I had a wonderful stay at this resort, which offered a fantastic beach, a fun-filled waterpark, a delicious breakfast buffet, and convenient club car service for getting around the property. The overall experience was delightful, with plenty of activities and excellent amenities to enjoy. The only downside was that the AC didn’t work on one day, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else more than made up for it, and I would still recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Good hotel for families with kids as you get free access to the Jungle Splash Water Park. We stayed in bldg 1 which looked recently renovated so room was excellent. They also have a very good buggy service to move you around the resort. Location is very convenient for the first few or last days of your trip since it's a short drive to the airport which by the way is not an issue as you will not feel or hear any noise in the room. The only downside is the breakfast as it needs a massive upgrade to qualify for a 5 star hotel level.

This resort is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with children. With plenty of kid-friendly activities, including a water park and a kids' club, there's no shortage of entertainment for little ones. However, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet retreat or a romantic escape, as I was, this might not be the best fit. The resort is next to the airport, but do keep in mind that you may hear airplane noise throughout the day and night. And it is not actually that close to airport as it needs to go around the runway to reach

Located right next to the airport. Great facilities. water park, buggy service, two pools, restaurants and a bar. Service was excellent, and the grounds were great.
The only downside was that we were in the newly renovated Building 9. The building was fresh but had incomplete areas, with building supplies around the building and was a bit unclean. There was a lot of fresh dust and paint around the place making it look untidy. Definitely lacking the final clean of the project.
Everything was great, except for that. Also the restaurant and bar was quite overpriced. We ended up going to the local bars and restaurants nearby, which were priced much more reasonably.
I still recommend staying here though as it is a very nice property.

The room was so nice and big, was lovely to walk into.
However
One of the air conditioners was faulty.
The blind on a bathroom didn't go all the way down and the kettle didn't work unless a weight was put on the button. At such a large resort with multiple faults an upgrade would be appropriate.
But they have enough customer traffic to not worry about proper customer service.
Plus food poisoning from breakfast because nothing is kept at SAFE food serving temperatures
