I would definitely book this hotel again. We got an upgrade from a 2 bed room to a 3 bed room. Nice surprise! The food had good variety and was reasonably priced. We spent around $20 per adult and around $15 for our son. We did not use the early park admission. Floors are a little sandy, especially if you go to the pool and bring some sand upstairs on your flip flops. Can’t help it. Microwave worked if you press reheat and then in the middle of the go/stop button(s). Wished we had free breakfast, but overall a wonderful experience. Shuttle was a godsend when we were tired from walking. Pool was nice. They provided beach towels so I did not need to bring them. ❤️🧡💛

The 2 bedroom with a kitchenette/picnic table was just the right space for our family of 6. Great location. Very clean, friendly service and great price for a Universal resort. The shuttle buses were frequently cycling through, and we did not have to wait to get to City Walk or Parks. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here in the future.

Incredible stay!! I have to thank Maria at the front desk!!! She made the experience a million times even better than we were expecting. After a hectic day of travel and lots of people coming in and out; she gave us a personalized experience and made sure to take the time to show us everything. It was our first time and we were a little lost. So if youre waiting in line just know they give everyone their own personal attention. Location is great, shuttles to all the parks, early access to all the parks when you book here. Great for kids and families. I highly recommend staying here. And I am very impressed with the staff and service.

We had a great time. The shuttle service was awesome. We went to city walk a few times for dates and tried different things. We were given 2 free tickets for parks if we purchased 2 days so it gave us enough time to do everything we had on our to-do list. The food was spectacular. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and sweet. We will be coming again!

I had the best time ever at universals dockside. I had a wonderful suite that easily fit me and five other adults. The bathroom was not huge but the beds were big and super comfortable. The rooms were pretty chilly, which my whole party enjoyed. The downstairs lobby has a cafe and a Starbucks, so I got to enjoy a matcha or a coffee every morning. I genuinely would go back again. What a great time at a great place with just a little five minute bus ride to universal studios.
