I recently stayed at the Voco Monaco Resort Hotel and had a truly memorable experience. It was my Birthday 🎂 Staycation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, elegant, and well-maintained, offering a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool bar area. The service there was exceptional, thanks in particular to Shayen and Ashraful. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, adding a personal touch that made our time by the pool even more enjoyable.They informed me about my employee benefits and discounts on F&B being an IHG employee myself. Dining options were La Brasserie and La Rive, with something for every palate and delicious. Special thanks to Renabelle , Prashant and Khyuu at the La Brasserie restaurant for their hospitality and exceptional service. Overall, Voco Monaco exceeded our expectations. Special thanks again to Shayen,Ashraful, Renabelle, Prashant & Kyuuu for their outstanding service — they truly made a great impression. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have in my heart. I have recommended that others visit MONACO once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. The cultural experience at MONACO left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Most importantly the Room Director Mrs Salma & team are doing great job. I really appreciate you guys for your efforts towards customers focus.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm right from the start, especially thanks to Jon at the reception. He was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. First of all I would like to thank the Jetty team for their exceptional performance, everything went smoothly and we arrived safely. At the entrance of the hotel, the welcome was very pleasant, Mr Slim, the wonderful gentleman, was there himself in the corridor waiting to greet us. Check-in was above expectations it took less than two minutes, and in that short time I received all the information I needed about the hotel. What impressed me the most was seeing the duty manager jump in behind the round reception desk, supporting his colleagues and leading by example. Ben, Khushboo, and Assad from the night shift also did a fantastic job. Breakfast was a great experience thanks to the whole team at the La Brasserie, who were super attentive and paid close attention to every detail. And finally, i sincerely wish that every hotel and every industry could have a duty manager like Mr Slim.

Not a 5-star experience — closer to a budget 3-star by Dubai standards. The hotel is not marketed as a party destination, but we quickly discovered otherwise upon arrival. More importantly, it’s advertised as adults-only, which was a key reason for our booking — yet a child arrived during our stay, which was disappointing. The property itself has great potential but isn’t living up to it. Staff could be better informed about promoting the hotel’s offerings — for example, providing clear details on events, optimal times to use facilities, and offering drink packages for longer-stay guests. A designated quiet area would also be appreciated for those not wanting to be around constant loud music. Room amenities could also be improved. Toiletries felt basic and upon arrival, there weren’t enough towels provided. Furthermore there is a serious lack of power here. My hairdryer would keep cutting out and eventually stop as well as the music in the evenings would cut out multiple times. Something to be aware of ladies if you need to style your hair! On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive — every team member we interacted with offered great service. Overall, the hotel feels more like a classier version of an Ibiza strip property rather than a refined Dubai getaway. With a few key changes, it could be so much more.
