From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is breathtaking — beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear pools, and stunning views at every turn. Our room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Special mention to the staff - WA at the restaurant for their attentive and friendly service. The resort offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activities from lounging by the beach with a good book to exploring nearby attractions and enjoying evening entertainment. Everything felt effortless and well-organized. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect destination for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and a bit of magic. We had a wonderful stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious—from breakfast to dinner, every meal was fresh and flavorful. The private beach and sea view were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a peaceful paradise with lush greenery and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for couples or families looking to unwind and enjoy quality time by the sea. We loved the service entirely. The room check in and check out were smooth. The buggy transport was efficient and amazing. Hotel vibes were great and the environment was filled with greenery. Amazingly good stay and I’ll definitely recommend this. The transportations were easy to book and it was private. As a family of 5 we were comfortable and happy with everything.

Terrible! Had a very bad experience. Such bad service is not acceptable from a 5-star property. 1. Made us wait for 2 hours for check-in. 2. Getting a towel delivered in the room took approximately 45-50 minutes. 3. We had some problem with the room ( it was smelly and sticky floor ) which is why we asked them to change our room. We waited with our bags packed for about 2 hours, no one came despite calling them 3-4 times. 4. A/c stopped working in the middle of the night. Next morning when we complained about it, it took them 2 hours to switch it on. 5. No hot water in the bathroom. Complained multiple times. 6. When I called for a buggy, the receptionist rudely said come down by cable car and hung up. 7. THE WORST - Served us chicken despite telling them multiple times that we were pure vegetarians. No meat. No egg. It’s like giving a vegan person, meat in his plate. I want a refund for my stay at Thavorn. Not worth the money spent on the stay and service. Had a very bad experience. Bad service. This is not expected from a 5-star property. Just not acceptable!

Probably my least favorite 5-star resort. It doesn’t feel like a 5-star at all, with poor service and unresponsive staff. The bathrooms are large but very old and not well maintained, with cleanliness issues. There was no communication from the staff about VIP lounge access, shuttle bus schedules, or other facilities. The outdoor areas are pleasant and the swimming pool is excellent, but overall the property feels very run-down. Instead of expanding and adding more rooms, the management should focus on renovation and upgrading the existing infrastructure if they want to truly meet 5-star standards again.
