Here’s a Google Reviews–style version (clear, concise, and easy to read): ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Angsana We’ve just stayed at Angsana for the last 10 days and moved to another place and already miss Angsana as we felt totally spoilt and treated Like VIPs Friendly and polite staff who were always happy to help. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice for different nationalities. Pool and beach service were excellent. The buggy service was extremely helpful, especially as my husband found walking long distances difficult in the heat. The beach security staff acted very quickly when my husband fell and injured his ankle. Their prompt first aid and professionalism were impressive. Thank you to the Admin team for sending a Get well card and a huge fruit basket hamper. 🙏🏼 Canal Village was lovely, with a good selection of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Thai restaurant on our last day — delicious food, great ambience by the water, and they were happy to cater for vegetarian options. We also had couple of dinners at Azura which was excellent But disappointed at Bodega Grill where we luckily had a free dinger voucher otherwise would not be prepared to pay for such an expensive meal that was not to our satisfaction Special mention to Min from housekeeping for remembering our preferences, and to Net and Tak, the buggy drivers, for their friendly service. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Angsana Laguna Phuket for EDC Thailand (Jan 15–19) and it was a 10/10 experience. The hospitality was stellar—Joe, in particular, was exceptional. He remembered my name, greeting and checking in on me daily to ensure every request was handled promptly. The resort’s atmosphere was incredible as the official festival hotel, with EDC branded decorations and DJs playing all day at the pool. On-site EDC wristband and kit collection, EDC merchandise store, and beauty bars made the logistics seamless. Plus, it was a short 5-minute walk to the pre-EDC beach party and a quick GrabBike ride to Rhythm Park. After clocking 30,000 steps a day, the resort's award-winning spa was a lifesaver—I went two days in a row! I also appreciated the well-equipped, spacious gym and the variety at the breakfast buffet. My only suggestions would be to expand the offering of authentic, high-quality Thai food on-site to match the amazing local flavors found across the island, and to ramp up overnight room service during EDC Thailand, as the wait times for food became longer than usual. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I already can’t wait to be back for EDC Thailand in Dec 2026!

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana Lagoon and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. There was a small misunderstanding with the towels, but the manager and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything possible to resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Their attitude and willingness to help made a very positive impression. We were also deeply grateful for the unexpected birthday cake and candles prepared for our son. We often travel during the New Year holidays, and this was the first time a hotel team personally congratulated our child. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture, and a truly pleasant surprise for our whole family. Overall, Angsana Lagoon is a fantastic hotel with a warm atmosphere and a genuinely caring team. We would be happy to return again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket I had a wonderful stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located by the lagoon and beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed, with great views and a calm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to dining and activities, the service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach access is a big plus, especially for sunsets. Overall, Angsana Laguna Phuket is a perfect choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing resort experience in Phuket. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
