    Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel. The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight. But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit. We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

    Prototyp of instagramable hotel. You find so may cool and stylish places in this hotel, it’s unbelievable. You can also do sports car watching outside, no need to go anywhere. Lots of families here, but also sporty men and sexy women, which look like being photoshopped in realtime (high session). The beach access is easy and water temperature perfect. The service, also room service, are excellent and super friendly. Food is delicious. Room service food a lot better than in the restaurant. No idea why, but highly recommended.

    We had a great stay, the receptionists, house keeping, staff and specially the whenever wherever manager “Mr Mahmoud” was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and we added an extra bed and didn’t feel that it was stuffy or small. The beach was clean, breakfast buffet was very good as well. There’s nothing to complaint about other than the distance of the hotel from other popular destinations.

    The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach club is fun, but it's hard to find a deckchair available from 1 pm. Many restaurants available and breakfast is very good. The gym is a bit small for the size of the complex. And lots of people to do the checking. But the value for money is still very good for Dubai !

    We had a bit of a shakey check in experience as we were given an upgrade through the app and then they revoked it. We had the first room for a couple of nights of the 6 and then thanks to Rafael and Mehmet we were upgraded and left some nice treats in the room (thanks guys)! The W Suite is amazing and has spectacular views (room 4050 is amazing). The hotel facilities are all top notch both inside and out - they staff are all superb and attentive in all areas. I felt the music was unnecessarily loud and I would say most people don't want music blaring all day on the Wet Deck, so that was a bit annoying. But you can move to quieter spots so it's not so bad - but this is definitely a party hotel. The location is right on the Palm so be prepared for a lot of taxi journeys - we would stay downtown if we came again. Breakfast is superb and the restaurant options are decent as well. Overall it was a fantastic experience, only spoiled by the excessively loud music playing most of the day, and for us the location wasn't ideal. But if you want a resort holiday where you drink and party this is the place for you - just be prepared to spend a lot of your stay in cars if you want to experience the rest of Dubai.
