Stay 80+ nights at Marriott brands although the resort fee can seem a little redundant for me the resort is immaculate, and the staff is beyond helpful. Would easily stay at this property again easy access to Epcot & Hollywood Studios by boat or skyliner. Tons of shops on property and around the property can't really see me wanting to stay anywhere else phenomenal visit. Running a property this large I could only imagine what it takes but it's very clear that the leadership is strong there and it's reflected in both the staff and the facilities. Look forward to returning in the near future

Well, here’s my take: MUCH BETTER CHOICES OUT THERE FOR THE MONEY !!!!!
Pros:
1) Staff if very nice.
2) Good location (short water taxi ride to Epcot).
That’s about it on Pros.
Cons:
1) Safe did not work at all. Was told I’d have to wait in my room until maintenance (or security) could address. NO THANKS…..I’M ON VACATION!!!!
2) Two screws missing from the faceplate on the door….come on guys !
3) Entire place needs a “refresh”. Hall carpeting in SO WARN DOWN !
4) Don’t get me started on the damn resort fees AND parking fees…pretty ridiculous. Surprised they didn’t charge extra for the bed and pillows.
Bottom line: LOOK ELSEWHERE!

We stayed here for 3 nights over spring break, and the Disney Swan hotel was not at all what we expected. The best thing about this hotel is its location and restaurant options. The rooms are absolutely disappointing. Our room smelled of urine, and they didn’t have another room to move us to until the next day. Both rooms were dirty- dust and dirt on the mirrors and light switches, hair and dirt in the corners, and hair on the walls in the shower. It was nasty. Further, the mattress felt lumpy and had a huge dent in it-so uncomfortable. The shower room was so small that you couldn’t close/open the door if on the toilet. It was not a comfortable stay at all. And the rooms are in dire need of updating. I would never stay here again- it’s more like a 2-star hotel. There are much nicer hotels to stay at in the area for a much better price, one in particular near Disney Springs that includes breakfast and light dinner with no resort fees and is CLEAN.

Stayed at Swan for 3 nights for business. I can’t speak to convenience relative to Disney.
That said, this is a MARRIOTT property.
Check-in process was fine, looks like a large convention hotel. Common areas were clean, but definitely dated.
Issues:
- every area I was in was freezing cold, to the point of being shivering indoors
- I had a standard room on 8th floor with 2 beds. The bedding had a texture where it felt scratchy versus soft & plus, including the pillows - after complaining - the front desk did have my sheets and pillows replaced, and the replacements had more of the soft texture I’d expect
- hallway carpeting on the guest floors was dirty / old
- due to the property’s age, the rooms were small and very dated! There were ZERO perks or “luxury” feeling finishes… things had been lightened up / refreshed, but outside of the beds, only seating in the room was 1 random chair and an odd shaped glass desk - decor felt like an old Hampton Inn
- room ceilings were very claustrophobic & bathroom layout / tub was dated… minimal space to close door…door would almost hit the toilet
- to be expected with location, but bottles of soda were 5 dollars… pack your own if possible
The staff I did interact with were all pleasant / nice.
Based on rooms alone, I’ve stayed at much better Marriott properties and would consider this to be more of the feel of a 2-star hotel with regard to rooms and first impressions.

I have wanted to stay here since I saw this hotel 30 years ago. It totally lived up to all my expectations. My greeting started with Pablo and he was an absolute dream. He welcomed me and allowed me to gush over this beautiful resort. The pools are great. There are multiple hot tubs and the dolphin has Dole whip, so it doesn’t get better than that. It has great transportation to the park and Disney springs. It was clean, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I wish I could live at this resort.
