The Swan wasn’t overrun by kids like the Dolphin. So for my wife and I, this was perfect. We took the water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios which ran every 20 minutes. What a great way to get around! The food in the restaurants was good and the cocktails even better. The Boardwalk was a short walk away. Perfect for an adult long weekend trip. Be aware… it’s pricey, but that’s to be expected when you stay on Disney property.

I stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan and honestly, I was blown away by how elegant everything felt. The design of this place is unreal — from the moment you pull up, the giant swan sculptures on top of the building set the tone. It’s not just another hotel; it feels like you’re stepping into a piece of art. Inside, the style is so clean and sophisticated. The colors, the furniture, the way everything flows — it all feels intentional and classy without being over the top. It’s Disney, but with this extra layer of elegance that makes it stand out from any other resort I’ve stayed at. Even little details, like the fountains and murals, add to the experience. You can tell so much thought went into the design, and it makes the whole atmosphere calming and upscale. I loved just walking around and taking it all in. The location is also amazing — being able to walk or boat over to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios made the whole trip so much smoother. Even with all the convenience, the resort still felt like a retreat when I came back in the evenings. It was the perfect balance of energy and relaxation. On top of all that, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional, and they carried the same elegant vibe as the hotel itself. Everything about the Swan felt polished, comfortable, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a resort that mixes Disney magic with refined design, the Swan nails it. I’d 100% stay here again. They even gave us a free room upgrade.

The hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. Customer service was fine, though they can get very busy at times. The pools are nice, and the rooms were decent, with everything we needed. There’s an arcade room that’s perfect for kids, and the grab and go market was convenient. The property also has many restaurant options. The lobby is nicely decorated with a large fountain, and everything was clean. Overall, it’s a good option for visiting the attractions.

I stayed here for a work conference. Overall it was a good experience. Rooms were nice. View was great. Proximity to the parks was amazing. Having all of the transportation options is also a major plus! If you're looking for a great venue for a work conference, or a less expensive hotel option for tbe Disney Parks, I would highly recommend. The amenities were great as well. They have a pool with a waterside, full bar, paddle boats, full arcade, spa, restaurant, convenience store and much, much more!

This is the first time I've ever stayed at one of the Marriott sponsored Epcot area resort hotels for Walt Disney World. Overall I had a great experience everything from the speedy elevators to the prompt response to my requests by guest services as well as the great landscaping here on the property. The ability to use the Bonvoy app to text my request as well as the ability to check out made it very convenient for my special requests. We wanted to stay in the Epcot area within walking distance and honestly the extra 5 minutes of walking versus the hundreds of dollars a night savings made it all worth the while. I myself like to go running so having some nice paved walkways made for a good trail to follow early in the morning back and forth to Hollywood studios and around the boardwalk. If you are walking to Epcot or Hollywood studios it is just a 15-minute walk to either location so no big deal or you can catch the boat which has a talk at this hotel. Now if you are one to use the bus service to travel to the Magic Kingdom we just walked over to a neighboring hotel and caught a direct bus would saved a little time and also saved a transfer to another bus or mode of transportation no big deal. However you can catch a bus from the hotel itself just know it will take you to the main transportation center hub where you would need to connect to either the ferry or the monorail to get into Disney world itself at the Magic Kingdom. The only downside I could point out on my three night visit was some noisy neighbors who decided to show up every night at midnight.... They were just having fun but I never realized a couple with some kids could laugh so loud to literally wake us all up at 2:00 in the morning 🤔... To be fair the noise from next door came through the connecting door which is the proverbial weak link and having noise escape from room to room. Needless to say we requested ear plugs from the front desk which they deliver to our room 😂 We did not eat at any of the restaurants at this particular hotel however I did get my morning cup of coffee from the Java coffee shop on the first floor which was very convenient.
