I cannot recommend Chef Jorge and the team at Tantazione Restaurant highly enough. My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a private dining experience, and it was truly unforgettable. Chef Jorge curated a surprise menu for us that exceeded every expectation — each dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite felt like a celebration in itself. The private dining setup was incredibly romantic, with careful attention to detail that made us feel special and cared for throughout the evening. From start to finish, the service was seamless and warm, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the moment. If you're looking for an extraordinary culinary experience, I highly recommend booking the private dining experience at Tantazione. Chef Jorge’s creativity, skill, and passion for his craft are evident in every dish he prepares. It was an anniversary we will always remember, thanks to him and the entire team.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are really modern, as is the whole hotel. We had a beach side ocean view room and it was stunning, waking up to the sunrise each morning will be something I miss! We visited the beach on a couple of occasions and it’s lovely, beautiful white sand. There was a fair amount of seaweed but that’s something that can’t be helped. The hotel do their best to clear it from the beach each morning, but you can’t help what’s in the sea! Some days worse than others but not an issue at all. Food was absolutely fantastic, didn’t have a single bad meal, the only criticism would be that some meals could have been slightly hotter, however not a problem in all restaurants. Bhogali and La Boheme for dinner were absolutely incredible, we had the best meals in these restaurants but all were lovely. Capricho was our favourite for breakfast, mainly ordering from the a la carte but the small buffet was perfect for lighter breakfasts such as fruit and pastries. Would recommend Poseidon for lunch and ensure to sit upstairs, the view overlooking the beach is hard to beat! Being next door to the gelato shop is a bonus for an after lunch sweet treat! I was slightly worried before we arrived as I’d read some reviews with people saying they had been poorly during their stay, however, we didn’t have any issues at all. We kept hand sanitiser on us and made sure to use it before eating etc. (especially in the buffet restaurants where you’re using utensils to pick up food that others have touched), although there are hand sanitisers in all the restaurants as you enter. We also had our own reusable Yeti cups around the pool for drinks, and took a probiotic every evening after dinner. But absolutely no issues and I felt the hotel was very clean. Alex around the pool was super helpful cleaning our sunglasses everyday! I didn’t know I needed that daily until I met Alex! He was really friendly, always had time to engage in conversation and remembered what we’d spoken about previously. Antonio at the TRS pool bar, again super helpful and friendly! Pedrito waiting at breakfast and Helios at lunch was a delight. Always very friendly and such a lovely person! Our butlers Jesus and Naysin were always really helpful and would do everything they could to ensure our stay was perfect. All round a great stay and would not hesitate to visit again in the future, and would most definitely recommend a stay here!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Jesús and Fernando were the heart and soul of my trip at TRS. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful—always one step ahead, making sure every detail was perfect. What truly made them stand out was how genuinely warm and caring they were. They not only took care of everything with such grace and professionalism, but they also helped me practice my Spanish throughout the entire stay. It became one of my favorite parts of the trip! Their energy, kindness, and patience elevated the entire experience, and I can say with complete honesty that this vacation would not have been the same without them. I feel so grateful to have had both Jesús and Fernando as my butlers—they truly went above and beyond. Also a big thank you to “Speedy Gonzalez” (Fernando) and Alex at the pool—he was so kind to our group and made us feel so welcome and attended to every day. Gracias Jesús and Fernando—you made this trip unforgettable!

Oriental Capricho - Josue, Angel, Eduardo, Daniel, Roberto. Josue was an amazing server and out of every restaurant we went to, he was our favorite. Attentive, happy, conversational, prompt. He even ended our night with a little sparkle party. Haha. No reason, we were just here and still made us feel special. Chef Angel prepared our food quickly and cooked everything to perfection. Eduardo the manager checked on us to make sure everything was great. Daniel and Roberto were also great. 10/10 would recommend.

Our vacation at TRS Coral Hotel was great! The rooms are beautiful and the food was good as well. Specific to Travel Club members, the member club pool had the best service out of any others throughout the week. More specifically Jesus, who is the members pool butler. From day one he was very attentive and personable to our entire group. Then following a few days later, he remembered names and faces to our family without us ever reminding him. He offered to get drinks, food, etc., from other pools when the member pool didn’t have something we specifically wanted. If you ever find your family at TRS Coral Hotel and the member pool make sure to find him to enhance your experience here!!
