We really wanted to love this place, but it fell short. The room, a swim up suite, was lovely; unfortunately, there was a major construction project going on at the neighboring property so we heard banging and sawing constantly, except on Sunday.The day we arrived, there was a pair of dirty underwear sitting on the patio, it took us asking twice and two hours for someone to show up to remove them, no sanitizing afterwards. The handle for the sink kept coming off and the wood on the pool patio was moldy. The beds were more like sleeping on hard futons. Room service took quite a while and twice they forgot our specialty coffees; the waiters each said they would go back to the restaurant to get them and then never came back. The room service menus on the app and the TV were different, so most of the time we wound up calling our order in and something was usually forgotten. Apart from the lobster, which we paid extra for, the restaurant food was bland and often served at room temperature or looked like it had been sitting for a while. Most of the time we did not finish because the food was just not great. The menus online are different than at the restaurants. We were only able to make dinner reservations the Sunday before we arrived which limited our options, and only for the TRS Coral side, even though I was assured that we would have access to all restaurants on the property. When we arrived we were told that our "butler" isn't able to access the Palladium restaurants but would try to get us reservations. We were told we had reservations at two different restaurants and after arriving at the restaurants we were told the reservations were not in the system. One restaurant sat us anyway and the waiter acted like it was a chore to take care of us. The other restaurant refused to seat us and told us we could wait for a cancellation. The manager's solution was a reservation at a different restaurant two hours later. Housekeeping was hit or miss; sometimes they would only restock the water from the "snack and mini bar," which was sodas, water, and two bite sized snickers. Sometimes they would take the dirty dishes and sometimes they would leave them, even though we requested dish removal service from the app they tell you to use. We were told there would be nightly turn down service, that only happened twice out of the six nights we were there. The bracelets that were also the room key were itchy and uncomfortable, and kept fraying the entire time. Also, the spa area is right across from the children's pool, which was not conducive to quiet and relaxation. The majority of staff were very solicitous and polite. The property itself is beautiful and well designed.

We wanted to shoutout our butlers Linda and Eduardo for their great service. They made all our dinner reservations the day we got there and reminded us of them each morning. As well as all scheduled entertainment. It was our honeymoon and Eduardo decorated our hot tub and made sure it was set up after our dinner reservations. After a couple days I fell ill and Eduardo brought me a drink that helped me feel better without me even asking. The service the entire trip was 10/10 and the entire staff was so kind !

It is a modern contemporary all inclusive resort it is an adult side and the Palladium side is family friendly. The resort is beautiful and full of entertainments and excellent restaurants. The pools and beach and the spa is the best. The rooms are spacious and the room service is the best. The staff go above and beyond making sure that you enjoy your stay there. I highly recommend this resort. I can't wait to go back.

TRS Coral has been a wonderful experience thus far! We are 2 days into our stay and we have been nothing but impressed. From the service to the beautiful rooms, we have no complaints. Go check out El Gaucho for some amazing Argentinian food. The empanadas are delicious! Miguel-Gabriel was our server and he was so kind and attentive. We are here for our honeymoon and he surprised us with a beautiful cake platter. We are having a great time!

I cannot recommend Chef Jorge and the team at Tantazione Restaurant highly enough. My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a private dining experience, and it was truly unforgettable. Chef Jorge curated a surprise menu for us that exceeded every expectation — each dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite felt like a celebration in itself. The private dining setup was incredibly romantic, with careful attention to detail that made us feel special and cared for throughout the evening. From start to finish, the service was seamless and warm, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the moment. If you're looking for an extraordinary culinary experience, I highly recommend booking the private dining experience at Tantazione. Chef Jorge’s creativity, skill, and passion for his craft are evident in every dish he prepares. It was an anniversary we will always remember, thanks to him and the entire team.
