The Pavilions Phuket

We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

This was out of the expensive Laguna lagoon area and 12 minutes from boat avenue.. but it's seclusion was welcome for a romantic, serene and peaceful time with your loved ones.. the drive from the gate thru the bamboo lined road up to the lobby felt like a transportation to another world of zen and calmness.. Access to beach and supermarket was via shuttle bus. F & B was outstanding especially their local fare.. With good planning, you'll really enjoy your stay here..

It s a nice resort with a tropical theme. In my opinion it's suitable, if you are looking to stay in. They provide a free shuttle to the beach and village market couple times of the day and you can also book/buy tours and transportations here. They have own activities that you can partake as well as movie night so you dont really need to go anywhere. Eating/drinking in is however a litte more expensive. Even thought it's a large estate, it feels like you cannt walk around and there s alway someone super quick to offer a golf cart transport -so no local o foot exploring. Our stay was fine. As european I was happy with a breakfast range offered. I am a germophobe so I didnt eat fresh salad or drink drinks with ice and had no problems. I saw other guests who did and they seemed ok. Our tropical garden suite was very spacious, water in one of two showers wasnt draining properly, but the other one was fine. Deco was a little worn but generally fine. I would give it 4 out of 5 for cleanliness for my expectations, 7 out of 5 for a local standard. Because it is surrounded by nature they were some mosquitos but then again it was addressed by weekly spraying. We celebrated a birthday here and the hotel was kind enought to notice it and give us a cake and make nice bday towel wish arranegement. We visited a spa- massage and facial and left well relaxed. It makes sense to think a little about how much money you want to spend here as you can buy their hotel credits that then give you little more money to spent. We also booked a taxi to the airport with the resort, it came on time. Just check that your luggage is loaded. We arrived unannoced three or four hours before our check in time and the hotel management was able to get our room one and three quaters of hrs sooner. Every one during our stay was nice and helpful to us 🙏🏻

Stunning. Our 3rd visit and have already booked again for next year. Some core staff (restaurant/transport) have been there for many years and welcome you like family. Views from the various villas are stunning. Neat hilltop bar with Japanese snacks and an Italian with stunning views at sunset (Alto).

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The rooms are big and spacious and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The resort gives a very calm and relaxing feeling. We got enough time to explore just the nice big pool, it was well maintained and we had a good time. The breakfast was good and they had quite a few options. We enjoyed our stay here.
