We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

Stunning. Our 3rd visit and have already booked again for next year. Some core staff (restaurant/transport) have been there for many years and welcome you like family. Views from the various villas are stunning. Neat hilltop bar with Japanese snacks and an Italian with stunning views at sunset (Alto).

Extremely happy with our recent stay. Luxury Escapes with half board including breakfast and either lunch or dinner and daily massages for two. Villa (Spa & Pool Pavilion) 275m2. The staff were amazing especially Manny at breakfast. Would recommend if you like a quiet resort feel.

This was out of the expensive Laguna lagoon area and 12 minutes from boat avenue.. but it's seclusion was welcome for a romantic, serene and peaceful time with your loved ones.. the drive from the gate thru the bamboo lined road up to the lobby felt like a transportation to another world of zen and calmness.. Access to beach and supermarket was via shuttle bus. F & B was outstanding especially their local fare.. With good planning, you'll really enjoy your stay here..

Very disappointing experience – not worth the price We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket for our honeymoon, expecting a luxury five-star experience, but unfortunately, it was far from it. From the start, the hotel’s attitude felt unfair and inconsistent. We discovered that other guests who booked similar villas received complimentary spa treatments, while we were told that because we booked through a different platform (Expedia), we were not entitled to the same benefits. This kind of unequal policy between guests staying in the same resort is both unprofessional and disappointing. The weather was rainy throughout our stay, and we couldn’t enjoy the pool or outdoor facilities — yet the management showed no real empathy or flexibility, only offering a small discount instead of any meaningful gesture. For the high price we paid, the overall value was very poor. The experience did not reflect the level of service, care, or hospitality one would expect from a resort that calls itself luxury. We stayed in many hotels across Thailand, and sadly, The Pavilions Phuket was the most disappointing. We definitely wouldn’t recommend it and will not return.
