Overall, this was a great place to rest between daytime park adventures. The bed was relatively comfortable, but could have used at least one thicker blanket. There was some noise, as others have mentioned, but it wasn’t too bothersome. We were so tired from the parks that sleeping wasn’t difficult! Our basic room with 2 Queen beds had a mini fridge and coffee maker. We would’ve liked a microwave. There is a retractable clothes line in the bathroom, which is a smart feature to have. The cleanliness was good! We had housekeeping every day and they did a good job, even replenishing towels we had hanging to dry. We did not notice any excessive dust or grime. There was some bright green flashing lights from a router. I did flip it upside down so it wasn’t as disruptive for sleeping. The check in process was complicated by their computers going down and manual check in was needed. We had Fatima helping us and she was fantastic!!! Despite what HAD to be an incredibly stressful situation, she stayed calm and kind! We had to get new room keys the next day when computers were back up and running and Fatima helped tremendously! The cafeteria was nice, many food options and quick service. Prices about what to be expected from a resort hotel. I didn’t think they were ridiculously high. We did have difficulty after checking out. We had asked what bus we had to get on for the airport shuttle and where it would pick us up (it was dark when we checked in). We were told it would be “a white or yellow bus.” When a white bus pulled up at our time, we asked the driver and he said yes it was going to the airport. It was the wrong bus and was heading towards an airport on the East coast!! We were able to get to the airport thanks to Uber, but they should have more clear information for these shuttles. It gets to be busy with the park shuttles and Uber’s, other miscellaneous shuttles, etc. Overall, though, it was a good stay!! It is handy having park shuttles right there, although our lines were quite long some of the mornings! We did go right before Thanksgiving, though!

Review: Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn & Suites My wife and I stayed at Dockside Inn & Suites from November 14th to 16th to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the entire experience was excellent. This was our second trip this year to the resort. At check-in, we were helped by Olga, who set the bar immediately. Her confident, professional, and welcoming attitude made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. She deserves real recognition for that. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our visit. It was a great place to unwind after long days in the parks. The room service team was also outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was prompt, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. I also want to give credit to the café staff. It was calm, professional, and kept everything moving without missing a beat. Overall, Dockside exceeded our expectations. The staff made our anniversary trip feel special, and we’d gladly stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Universal Orlando.

Had an amazing experience. This hotel was very affordable for us but still allowed park transportation and early entry! Leonardo helped us at the front desk and he was extremely kind and accommodating. He helped us get situated and explained all the amenities at the hotel and guided us on the map to get to our room. The two pools were wonderful and very spacious. We loved customizing the room keys too! We had a wonderful experience and would 100% stay here again.

Cool hotel. Good and close to Universal and Epic Universe with free shuttles that travel Avery 10-15 min. Busy intersection so a bit tough to drive around so take the shuttles. Across the street is a 24 hour Walgreens. Heavy draw on the lobby staff as it’s busy all hours. At 3pm it was 30 min. At 9pm there’s a 100 people in line! Being patience. They didn’t have enough staff working the lobby. More computers are available but not turned on. Too long of a line ALL DAY. Nice suite. With refrig and toiletries. Good beds that weren’t too hard. Great drinks at the bar. No hot tub. But cool beach entry with sand in the pool!

I had undergone back surgery the day prior. We had planned to attend the early breakfast with the Grinch and see Wicked, and to facilitate my recovery, I utilized early mobile check-in, requesting a room near the doors and elevator. This request was confirmed as unproblematic. Upon arrival, despite using mobile check-in, I endured a wait of over an hour to check in. We were informed that our room was not ready, but that we would be assigned one near an elevator with easy access to parking, given my recent surgery. However, the room we eventually received at 4 PM was on the third floor, located as far as possible from both the elevator and parking. The significant distance caused me considerable pain. Furthermore, the food area was exceptionally crowded and chaotic, leading to two instances where I was nearly knocked down. The overall experience was so distressing that my children requested not to return to this hotel, and we ultimately departed after only one night due to the discomfort and difficulty in accessing our room. Despite attempts to contact guest services via text, phone, and in-person visits, I did not receive a response until after our departure. I was informed that the parking charge for the second night would be waived due to our early departure. I have found Cabana Bay to be a far superior option. This particular experience has unfortunately been the worst I have encountered with Universal hotels, and I am reconsidering future stays at Universal properties. While the parks are excellent, the quality of hotel guest service appears to decline with increased occupancy.
