We had a wonderful stay at Angsana Lagoon and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. There was a small misunderstanding with the towels, but the manager and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything possible to resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Their attitude and willingness to help made a very positive impression. We were also deeply grateful for the unexpected birthday cake and candles prepared for our son. We often travel during the New Year holidays, and this was the first time a hotel team personally congratulated our child. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture, and a truly pleasant surprise for our whole family. Overall, Angsana Lagoon is a fantastic hotel with a warm atmosphere and a genuinely caring team. We would be happy to return again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and had a wonderful experience. The place is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The sea is absolutely stunning, and there are so many lovely spots for taking photos. What I loved the most is the swimming pool — it’s beautiful and very relaxing. The front desk staff provided excellent service, especially Meily. She was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

The tropical scent and gentle sea breeze make you feel like you’re on a true escape—perfect for anyone wanting peace and comfor The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I had a lovely view of the lagoon, which made mornings feel extra serene. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the little welcome touches from the staff made me feel taken care of, even though I was traveling alone. Even though it was the holiday period and the hotel was quite lively, the huge property meant it never felt crowded. There were plenty of quiet corners to relax. The main pool was a highlight—large, scenic, and great for both lounging and swimming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from Thai dishes to fresh tropical fruits. Even as a solo traveler, I never felt awkward; the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it easy to enjoy my morning coffee by the poo The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the solo experience feel safe and genuinely welcoming. If you're planning a holiday getaway in Phuket and want somewhere peaceful, spacious, and solo-traveler-friendly, Angsana Laguna Phuket is an excellent choice. Such a fantastic hotel! An incredible pleasant experience. The front office staff is amazing and so smiling. They welcome you with a refreshment during the check-in and they take you to the room explaining everything in a simple and perfect way. During our staying they were always available to help giving many information making our holiday special. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the Laguna from the two floors. The ground floor was a living room with a toilet and a huge balcony with two sunbeds. At the first one a big bedroom with another balcony and a really nice bathroom with shower and a bathub in an open space. We had a chance to have breakfast in both the places, a la carte and buffet. A la carte has a menu where you can choose the option you prefer and a small buffet where you can find many options, both Thai and not. The breakfast buffet has a large offer of options. Everything is well prepared with a great quality, thanks to the chef and waitresses for your amazing service. During the week at Angsana we spent some time at the Loy Krathong Bar, the Pool Bar and the one at the beach. All the places are very nice with a lovely atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, they are always happy to provide a great experience. I strongly recommend this fabulous hotel, the best experience I have ever had.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed, with great views and a calm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to dining and activities, the service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach access is a big plus, especially for sunsets. Overall, Angsana Laguna Phuket is a perfect choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing resort experience in Phuket. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
