Had dinner at La Boheme, the French restaurant on the TRS property. Our server Eleazar was very attentive and personable. We felt well tended to. The food was excellent and the wait was not very long. Chef Jose is incredibly skilled and we were satisfied with everything. We only wish we had more room to try more food. However, because of our recent wedding, they presented us with a surprise. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Grand Palladium / TRS Corals. If you have a chance to visit, this is one you can't miss!

I recently stayed at this hotel (3rd week of March) and had a mixed experience. The hotel is quite expensive, and it was operating at around 80-90% capacity during my stay. This led to inconsistent service. For example, at the pool, staff would check on you every 20-30 minutes, which was great. But on the beach, it could take up to an hour before anyone came by. Not all restaurants were available, but when we did manage to get a table, the service inside was generally good. There were exceptions, though—we waited 45 minutes for omelets at breakfast, which felt unreasonable. The room was comfortable, but one day it wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon. Our butler provided inaccurate information about restaurant hours and wait times, which caused logistical headaches. Overall, the experience was inconsistent. While some aspects were enjoyable, the overall service did not match the price or my expectations. I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be pleasant. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the proximity to the beach is a major highlight. A special thank you and many, many thanks to our butler, Jose, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us promptly with various requests during the day and provided truly amazing service. His attentiveness made a big difference and was a standout part of our trip! My main concern was the food!!!! Unfortunately, it consistently fell short of expectations. The bread was often stale, and in general, nothing tasted particularly fresh. Most dishes felt like an afterthought—mediocre at best. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much better dining experience. Same with drinks - everything served from All-Included feature was part liquor part water - bland, no flavour, watery. If you want a bottle of good wine, make sure to pay up to $100 (for a bottle that is $20 tops in the United States) If the food quality improves, this could easily be a top-tier destination. But for now, I’d recommend it more for the views, beach, and service.

Our stay at the TRS CORAL HOTEL was outstanding. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff always makes you feel right at home. As a matter of fact, when you check in they great you by saying “WELCOME HOME”. The restaurants are fantastic but the room service staff were AMAZING. IVAN was incredible!! He made sure our morning breakfast was perfect every morning. He pays attention to detail and is always focused on exceptional customer service. Our Butlers “Jimmy and Fernando” are extremely professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. They both go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. They made our stay memorable and we are so appreciative of them. Alex from the pool made sure that we were taken care of as well. He is very attentive, courteous and welcoming. He always made sure we felt extra special so we appreciate him for that. All of these guys need to recognized for their amazing customer service skills. Thanks for an awesome time!!

TRS Coral is one of our favorite vacation spots! Large, modern rooms that are very well designed and decorated nicely. The beach and pool our great and the entertainment like Chic is better than most resorts. I did get food poisoning from an undercooked steak one night. And there was an instance where the beach staff took my belongings from my beach chair while I was away and I had to talk to multiple people to figure out where it went. Housekeeping is a little inconsistent. Other than that, staff and service is friendly and great. Cesar (Super Cesar) at El Gaucho went above and beyond for our moonlight dinner. Chef Soto was really friendly and does great work at El Gaucho. Overall, I highly recommend!
