5 star hotel that deserves a 5 star rating. It has amazing services, restaurant, daily activities, pool, massage and more. They also have free shuttle (drop off only) to Patong beach. Despite of its location being in a busy neighborhood, they have tight security so you feel safer especially at night. Service wise, I have no comment. One time I came back to the room, and the floor was wet, due to humidity which is normal, and they dealt with it right away. The dine-in food quality is also great. I'd definitely recommend.

The staff is helping and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel is just acceptable. As the hotel is not new, many areas need to repair or renovate (such as bath tube, shower head and wall in the room). Too many mosquitoes in the hotel. We reserved three pool-access rooms for our group of 7 (including 1 kid). All three rooms have many mosquitoes (4-6 each) inside the rooms when we first checked in. No kid amenities provided upon request. Breakfast is not bad, and again, good services at all.

Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. McDonald’s food and wrappers were scattered throughout the walkway to our room and sat there for the entire day. The rooms and walk way areas of the hotel are not the cleanest. Our son fell unwell and had a toilet accident on the pool deck next to the restaurant table and chairs, after getting him back to the room I alerted staff on multiple occasions about the mess. After an hour of his poop sitting there I had to leave him and go clean it up as I felt awful for other guest in the area. We requested a late checkout however advised no and that the property was booked out yet had availability on their website. We were told we could wait in the lobby for 3.5 hours. Chatting with other guest there shared the same concerns about the state of the rooms to the point they had to move out of one while it was cleaned again. After reading many reviews it’s disappointing to see the hotel apologies and accept the feedback however it’s evident improvement isn’t made. I would recommend that anyone looking to stay to checkout other nearby hotels, they have bigger pools (photos of this place are misleading) and are much cleaner with a better service. Would not stay here again.

I had a lovely 2-night stay as I was mostly looking for a nice place to rest my head at night, while I ventured out during the day. The continental breakfast was great with a large variety of food and drink options, the pool was relaxing with only a handful of people there at a time, and the spa services were wonderful. I had a late night flight departure so it was nice to be able to lay by the pool and then have access to a shower, even though I had checked out earlier in the day. The room itself was fine, though could have done with a better cleaning before receiving its next guest.

Beautiful room, it was . Large and spacious. Location was only 10 mins walk to local night Market, beach and big mall. Food was not good. Spa service was not good, especially for the price. Location of the massage place was right next to the pool area and it was loud so you can't relax, since there's kids screaming n playing on the pool.
