Truly enjoyed our time at this resort. The best thing about being here is the service, especially those who take you around the resort in their buggy / shuttle service with an easy request.The staff was always checking in on you, especially when you had tours or taxis booked. This was super appreciated throughout. The rooms are super spacious, clean and quite private. They have all the facilities needed and feels like a nice break away. We also had breakfast everyday, it had a wide range of things available and was set out quite cleanly. The only downfall is that it is quite far away from the beach, you will have to walk 10-15 minutes. But this wasn't an issue for us, and you could easily get a taxi or bike around. They offer a shuttle service 4 times a day. The only improvement would be to add a few more times, and perhaps have it also go down to the main area of Karon where the restaurants are at! We can't wait to stay here again!

We loved staying at this resort. The service is incredible, nothing is too much effort and they really spoil you while you are here. The rooms are lovely, big & spacious with all amenities provided. We loved the food here - the breakfast included suitable for all tastes and accommodated dietary requirements. We ate lunch at the pool bar a few times and tried both restaurants for dinner, all food was delicious and decently priced. The resort itself is quite hilly and about 10/15 mins walk from Karon beach. However they offer a shuttle service to and from the beach 4x daily and will also happily shuttle you around the resort any time you request it. Overall a great place to stay.

My parents, brother and sister and I recently stayed at Mandereva Resort in Phuket for 8 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The service from all the staff was exceptional, with some standouts. The male security guard noticed 700 baht fall out of my pocket and chased me up the hill to return it—such a trustworthy gesture. Nun at the swim-up bar provided great service, making our pool time very enjoyable. Stamp was a pleasure to deal with at the restaurant, making excellent coffee with a lovely smile for my family every morning and being very efficient. Pen, who served us multiple times at the restaurant for breakfast and lunch, had an exceptional memory. I mentioned my nut allergy on the first night, and she remembered it for the rest of our trip, always ensuring my meals were safe and showing her lovely personality. Sam, who greeted us each morning at breakfast, was also very friendly and had a wonderful personality. The cleaning staff were incredibly accommodating, keeping our rooms spotless. The egg omelette chef was fantastic as well. There were too many great staff members to mention individually, but overall, the hospitality was top-notch We would definitely stay here again! The resort itself is stunning, it is on a hill so there will be a lot of walking up and down hills and steps. We enjoyed the movement and exercise (and for the views itself it’s worth it) for those that don’t want to walk there are constant on site buggies on offer. The pools aren’t big, but pretty, so it’s worth getting up early to get pool beds. The breakfast buffet is the busiest of the day, the food on offer is exceptional. Outside of this I would say on site food is average to good, but we intentionally chose not to eat lunches and dinners on site wanting to take benefit of local small restaurants and food markets. There are plenty to choose from, so cheap and so so tasty. Beach wise the resort run 4 shuttles daily so again easy to access. Room wise, we had the sea pearl and it was worth every penny. Stunning room, huge bathroom and access to a private small pool area connecting onto a pool bar. The room air con and fan is very strong so it’s easy to keep cool but the bathroom doesn’t have this so it can get warm. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, warm and kind.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exemplary. Reception was swift and efficient, and housekeeping consistently maintained the villa to impeccable standards, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. While we mostly dined at the international restaurant, we found the food options satisfactory, though additional variety could enhance the dining experience further. Nevertheless, the quality of service at the restaurant matched that of the rest of the hotel—prompt and attentive. Overall, the hotel stands out as the best hotel we've experienced in Phuket. Its combination of privacy, cleanliness, modernity, and top-notch service makes it a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious retreat. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit.
