This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable. That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.

The Pavilions Phuket – A Tranquil Hilltop Escape The Pavilions Phuket offers an exceptional blend of comfort, style, and attentive service, creating an atmosphere of calm and exclusivity. Perched on a quiet hillside overlooking the Andaman Sea, the resort provides a peaceful retreat away from the busier parts of Phuket while remaining just a short drive from beaches, shopping, and local dining. The rooms are beautifully designed — spacious, elegant, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the quality of the bedding to the thoughtful touches that make guests feel welcome. Dining is a particular highlight. Breakfast each morning offers a wide selection of fresh and flavorful options, while 360 Bar delivers an unforgettable sunset experience with panoramic views and expertly crafted cocktails. Service across the resort is consistently excellent — warm, genuine, and highly professional. Overall, The Pavilions Phuket is a refined and tranquil destination that combines understated luxury with exceptional hospitality — a perfect choice for travelers seeking a serene, high-quality experience in Phuket.

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Totally amazing place. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included. Fantastic breakfast as well. So cozy and romantic setting. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Thanks!

We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at Pavilions Phuket for seven nights in the Spa and Pool Pavilion. Upon arrival, I discovered that although the villa was spacious, the private pool was significantly smaller than what I had seen online. Additionally, the water quality was not very clean, with many small particles floating in it. My wife was concerned about this, so we did not swim in the private pool throughout our stay. The cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas needs improvement, particularly the outdoor pavilion and bathroom, which had many suspicious stains that seemed to be moldy, and there were signs of wear and tear. The view from the room was disappointing; there was no sea view, only distant mountains and a construction site. Inside the villa, the only television was an old 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, with low resolution and very few channels available. While there was a large sofa in the living room, it, like the cushions in the outdoor pavilion, appeared quite dirty with many small stains, so we did not use it. There was no TV in the bedroom, which is not typical for a five-star pool villa. The lighting throughout the villa was very dim, insufficient for nighttime use. The bedroom design was also strange; there were no windows at all, resulting in a lack of views, and all four walls were covered with white curtains from ceiling to floor. The entire bed frame was surrounded by white curtains as well, which might seem odd or unwelcoming to some, resembling decor suited for specific occasions. In terms of the bathroom, the fixtures were outdated, with the bathtub's drain having unremovable yellow stains at the bottom. The shower had a loose connection that caused water to splash everywhere, and the water pressure was very low, preventing a proper shower experience. The cleanliness of the towels provided, including bath towels, face towels, and hand towels, also left much to be desired. Several times, I noticed dark yellow stains on some towels, so I had to be careful to select ones that looked clean. The mini-bar in the room provided only bottled drinking water for free; all other drinks and snacks had to be paid for, which is not comparable to other five-star pool villas that offer free beverages and snacks in their mini-bars. However, the dining options were somewhat better; although the breakfast selection was limited and there were no freshly squeezed juices, the staff's service was commendable. Other staff members greeted guests with smiles and maintained the friendly attitude typical of the Thai hospitality industry, which deserves praise The check-out arrangement requires significant improvement. Due to flight scheduling, I requested a late check-out of one to one and a half hours. However, the responses from both the lady duty manager and the assistant front office manager Sol were mechanical: "According to the rental policy, the check-out time is precisely at 12 PM. We cannot arrange for a late check-out as all the rooms at the hotel are fully booked, and you must leave before noon." The hotel check-in time is 3 PM; that’s three whole hours planned to clean one room from noon to 3 PM. In reality, the housekeeping staff could simply clean my room later. My family and I travel to Thailand every year, staying in five-star pool villas such as Banyan Tree, Anantara, Ayara, Sri Panwa, etc. I have never experienced such a check-out situation before, receiving such a mechanical response devoid of humanity. Given the issues with the facilities mentioned above, I believe I will not return to this hotel in the future, as its value for money is low. Compared to the services, facilities, and environment offered by other truly five-star brands, it falls incredibly short!
