The place is simply gorgeous! Beautiful rooms with carved elements, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious breakfasts with freshly squeezed juice. The staff is friendly, everything is clean and well-maintained. Many activities 🦎🦎🦎 🥲The only issue was that the massage in the bungalow wasn't enough private; the lounger was in the walkway. At one point, I even noticed someone filming the massage, which was a bit annoying. The massage itself was excellent, thanks to the therapist. It's better to choose the indoor option. Otherwise, everything was great; the hotel left only pleasant impressions! 🌿

From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel truly welcome, starting with a refreshing welcome drink and all the information you need from the friendly guest relations team. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering stunning views. Be aware that all the rooms (as well as the breakfast area, infinity pool) are located up on the hill, but there’s a convenient shuttle running every couple of minutes to take you wherever you need to go. If you’ve booked a room with a bathtub only, in one of the hotel blocks, just note that there are quite a few steps to reach it, not just a hill walk! The service throughout my stay was absolutely perfect, professional, well-organized, and always with a smile. You can rent a scooter to explore the island or take a relaxing walk along the beach. And don’t miss the sunset - sundowner at the jetty it’s the perfect way to end the day.

It is the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle!

Beautiful view and beautiful room. However the basic guest service standards were not met. Booked this hotel for my gf's birthday. Our plane landed at 12.35 pm and the shuttle was scheduled for 12.30 pm. After contacting guest service and asking if the shuttle could wait 10 min they mentioned it wasn't possible (the Speedboat was scheduled at 1.30 pm, ample time to make it since it only takes 30 min from the airport to the pier). As a result, we wasted 3 hours waiting for the next speedboat. Once arrived, we realized they put us in the furthest building of the resort with the least favorable view, although I mentioned twice it was my girlfriend's birthday. After negotiating with front desk they gracefully agreed to upgrade us, saving the day (thank you K. Fit and her manager). All in all, I can't say I'll ever be back based on this experience and the ludicrous prices of the restaurant and drinks (180 bahts for a small can of beer). We found better options and better value on this island during our trip.

The hotel is nice and unique, and everything was great until I ordered water and was charged 125 baht, that’s absolutely outrageous. On top of that, the lady at the lobby couldn’t provide information about the outside speedboat schedule, which was disappointing. It feels like they only want to sell you their own speedboat service. I believe the staff should be able to provide this information to guests, as some travelers might prefer using outside speedboats to save costs or for other reasons. The lobby staff should have better knowledge of the area and be more helpful to their clients Overall still happy 😊
