I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort! Everyone is so friendly, kind, helpful, warm and welcoming. Every detail is thought of and surprises await you around the corner, as they are always looking for ways to make their guests happy. One day my husband and I weren’t feeling well and the next thing I know there is a flower arrangement and a hand written get well card in my room. In addition to the resort’s excellent service, the spa is a must. Milky is the best masseuse I have ever met and she works every muscle. If you’re looking for a result with an above excellent staff, amazing accommodations and surrounding areas with lots to do, don’t hesitate to book your stay here when in Phuket. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing stay! Mandarava Resort in Phuket exceeded all our expectations. The location is peaceful yet close enough to the beach and local restaurants. Our villa was spacious, spotless, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery — pure paradise! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome every single day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety, and the pool areas were beautiful and never crowded. We especially loved the attention to detail everywhere — from the design of the rooms to the small touches that made our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel was amazing! Definitely recommend to friends and family. Rooms were big, clean, beds comfortable and they have loads of pool around the hotel! The staff were so helpful, attentive and very polite. Good vibes at this resort, I would stay here again! The breakfast and dinner was good. If weather is nice you can also sit outside with a nice view of Karon beach. Speaking of, they have free shuttle buses that head down to the beach every hour until 7 ish this is ideal if you want to head down to the beach!

The resort is on a hill and it is a relaxing and peaceful place within a beautiful jungle garden. It feels very natural and the service is great. We decided to change our room after the first night. The staff, Fang and Sa ( especially Sa) were very kind and helpful, and they did everything they could for us. We were very happy with our new room, and we truly appreciated the kindness from the staff.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. You are surrounded by beautiful nature, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. There are four different pools with pool bars, a games room, a kids’ room – basically everything you could wish for. A driver picks you up from the lobby or directly from your room at any time, and they even brought my Grab order up to the room. The only thing worth mentioning is that the room didn’t have a proper closet, but since we only stayed for three nights, it wasn’t an issue. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect during our stay.
