Rooms are fantastic. Staff at resort are amazing so good to be understood and staff that are helpful. Let us have early check in st no additional cost also provided extra pillows as a request made prior to arrival. Shuttle buses that go everywhere at resort and they are never far away. Drivers also very very friendly and funny. The splash park is a bit old. The pool with jets and bubbles the tiles are all broken can easily cut your feet. Also no jets or bubbles, not working. Was nice not having to queue up for slides. You are paying theme park prices for things inside here. Towels additional cost not allowed to bring in.

I’m very impressed with hospitality and generosity. All staff are polite and helpful. I forgot my stuff in the room after checking out. They keep my stuff nicely and offer solutions for sending it back to me. I really appreciate it. Also, Restaurant in the hotel is excellent, many selection of breakfast. Chilling at the pool by the beach view is amazing. Location is convenient. There are many restaurants, massages, and convenient stores nearby.

Location would be amazing if this was end of our holiday for a 5am wake up call for the last night or beginning of our holiday for after a long journey but we was sent here in middle of our holiday for 6 nights and my kids was bored when it came to night time so we moved for our last 3 nights my kids loved the waterpark and pool though. And loved the natural vibe of the beach. The people are great and very nice and good at English

The room is gigantic, I stay in a type of room with kitchenette. The size of resort is enormous, you can have 4000 steps a day from walking alone in the hotel, fortunately they have buggy to transport you anywhere and everywhere within short waiting time. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

Heartbreaking disappointment – stay away We were truly looking forward to our stay at Splash Beach Resort, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our room was dirty when we arrived – there were stains on the bathroom floor, hairs in the shower, and flies buzzing around. The whole room smelled musty and unpleasant. We complained, and although a cleaner did come, the room still felt unclean. It was honestly upsetting to start our holiday like this. The service was frustrating and unprofessional. Most of the staff couldn’t speak English, making even basic communication difficult. Worst of all, they didn’t honor the late check-out we had agreed on. On our last day, they suddenly refused, without explanation or apology, even though our flight wasn’t until the evening. We felt ignored and disrespected. Almost all of the resort’s restaurants were closed, and the reception team showed zero interest in helping or offering any alternatives. There was no hospitality, no care, no effort to make guests feel welcome. We had booked a “villa by the sea” but were shocked to find we were facing a patch of forest and a noisy road. There was no sea view at all – just noise and disappointment. We spent a lot of money expecting a relaxing, beautiful escape, but instead we felt let down at every turn. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
