Our 6-night stay was fabulous. The hotel is located close to beach, shopping and restaurants and bars. The amenities within the hotel were great, from the pool bar to the coffee shop. The breakfast was amazing and a very high standard of food. We ate at the barbecue one evening and it was so delicious. Loved the pool, massages and rooms were very comfortable.

Great location, excellent service especially from the food & beverage team, enjoyed our breakfast & dinner at Bubbles restaurant.
We would like to see hand sanitisers around the buffet area. There are some in the reception area however at the breakfast buffet area you have hundred's of people handling tongs & utensils, for hygiene purposes it would make sense to have them.
Your signature Mojito is not what we remember. It was refreshing but did not have the same flavours from the local cane sugar.

Had a fairly decent stay!
Location: 5/5 - many restaurants walking distance and short drive from attractions. Really enjoyed this area!
Rooms: 4/5 - a bit outdated but comfortable and always well cleaned.
Staff: 5/5 - all very kind and accomodating.
Food: 4/5 - wish they had more options, especially halal. The hotel has a large Muslim guest count. More halal food would have been nice!

Location looks better in pictures. Great customer service, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good not too far from fresh food night market. Also quite local to most places. The room was a bit of a let down, I would personally suggest going with the upgraded room with pool access. These rooms looked better. Our room was comfortable but just looked worn down (normal wear and tear). Food and entertainment excellent.

When our group arrived at this resort were happy to enjoy the hospitality of the cool towels and refreshing passion fruit drinks during check-in!
This hotel was in a great location to May of the street vendors and the Main Street with all the other hotels and shopping options!
I enjoyed the open lobby and I would sleep there because my internal clock was off and it was so peaceful and comfortable!
The rooms were spacious..the customer service was excellent and I enjoyed the ‘walk ability’ to all the local shops!
I recommend highly!
