Just finished up a wonderful stay at the hotel and wanted to drop a quick review! The location is fantastic—the beach is right nearby for a quick dip or sunset stroll, and we loved that the night market was just around the corner, it made the evenings fun and easy. For those who enjoy the nightlife, there are plenty of bars and pubs within easy walking distance. A major plus for us was the breakfast. It was great to see they had thoughtful, dedicated vegetarian options specifically for Indian guests. Everything—from the excellent location to the delicious, inclusive breakfast—is part of the package, making it genuinely great value. Highly recommend! , and the main highlight is Indian person Chef "Ronnie" . He is very good at cooking and also in nature and on that day He made my day. Thankyou for your services. I'll Come again and recommend your hotel to my family and friends.

I’m staying at Mercure Patong for three nights and will have my last breakfast before checkout today. During my stay, I had breakfast twice so far, and each time Tan (Ar, Nan) provided such warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. He noticed every little detail — moving the parasol so we could stay in the shade, and kindly checking if we needed anything else. His genuine care and friendly attitude made every morning so pleasant. I’m sure today’s last breakfast will be another lovely experience thanks to him. Because of his kindness, I now have a very good impression of the Mercure Patong Hotel. 💛 Thank you, Tan (Ar, Nan), for your excellent hospitality!

The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is good, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for 2 days with my wife for her bday and was surprised to see the bed decoration for her bday without asking them which was very good of them loved it, they also provide bday cake. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything,the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was good would have loved more indian options in it. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making our first ever visit to Phuket an absolute stand out holiday.

The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is second to none, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for a week with my partner and friends and everyone was so impressed with the Mercure. We visited the gym, day spa, swim up bar, regular bar and the club lounge and all were faultless. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything, but the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was too good- probably the freshest breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. If you are tempted to treat yourself book a private pool villa; you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making my first ever visit to Thailand an absolute stand out holiday.

We had a great experience staying at the Grand Mercure in Phuket, the young lady her name is Aum greeted us checked us in and made sure we had everything that we needed. I have travelled all over the world and some amazing hotels but the customer service we received was awesome. I will definitely visit again and recommend to all my friends to stay at the grand Mercure in Phuket Thailand and definitely ask for Aum Thank you Aum and continue this great customer service
