Our first time in Cancun and at an all inclusive resort! Overall a great experience. We got here early at 9am (booked a private transfer ahead of time, about a 25 minute ride from the airport) and while they did not have a room to give us yet, they held our luggage and we were able to start using the facilities. We changed, had breakfast, and then hit the beach immediately. Checked back at noon and they had a room for us, so that was great. The room was clean and it's generally quiet at night. You can hear people walking and talking when they walk by in the hallways through the door but it's not a big deal. The AC was cold enough (set at 23C) and the water pressure was good. Our room faced the central pool and beach, so we can hear some noise from the activities they had at the pool in the afternoon, but that was not loud enough to disturb our toddler's nap. All the staff were great and friendly, I only took off a star for service because they stopped by twice to give us blankets and pillows that another room requested. Food wise it's average - only 2 options for breakfast and 1 for lunch. Be sure to line up early for dinner or it's 1+ hour wait. The portion sizes are also really small for Azul so be sure to order more. Our kids really enjoyed the beach; it's really clean and they rake it every morning. The pools were also very kid friendly and they weren't crowded. Overall we had a great time there and the kids didn't wana leave.

Place is cool, well hot really😂 Rooms are nice, urs had a hot tub. Maintenance is spot on and basically immediate as soon as we called all it took them was 3 minutes to get here. Room cleanliness is great, daily service doesn’t leave anything for chance. They scrub the hot water tub daily. Once again you ask for anything you get it within minutes Pool and facilities are well maintained Beach is clean long chairs well maintained and clean Entertainment is great with something for everyone all the time, we enjoyed the beach volleyball games Food is ok, breakfast buffet is good, restaurants food is ok, while service is spot on. Drinks/ cocktails are good. Overall we enjoyed the vacation. Great job

Our room was ocean-view, but the window was painted shut so we weren't able to open it. The food was fantastic - we got to try a lot of new things. The beach was wonderful and the sand was soft and never hot. The ocean was a beautiful turquoise and you were able to walk out 100 yards and still be able to touch the ocean floor. The staff was awesome and very helpful. There were a lot of kids, so I don't know if that is what we will look for next time.

This all inclusive resort is one of the best. Starting off with the service, once you arrive they hold your luggages until you check in and they deliver it to your room, even if you arrive hours before check in time which is 3pm. Upon check they suggest you download an app, it includes all the activities for the whole week, I 100% recommend to go to most of them if not all, such a great experience. There is a cook off, yoga, aqua stretching in the morning, and there is always a different show at night. Including fire show, magic show, pre hispanic show, broadway show, fantasy show and more. Rooms were spacious, it was just two of us, we got an oceanfront view including the pool. Looked beautiful especially at night. They offer room service every day, and if you did not receive they will ask at the end of their shift if you need anything including drinks such as coke, fanta or even beer or towels. The entertainers are wonderful, shout out to Sandra, Said and Alejandro all are wonderful! they all include theirselves in the activities in the ones in the pool!! There are about 5 restaurants on the resort including Italian, sushi, buffet, steak etc. Personally Italian was not my fav, definitely recommend the buffet has a variety of food and it changes everyday. 100% recommend to anyone especially with kids, there are kids activities as well throughout the day and a mini water playground for them to enjoy! will 100% be returning!

The rating is more like 4.5/5. The 0.5 is because of food. The quality is good but options are limited for vegetarians. They could use with 1 more restaurant in the evening to help with the crowd. The Italian restaurant was by far my favorite and recommend going there early as it gets crowded. My second favorite was a tie between Azul and the Mexican restaurant. I will definitely recommend taco stand for lunch. The buffet has multiple options particularly if you eat meat. They have a cafe which is open 24 hours and have sandwiches for late nite options. Property is clean and staff is very friendly. Their other amenities are on par with other resorts. Their water park is more for younger kids and has enough to keep them engaged. They have 2 adult pool and they are like any other regular pool. I would recommend the kids club and they have multiple activities for kids including pool time. They have activities for adults throughout the day. The best part of the resort is the beach. It is clean with no sargassum issue. The water can be rough but it is still swimmable. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will recommend buying the deluxe room as it comes with extra perks like bigger room and vip lounge access. I was happy with the liquor offerings. The housekeeping staff will clean the rooms daily and refill things as needed. Overall it was great stay and is recommended!
