was a nice experience! The hotel was nice overall it had a beautiful beach and nice pools there also are many restaurants surrounding the hotel even at the beach they had nice food and drink huts. The breakfast was also good but there isn’t a big variety of things to choose from and the restaurant was pretty small compared to other hotels but I would advise going from 6:30 am to 8 am if you prefer less people and a smaller crowd because if you go later like 9 am you most likely would wait for a table since the restaurant is not really big and most people go at that time in the morning and the rooms are big and comfy and spacious we booked a 3 bedroom apartment and honestly wow! the beds were big and comfy and each room comes with a very spacious bathroom and a living room. There also is a big water park in the hotel and you don’t have to wait a long time for your turn to slide. The nice thing about this hotel is that it is very big which is good for walking or running also the hotel is not just one building there are 11 separate buildings each specialised for certain rooms there are also pool and beach villas you can also call for a buggy shuttle which can pick you up from where you are to anywhere in the hotel Overall a beautiful experience and good staff and would definitely recommend for families and anyone who has children

We paid over USD 400 per night for a Penthouse Suite with private pool, yet the experience was far from acceptable. Having to shower with cold water was extremely disappointing, especially while traveling with elderly family members and young children. Upon arrival, we received nothing more than a brief apology letter, while construction continued throughout our stay, causing constant noise and disruption. Although the suite included a private pool, construction was taking place directly on the rooftop above, making it impossible to use the pool in a private or comfortable way. Privacy and overall comfort were significantly compromised. After repeatedly raising complaints, the only gesture offered was a plate of fruit that no one asked for, instead of any meaningful acknowledgment or compensation. For the price paid, this response felt dismissive and completely inadequate. This experience showed a clear lack of respect for customer experience and value, and it has left us with a very negative and lasting impression of the resort.

We recently stayed at Splash Beach Resort for two nights, having last visited about six years ago. The location is still one of the resort’s strongest points — close to the airport and right on the beach — and the water park is fantastic. Our kids had an absolute blast there for the two days we stayed. However, it was disappointing to see how tired the property has become. The grounds and buildings look like they haven’t had much maintenance since our last visit, which is a shame because it’s a great setup that could easily be excellent again with some care and upkeep. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but check-in was messy. The details the reception had didn’t match the confirmation we received after booking directly on the resort’s website. We’d paid for an extra bed for one of our children, but it wasn’t set up when we arrived. After a long back-and-forth, we were told the manager was “doing us a favour” by providing a stretcher bed, and not charging us — even though it was part of our booking. The same thing happened with the included airport transfers, which also didn’t appear on their system, and not supplied. We paid for a late checkout until 6 p.m. due to our evening flight, but the cost was the same as booking an additional full night — which felt unreasonable. We found the restaurants and massage places just outside the resort to be excellent — great food, friendly service, and far better value than the resort’s own restaurants. Once everything was sorted, we enjoyed our time. The pools and water park were clean enough, and the kids loved every minute. Overall, Splash Beach Resort is still a good place to stay for families who want convenience and fun close to the airport. It just really needs some attention to maintenance and a smoother front-desk system to match the website bookings. Reading through other recent reviews, I can see we’re not the only ones who’ve had similar experiences — and that’s a shame, because this resort has the potential to be outstanding again.

Hello. I paid 760,000 rubles for an 11-night trip from Krasnoyarsk for two adults and three children. We booked two rooms: a Family Room with a kitchen and an Executive Room, with the promise that we would be accommodated with adjoining rooms or upgraded to a single room. At check-in, reception refused, citing high occupancy, and ultimately gave me two rooms in different buildings. Pegas also didn't resolve the issue, offering to pay 11,000 baht to upgrade my Executive Room to a similar Family Room in my building but on a different floor. I refused, and as a result, one room is empty, and our family is all staying in one. I was also denied compensation for the room I'd paid for in vain, which would remain empty for the entire 11 days, even though I offered to give it to the hotel and receive at least some compensation for the deposit I would have spent at the same hotel, but no – no one cares about guest issues. Pegasus at the hotel: like everywhere else, they make a lot of promises, can't actually solve anything, and lie about wonderful excursions that haven't changed in years. In short, they only smile until you give them money; after that, they diligently avoid any questions. Hotel: A weak four-star, there's no sign of a five-star stay here: the rooms have no slippers, no robe, no scales, and many other things that even three-star hotels have. The rooms are very basic, everything is so cheap and simple, but the essentials are there. Upon check-in, you're given a drink voucher, which is essentially just syrup with ice—unappealing and very cheap. Other hotels offer smoothies or fresh juices made with seasonal fruit, which are much nicer. The grounds are large, with minibuses driving around to shuttle guests around. The staff is unfriendly; the maids smile, but only after a tip. The hotel charges for every little thing: a glass in the bathroom broke and I threw it away, the maid found the remains in the trash, took a photo, and the hotel billed me 312 baht (which seems like a small amount for that price). There are no places to sit on the grounds—there are no benches anywhere, everything is the same. There are two restaurants and two swimming pools—one on the hotel grounds behind the pond, the other on the beach. Both are simple, shallow, and small. The restaurants are located outside the hotel: one on the second exit serves breakfast, the other near the beach serves dinner. Breakfast is, as always, a buffet. Dinners are only served in sets, seven of them. Everything is very simple and not very tasty. I don't want to go back on my second day, even though I paid about 80,000 rubles just for dinner. So my advice: skip dinners and eat at various restaurants outside the hotel. There are plenty of them, and the prices are about the same as anywhere in Phuket in the tourist areas. There are also massage parlors, currency exchange offices, and a 7-Eleven. Beach: public, no sun loungers, lots of "leftover" people who come to watch the planes landing. The sea is deep right away, the sand is coarse and reddish, with few fish, so it's not ideal for children. Waterpark: very basic, crowded, okay for a one-time visit, the slides are small. It's fine with children; there are small slides for toddlers. Outside: rent a motorbike - 900-1000 baht/day, car 1200 baht/day. They take a 3,000 baht deposit. There are a few stores within 2 kilometers, including a 7-Eleven and other local chains. The further you get from the hotel, the cheaper the prices are everywhere: currency exchange offices, massages, restaurants. The quality is roughly the same. After 10:00 PM, everything closes and it gets very quiet. Conclusion: I won't stay here and I don't recommend it to anyone. The reviews are inflated, it's not worth the money. It's better to stay at other hotels where it's truly comfortable and beautiful!

Rooms are fine, but calling them Delux is an overstatement. Internet coverage is wide across resort but works very slow and bad. No way to make a work call on this network. Room doors and corridors are super super loud, when smashing close or people passing by. Door sound insulation is probably non existant. Gym is large, lot of machines (old but fine) but only 1 in 3 ACs work (very hot) and Yoga mats are filthy dirty and old. Breakfast area is nice but selection is medium. Water park area is lot of fun, kids love it. Excellent for small ones. Hotel area is very tidy, grass cut short, lovely. Staff is supet polite. Restaurant food is OK with plenty of restaurants just 5 min walk from hotel. Beach is close, very clean, hotel area is large and well connected by electric buggies. Airport is very close with loud airplane landings and take offs so if you are sensitive, probably choose a diffent place
