We stayed at Grand Mercure Hotel Phuket for three days, and even though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel because we were busy with activities, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful gesture! Throughout our stay, the team was very helpful with arranging and recommending activities. They didn’t just give general directions; they provided detailed information about local agencies and options, which made planning everything so much easier. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from Patong Beach, it’s actually perfect for those planning to join outdoor activities, as most of them are outside the Patong area anyway. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality in Phuket!

Just finished up a wonderful stay at the hotel and wanted to drop a quick review! The location is fantastic—the beach is right nearby for a quick dip or sunset stroll, and we loved that the night market was just around the corner, it made the evenings fun and easy. For those who enjoy the nightlife, there are plenty of bars and pubs within easy walking distance. A major plus for us was the breakfast. It was great to see they had thoughtful, dedicated vegetarian options specifically for Indian guests. Everything—from the excellent location to the delicious, inclusive breakfast—is part of the package, making it genuinely great value. Highly recommend! , and the main highlight is Indian person Chef "Ronnie" . He is very good at cooking and also in nature and on that day He made my day. Thankyou for your services. I'll Come again and recommend your hotel to my family and friends.

Outstanding hotel, starting with all the staff in the lobby, so friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a pool access room for 8 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. Khun Fang looked after my room during my stay and always kept my room clean and her smile was so welcoming. Thank you khun Fang. The manager needs to give khun Fang a pay increase 🙂. The breakfast selection was also extremely appetising. Overall highly recommended 👌

Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. The little elephant towel art was cute and the handwritten card added a personal touch. The location is convenient yet not too noisy, just a short walk to the beach and main streets. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only gripe I had was I was assigned a room on the ground floor but I found it a hassle to bother the reception for a change. Breakfast spread was good. The spa was relaxing, I fell asleep again during the body massage.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Mercure Phuket. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere with great facilities, relaxing pool areas, and spacious, clean rooms. Location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Phuket. Would happily return!
