    At first I wasn’t sure about this resort but it really grew on us. Here are my rankings on a scale from 1-10 with details. Rooms- 7 (relatively quiet, room service does a good job, rooms were clean) Food-7 (Italian was our favorite restaurant, service at buffet was very good, good food overall) Entertainment-9 (they try very hard at this resort to entertain everybody, the entertainment team was a highlight…especially Andrea. She is so personable and works very hard) Beach-8 (play volleyball twice per day, seating snd swings with bar were great. Bar/drinks-8 (service was good, plenty of drink options and they are willing to make anything) Service-9 (Hector from bell service was fantastic and Romy at the front was good). Andrea from entertainment is one of the best. Additional comments: I have older kids but this resort would have been good with younger children. They work very hard to accommodate kids. The candy store is cool with an ice cream stand. Negatives: The pools are little small, there was some construction going on but wasn’t as big of a deal as I thought. Overall I would recommend this resort, especially with a smaller budget. It allows you to spend money on excursions, etc.

    We stayed at the resort last week with family & had a wonderful time. We got an ocean view room & the view was amazing. Customer service was top notch. Everyone we spoke to, were polite, helpful & went above & beyond to make sure our requests were met. Food taste was decent & didn’t disappoint. Lot of variety. The tacos stand by the pool was very good. Evening events were nice as well. Good memorable experience. Thanks to the staff. Room check in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive early, you may not get the room, though you will still get the bands & visit the restaurants to have food or enjoy the pool.

    We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The food was delicious and there was such a great selection. Since the hotel is very family friendly, and we were not travelling with kids, many if the kids stayed around the kids centre pool and meant the beach was less crowded than I am sure other resorts in the area are. The rooms were clean, recently renovated and spacious. And our balcony had a hammock, which was a really nice touch. We went in early May and had no problem finding seats with shade each day. We would love to go back again, especially with kids.

    This was our first stay in an all-inclusive. (We generally stay in five-star hotels.) Our experiences with food, drinks and overall service exceeded our expectations. We had basic rooms without views, but considering what we paid was adequate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There wasn't much to do without expensive excursions from the on-site tour company. We ended up renting a car and arranging better activities (jet skis and a trip to Chichen Itza) for less money. Wines by the bottle cost as much as they would in a normal restaurant, so we stuck with they adequate wines they served by the glass for free. Food upgrades such as a nice steak (US$90) or lobster/crayfish (US$84) were also priced higher than I would expect in an all-inclusive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others.

    The resort was great! They had activities during the day and at night that everyone could participate in. The food was amazing, especially the tomahawk! Since this was my birthday trip, the staff decorated my room and helped celebrate my special day. Throughout our stay, we often visited the buffet, where Marcelino always welcomed us warmly. He provided excellent service every single day and made our experience even more special. I would definitely come here again—this place is highly recommended!
