We loved our stay! Fantastic facilities, great service, and friendly staff. We would have liked breakfast included, even as a paid option, and the bathroom water could have been a bit hotter — but everything else was perfect. Special thanks for helping us track down an important package with medication for my autistic nephew — you were amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Me and my family stayed for 5 days/ 4 nights. Average experience, no complaints there. The pool area is nice, the market food was good (i was nervous it would be cafeteria food), the game room is small, but still had fun. Enjoyed the convenient shuttles to the parks. There is a laundry room which was helpful to dry our bathing suits ($4 a dry). The first day the shower door kept coming off the hinges when we tried to close it, the staff quickly fixed that issue. Overall the hotel staff were professional and helpful - the bartender was great. only complaint would be the CLEANING STAFF - they will only speak if you speak first (initially assumed there was a language barrier, but nope they’ll say good morning as long as you say it first), no smiles on their face, the hallway would always have cleaning stuff that you’ll have a maneuver around (large towel baskets, cleaning supplies, etc).

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Dockside. As a family we could not fault the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed suite with a pool view. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. We found Pier 8 very good and just what was needed after a long day at the parks. Our teenage sons used the pool daily and we all used the gym most days. The buses to and from the parks were very convenient and we never had to wait too long. Having the Starbucks was a nice treat. Walgreens was just down the round and the i-trolley stops right outside the hotel. The hotel is busy but it never caused us an issue. You may have a longer wait at the lifts at busy times but was not a problem for us. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely return.

Hotel rooms adjoining and size of rooms great with bathroom showers great water pressure. Generous Housekeeping when extras requested. Reception, Ticket Counter area assistance valuable, Food Area multiple selections all day and tastes good. Fresh fruits, bread, and seating areas plentiful. Bus access great and frequency of bus arrivals good. I would definitely stay here again. Pool was fun for family members.

Our family recently stayed at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort and overall had a good experience. The resort is very clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Guest services were excellent anytime we reached out with a request, they were fast, helpful, and courteous. Transportation to and from the parks was reliable, with short wait times that made getting around easy and convenient. However, there were a few downsides. The food on-site was overpriced and not great in quality, which was disappointing. We found ourselves having to leave the resort just to get a decent meal. Another issue was the daily $26 plus tax parking fee, it felt unfair to pay that on top of already paying to stay at the resort. Despite those points, we did enjoy our time overall. With a few changes, this resort could easily go from good to great.
