We just had a fantastic week at TRS Coral. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The pool area was great. We never had to fight for lounge chairs and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was great. We especially had a great experience at La Boheme. Our server, Josue, gave us fantastic service and the food was excellent - thank you Jose and Sosa! We can't wait to come back for another vacation!!

We had the pleasure of enjoying a lobster dinner at TRS’s signature restaurant, La Boheme. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles. Jogue was our server for the evening, while Chef Jose and Chef Soto crafted an exceptional meal. We met Jose at travel club reception for changing our pick arrangements he helped out of his way to make the arrangements for late pick up when last minute changed of Air Canada flights. We really appreciate his efforts to make the proper arrangements for us right away We were truly impressed by the service, engagement, and outstanding food quality. Congratulations to Eduardo for leading such a wonderful team. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the entire dining experience.

My family and I had dinner here on our last night and let me tell you…El Gaucho is the best restaurant here. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top tier. Our waiter Javier was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating, not once was our glasses nor plates empty. The manager, Jesus, had been super helpful in providing us an amazing course and was very friendly. Last but not least, THE FOOD, was immaculate. Chef Soto had cooked everything perfectly. Drinks were amazing. Strongly recommend this place, you will not regret it.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights, so let’s start with the positives. The resort itself and the rooms are really nice, just like in the pictures—modern and luxurious—so the first impression of the place was great. From the staff, we can compliment the butler service; Naysin was extremely nice and helpful 👍👍 (please take care of employees like that). Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. Starting with housekeeping: the sheets began to smell bad after 3 nights. We requested a change, they guaranteed they had changed them, but they actually didn’t. Not only that, one day we entered the room and saw the cleaning lady throw the dirty pillows onto our clean clothes. The restaurants are a complete disaster. The food is bad, and the staff seem completely lost. Just to mention the worst dish: the tuna tartare is inedible. Again, we need to highlight 2 exceptions: the lady in Capricio who makes the pancakes—she is amazing, truly excellent—and both sushi chefs. I was skeptical about all-inclusive sushi, but in the end it was sooo good. Thanks again to them 🔥. And lastly, the bars: the bartenders seem more annoyed with you than happy to see you. If you don’t specify your order, they pour you cheap alcohol—if they give you any at all. They also like to fill half of the glass with water

Cons: If you are looking forward to a nice welcome at this resort look elsewhere. When we arrived we were supposed to get a welcome drink as they had us fill out a questionnaire prior to our arrival. However no welcome drink given and we had to carry our own bags to the room, the gentlemen that showed us where our room was located we later realized he was a spa salesperson and only did it to get a sale from us which we declined This place prioritizes spa sales over customer service. Everywhere we go there was someone trying to approach us on the resort to book the spa. I wish they would use these sales people for other tasks. Our room: Upon entering our room we were greeted with a moldy smell and towels all had stains on them. We asked for replacements and which also had stains.I recommend they use bleach for towels to get stains removed as a 5star resort we expect these little things to be perfect. Food: Out of all the resorts I’ve been to this one dropped the ball when it came to food. Pros: The hot tub in the balcony and the lounges was a nice treat to get back to. The beach was amazing and clear only one day it was murky after a night of rain. The butler service was on point, they helped save the day many times and their responses were quick and timely. The resort in itself is very nice and massive, the boat shuttles was a nice little treat. They also cleaned the rooms twice a day which was quite nice and good to come back to after being out all day. The French restaurant is a must such amazing food and experience. All the restaurants are well designed and decorated inside. Overall this resort is not bad if they can work on customer service and food it will indeed be a 5star
