Overnight staycation this weekend - what a lovely experience. Had a wonderful room overlooking the beach - room was well equipped along with being immaculately clean. Hsking on coridor very friendly. Beds super comfortable. Pockets of exceptional staff - Hotel Manager Hermant, Ana with her amazing energy, Ankush and Suman (hsking), Brandon (beach bar). Left side of the hotel (facing water) is super quiet on the beach - right side chill music - so you can take your pick. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately go back!

Phenomenal hotel. Tasty food. We had the Buffet for breakfast and dinner and it was extremely tasty with lots of options available. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Really pretty area. Foam swimming party was fantastic. Beach is lovely. Lots of pretty shells. Pools are heated. View is incredible. Free boat trip. Rainfall street was also very cool. Lovely vibes overall.

My recent stay at Voco Monaco was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Everyone was so approachable, friendly, and professional. I want to give special thanks to Nurbol from the Front Office, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and always had a smile on his face. He made the check-in process smooth and made me feel well taken care of. Also, Emmy from La Basserie was fantastic – she’s so kind and provides excellent, attentive service. Another standout was Rocky from Le Sorbet – he is absolutely amazing! His energy, friendliness, and service truly made my visit to the outlet even more enjoyable. He brings such a positive vibe and made sure everything was perfect. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the hospitality and service I received. I would happily return and highly recommend Voco Monaco to anyone looking for a special and memorable getaway!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel this week, though there are a few aspects I believe could be improved. The restaurant service, in particular, lacked the level of attentiveness and care one would expect from an establishment of this standard. That said, I must highlight the pastry selection, which was truly exceptional — both in flavour and presentation. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chef Naresh Angadi for his kindness and professionalism. His presence genuinely elevated the overall dining experience. Lastly, the reception process was noticeably slow. A more efficient check-in and check-out procedure would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for the hospitality.
