I had an amazing stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. • The private beach was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. • The pools were beautiful, with plenty of space to swim or just lounge. • My room was spacious, well-kept, and had a great view. • The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. • The food at the restaurants was fresh and tasty, with lots of variety. * by the way if you have any issue or questions can always find Sonia, she’s always glad to help I really enjoyed every moment here. It’s a place where you can fully relax, enjoy nature, and still have everything you need close by. I would love to come back again.

First and foremost, the service was absolutely outstanding. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but we must give a special shout-out to Mind at the front desk. She is a true asset to your team! Mind greeted us with the warmest smile every day. She was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and arranging a seamless island-hopping tour for us. Her genuine kindness and efficiency made us feel so welcome and valued. Thank you, Mind, for going above and beyond to make our holiday so special!

The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring coffee cups were never empty and special requests were accommodated with genuine warmth. We stayed at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was very clean, serviced daily, and fresh water was replenished every day. The staff were always friendly and attentive – we felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Jan from the service team and the chauffeurs who drove us to our room with the club cars every day – they made our stay extra pleasant. The check-in was a little bumpy as we arrived quite early around 9 AM after a long flight and were very tired. Since our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly offered us a place to change and relax by the pool until check-in, which we really appreciated. The only downside at the beginning of our stay was the behavior of some other guests who were quite loud and messy. One night the guests above us played very loud music, but thankfully the reception team was very helpful and arranged a room change for us right away. The pool service was excellent, and the entire area was kept very clean. Unfortunately, during our stay both the pool bar and the cable car were under renovation, which was a bit of a pity, but it did not overshadow our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-serviced stay in Phuket

We have been having a lovely time at this hotel. Its small enough for personal service. The staff remember your name, they smile all the time and are really polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, my only criticism is tgat they require a bit of a refresh, without losing the Thai charm. We have a lagoon swim up room, which is excellent and well located on the property. The gardens are beautiful and every day we spot something new. We did get a bit of a surprise whilst sat in our balcony, when a monitor lizard decided to pop in the pool for a swim. Special shout out to Jan who is on duty at the Crocodile Bar, always greats us with a smile and super service. Same for Vicky on reception, she is a wonderful host. These ladies work long days, but are always happy. Its a true credit to the hotel. Another slight criticism is that breakfast is blah! And the tea is not hot. However, the food we've had poolside and at night in Marisa is really nice. Its a lovely resort.
