and Ms Eye, Bow and Looktran were doing such a fantastic job helping us with everything during our stay. Always patient and with a smile, truly leaving a wonderful impression of Thai culture and hospitality! Fully recommending this hotel and would surely come back!

We visited for a family vacation with our 9- and 7-year-old children and had a wonderful stay. Both swimming pools were excellent. The main pool with sand and slides was perfect for young kids, and we spent the whole day relaxing at the beach pool, which had a great seaside vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the twice-daily turndown service kept it spotless. The Laguna area was convenient with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. It was only a 5-minute shuttle ride to Laguna Golf Club, so we could enjoy a morning round of golf and spend the afternoon swimming. As a golf-loving family, we are already planning to come back next year.
