“Perfect New Year Getaway in Phuket” My partner and I spent our New Year holiday at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, and it was truly an amazing experience. The weather was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and joyful from start to finish. The resort is beautifully located, just about a one-minute walk to a stunning private beach with crystal-clear turquoise water. It really felt like discovering a hidden paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, spacious, and well-maintained the resort is. A special thank you to Ms. Sonia, the Guest Experience Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. She took the time to explain all the facilities, always greeted us with a warm smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. There are plenty of dining options, offering Thai, Asian, and European cuisine, and everything we tried was delicious. The CHANN Spa was another highlight — incredibly relaxing and definitely worth a visit. What we loved most is the location: quiet and private, perfect for relaxing, yet very convenient. It’s only 5 minutes from Patong Beach if you want nightlife and just 3 minutes from Phuket Carnival Park. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. The service truly felt above five-star level. Thank you again to Ms. Sonia and the wonderful team for taking such great care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

I was thinking if I should write or not! I spend week staying there. Checking in in evening felt stressed. Even though receptionist in evening was nice and kind he felt helpless. Once entering room, I was shocked. Room felt dated, not properly cleaned and bed is something else. Extremely hard and old bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at 5* standards. Hotel staff was not very welcoming, not saying hi until I did, Wich I think is point at staying at “better” hotels. To feel home. Calling to reception complaining about things just felt pointless, they just filled up my water to the point I could fill bath in it. Yes it was nice but will not keep me quiet. They put extra top mattress on top to make it softer but did not really helped. But they try. Breakfast was really easy, simple. Waiting for caffe machine in queue, is not maybe ideal but okay. Food was okay not exiting part of the day. Hotel private beach was not that what you imagine, extremely rocky and not possible to enter it. When you trying to order drinks at a beach bar they say no to cheaper drinks but they just going to sell cocktails at higher price point. Wich does not make sense. So I said no to drinks at all. Then 5 minutes later she comes in with a beer Wich I wanted but I refuse it, because already booked taxi to near by Pa Tong saved whole experience. And near by Kamala beach was really good. Save your money and chose to stay elsewhere, or if it does sound good, no judgment.

The perfection. Chanda e Polly are so kind, as all the staff! Wonderful view, tuk tuk h24 (inside the resort), private beach, and so much fun! A beautiful experience for every type of trip. Marisa Restaurant was very good. You can eat a lot of tipycal foods. My room was a standard room and was very large, clean, with an amazing view! Thank you 🩵 Anna

Outstanding Service and a Truly Memorable Experience During our stay at Thavorn Beach Hotel, my family and I were fortunate to experience some of the best service we have ever received, thanks to two exceptional members of the restaurant team, Pin and Mai. From the very first day, they greeted us warmly with genuine smiles and made a real effort to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after throughout our holiday. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. Every meal was made more enjoyable by their positive attitude and caring approach, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Pin and Mai went above and beyond to look after me and my family, creating an atmosphere that felt personal, relaxed, and truly special. Their consistent kindness and excellent service played a huge part in making this one of the best holiday experiences I have had in my life. They are a real credit to the hotel and its restaurant, and I sincerely hope their hard work and dedication are recognised. Thank you, Pin and M ai, for making our time in Phuket so memorable—we will never forget it.

A very special thank you to the breakfast staff Mai, Pin and Boom. Their kindness, excellent service and warm hospitality truly made our mornings special. They were always friendly, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our children appreciated them greatly and looked forward to breakfast every day, largely thanks to their positive energy and care. It is encounters like these that make a trip truly memorable. We can highly recommend this resort and hope to return in the future!
