We love TRS and have visited this location 4 times so far. Our latest trip was just as exceptional as our previous ones! It was great to see so many familiar faces that seem like family now such as Ulises, Miranda, Chef Manuel, Benji and Pedro just to name a few- plus we were lucky enough to meet some amazing new ones! We love the fact that they have photographers walking around to capture special moments. It was so fun looking at all of the pictures that they took over our week stay, but it was also hard to narrow down our favorites! Food was delicious all over the resort also. Our favorite restaurants were at the TRS side but we also enjoyed daily boat rides over to the coffee shop where they had delicious drinks and desserts. I would highly recommend visiting TRS Coral!

I recently stayed at TRS Coral Hotel. The property itself is absolutely beautiful – the room, pool, and beach were stunning, and my butler provided excellent service throughout my stay. In terms of hotel quality, room comfort, and overall service, I would give it a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. Most of it was unappetizing, and I’d honestly rate it around a 3/10. The drinks also felt watered down, although the shots were very strong. One other issue during my stay was a power outage. I understand that this may have been beyond the hotel’s control, but considering the price point of the resort, I expected there to be a backup generator to avoid leaving guests without power. Overall, if you’re looking for beautiful rooms, great pools, and attentive service, TRS Coral definitely delivers. But if food and consistent amenities are important to you, it may fall short for the cost.

The spa service was absolutely beautiful. Santiago, the spa director and specialist, was outstanding—courteous, caring, and professional. The Healthy Habits lounge upstairs offers excellent drinks, and the view is breathtaking. Every detail was phenomenal. This is truly one of the best spas I’ve ever visited, and I’ve experienced many around the country and the world. The amenities and hydrotherapy here are unmatched, making this by far the best overall spa experience I’ve had.

Highly recommend TRS! We have been here twice! My husband proposed to me here. This last trip was excellent! So many helpful folks working there! Edgar lopez our bellboy was super helpful and friendly and Roberto at Helios was a star! Gabriel at La Boheme was incredible and had a wonderful birthday dessert surprise for us! We will be back!

The staff are generally amazing. Our Butlers Linda was exceptional. Eduardo was scheduled to work less but was good. Disappointed after 4 days the butlers rotated and we were assigned new ones. Food was good to great for the most part. Carlos drink server at Main Pool Grand Palladium was awesome. TRS Pool server not particularly good. Some guys there were really nice but were not our server so that was a need improvement area. Overall the property is lovely. We were with a large group and some had various complaints with rooms. One family I meant were dissatisfied with requested items not being delivered to rooms. That said for us it was really nice overall great staff the golf carts transports were generally reasonable wait times. Bed was hard. Some nice entertainment.
