We loved staying at The Pavilions! It felt very secluded, but close enough to explore everything around us from Banana Beach to Boat Avenue. Would highly recommend renting a scooter, not only helpful to get around the property due to hills and size of property but made it easy to go out and explore everything around us. We got a garden room and loved it as we got our own little private yard with other rooms above. Morning breakfasts were delicious and the whole staff was incredible and helpful.

We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 Tropical View rooms that were huge (800+ square feet) with a separate living room and bathroom. Ask for rooms on a higher floor as they result in beautiful views from the balcony. They are also very close to the main pool and Firefly restaurant where breakfast is served.
Breakfast was very nice and you are served from your table for tea/coffee and from the egg menu which is lovely, whilst the rest of the buffet was excellent, especially the free flowing bubbly.
We ate at all the restaurants which are very nice if a touch expensive as there are so many nice restaurants in Bang Tao / Boat Road.
You get super views from 360.
Firefly was great for lunch.
Alto was nice but the bill does rack up, especially if you order wine.
The service in all 3 restaurants was excellent and the serving staff could not do more to make your visit any better.
The resort is very hilly but don’t worry as they have loads of buggy’s and cars (without doors) to take you wherever you need via an app you install on your phone or via a call to reception.
My wife visited the spa and was delighted with the treatments.
We also took the shuttle bus from the hotel to the shopping centre which was good. Most of the time when we ate out we took a taxi to Bang Tao (300 bhat each way) and Phuket Night market (700 bhat each way).
We also bought the resort credits in advance which gave you extra money to spend on food, drink, spa treatments and so is a worthwhile investment.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely visit again in the future.
Not only is the resort lovely but ALL the staff were super friendly and made our stay one to remember.

What an amazing vacation thanks to The Pavilions Phuket. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by Sharon who provided us with flowers and cold beverages. The check in process was such a breeze. We stayed in an oceanview pool villa and I must say we were blown away! This villa was absolutely beautiful and so grand. The pool was definitely my favorite because of the amazing views. Every morning, our villa was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels. The resort itself is also amazing. We had breakfast and a dinner at Alto and the food was great, breakfast was definitely a favorite. Also, all of the staff is very friendly and polite. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with information regarding tours and markets. My husband and I cant wait to visit again. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at The Pavilions Phuket.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Pavilions. The staff were amazing always greeting you with a smile and service was top notch.The location is a little far from the beach but they have a shuttle to take you down to Bang Tao Beach daily or like us you can hire a scooter and have the freedom to explore as you like. Bangtao beach itself is incredible and was definitely our favourite beach we visited as it wasn't too crowded. The hotel had daily activities and their own app which was handy to make reservations or to organise buggies or taxis. Had a great massage at the spa and the sunset at 360 Bar was impressive with great views looking out over the coast. Overall very happy with the Pavilions and would definitely come back

The Pavilions was the 3rd leg of my Thailand Trip. It was exactly as I hoped. Total elegance, privacy and beauty. I wish I had booked more days because it was so worth the stay. We spent 3 days in the ocean view villa with pool. I cant say enough on how wonderful we were treated from beginning to end. We had BBQ dinner at our villa one night it was amazing.....it was romantic and elegantly done. I would highly recommend this beautiful place, it is a bit far from town but so worth it. Breakfast was lovely everyday and our villa was tended to daily beautifully. If your looking for privacy, elegance and beauty this is definitely it.
