Overall, the hotel is located along and near Jungceylong mall in Patong which offers unparalleled convenience if you need to get anything at the mall. Check-in was professionally handled by the front office staff, and a breeze. Room is reasonably sized and the pool is welcoming for the kids. Grab was fast when called, to the pick up point at the hotel as they have many cars waiting outside. The hotel is also walking distance, ie less than 10 mins from the beach. And the breakfast served amazing fried rice that we had everything, a must try! Overall, it was a good stay for a family. The only downside is that it is way too crowded with tourists in Patong, which is not the fault of the hotel. Recommended!

What a beautiful hotel ! It’s big. Location. 5 mins from Hard Rock Cafe and opposite loads of local spots to shop , eat and drink. Cost. The drinks are expensive , about 320 baht a pint ! Top tip! There’s happy hour every day 4 til 6, then there’s a 241 special every night. The buffet food was great value for money , 1000 baht pp. lovely stay , lovely staff really enjoyed . We travelled as a family of 6.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and shopping centers. However, it is an older property that could use better maintenance. Some of the room furniture appears worn out, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. For example, the cups and spoons provided for tea service had visible stains. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. However, we were not satisfied with the hotel’s seafood buffet dinner. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a beautiful green outdoor area, making it a nice place to relax. The front desk staff were helpful and provided clear information. The pool-access rooms seem appealing, but the humidity and chlorine smell might be bothersome. Overall, we had a good stay, but considering the five-star rating and the price, there is room for improvement.

Here’s a summary: Pros: 1. Great reception team 2. Great breakfast at Bubbles, great team working there 3. Bidet available in rooms 4. Beautiful hotel and good location walkable to many shops, restaurants 5. Beds are comfy Cons: 1. Rooms are very dark 2. No balcony just Juliette ones 3. Lunch and dinner at Bubbles are not great, lots of Indian food no Mediterranean at all which is fresh in this heat. 4. Hotel accepts groups of Gulf men who sit there watching women in 👙by the pool 5. No Nespresso or quality coffee in rooms 6. Sink in bathroom is far from the tap, every time you wash your hands water goes everywhere 7. Swimming pool bathroom should have a swimsuit dryer but it doesn’t 8. Pool is small

**5-Star Stay in Phuket! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Phuket and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the pool .The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The pool area was luxurious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. The location was ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, yet peaceful when needed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Can’t wait to return! 😊🌴
