- I love the rooms - they are individual little houses. The bathroom and shower was huge!! - The whole resort is beautiful and my room was 1 min walk to the beach. - Amazing service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also send a buggy for checkin and out - I came here for a wedding and the service is phenomenal. Their wedding planning was very involved and the bridal suite was great. Would definitely recommend for a stay and wedding.

“Perfect New Year Getaway in Phuket” My partner and I spent our New Year holiday at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, and it was truly an amazing experience. The weather was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and joyful from start to finish. The resort is beautifully located, just about a one-minute walk to a stunning private beach with crystal-clear turquoise water. It really felt like discovering a hidden paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, spacious, and well-maintained the resort is. A special thank you to Ms. Sonia, the Guest Experience Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. She took the time to explain all the facilities, always greeted us with a warm smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. There are plenty of dining options, offering Thai, Asian, and European cuisine, and everything we tried was delicious. The CHANN Spa was another highlight — incredibly relaxing and definitely worth a visit. What we loved most is the location: quiet and private, perfect for relaxing, yet very convenient. It’s only 5 minutes from Patong Beach if you want nightlife and just 3 minutes from Phuket Carnival Park. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. The service truly felt above five-star level. Thank you again to Ms. Sonia and the wonderful team for taking such great care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

A Tropical Oasis Beyond Bali: The Perfect Tranquil Escape to Slow Down 【Environment & Atmosphere】 This is an exceptionally well-maintained resort, perfect for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle for some physical and mental relaxation. The grounds are lush with diverse tropical flora and adorned with exquisite sculptures, creating a unique and captivating aesthetic. In my personal opinion, the atmosphere and charm here even surpass many resorts in Bali. 【Guests & Dining】 The guest profile is quite diverse, primarily consisting of Western and Indian travelers, which makes the environment relatively quiet and peaceful. The beachfront restaurant is excellently managed, featuring live music and spectacular firework displays in the evening. A great tip for future guests: if you visit the restaurant in the afternoon, you can often enjoy a discount for dinner—definitely something you shouldn't miss. 【Transportation Tip】 Due to Phuket's geographical layout, there are no wide, high-speed highways, and traffic congestion is quite common. Be sure to allow extra time for the commute from the airport, as vehicle speeds remain relatively slow throughout the island. 【Areas for Improvement】 1. Animal Welfare & Safety: The on-site Petting Zoo is very popular with children, but I suggest more rigorous supervision from the staff. For example, there is a potential risk of parrots pecking (which could cause injury), and I hope the resort ensures that these animals are treated with the utmost care and kindness at all times. 2. Housekeeping Details: During my stay, I noticed some minor maintenance issues in the room, and some amenities, such as the lotion bottle, were empty and had not been refilled. The water coming out from the terrace bathtub was not clean. It’s greenish for the first time, and is still yellowish after I keep the water running for more than ten minutes. This is the major surprise that I strongly suggest the hotel management to improve. While these are small details, addressing them would make the guest experience truly perfect. Summary: If you are seeking a quiet, relaxing, and exotic holiday in Phuket, I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is lovely. It's in a great location and the gardens are spectacular. I would argue it's a 5 star resort , it's more a good 4 star, it needs a little updating. Saying that , it takes nothing away from the experience, the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large but need a little up dating to achieve 5 star status , ask for the lagoon rooms, they are great. The food is good, in particular the crocodile bar where we ate a lot. In particular joom, film and Bam were fantastic. Overall a great experience we would come back.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel—clean, comfortable rooms with great AC and plush beds that ensured a perfect night's sleep. The location is prime, close to local attractions, and the pool area was spotless and relaxing after a long day.A special shoutout to the receptionist, Ms. Ked—she was an absolute gem! Warm, efficient, and super helpful from check-in to check-out. She sorted my room upgrade seamlessly, recommended the best nearby spots, and even assisted with a last-minute taxi booking with a big smile. Her friendliness made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. One small suggestion: please increase the veg food options in the restaurant. The current menu is good, but more variety (like Indian veg curries or salads) would make it even better for guests like me.Highly recommend—will return soon!
