The hotel was incredibly spacious, and the reception staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. They transported all of my luggage to the room by cart and provided a thorough explanation of the room facilities, which I greatly appreciated. From the beach, I was able to enjoy both magnificent sunrises and beautiful sunsets. The waves were very calm, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made the beach truly wonderful. The central swimming pool was exceptionally well maintained. The water was crystal clear, and I did not even see a single leaf floating in it. It was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable pools I have ever used. The staff at the café were also incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. One staff member in particular quickly remembered my name, waved whenever she saw me, and even gave me a hug to say goodbye when I was leaving. I am sorry that I cannot remember her name, but she was a wonderful woman with short black hair and a beautiful smile. Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a huge variety of delicious dishes. I was extremely satisfied. One of my favorite experiences was the animal interaction area located in the small plaza beside the pool, which was open from 9:00–10:00 AM and 4:00–5:00 PM. This was the first luxury hotel I have ever visited that offered such an experience, and it made my stay even more memorable. The room itself was extremely spacious and spotless. As a Japanese guest, one of the highlights of my stay was the large bathtub, which allowed me to enjoy a relaxing bath. It was definitely one of the things that made me most satisfied with my stay. Everyone I met greeted me with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank Fendi at the reception desk for kindly helping me with a difficult issue I was facing. Her support meant a lot to me. Even if you are not confident in your English, I believe the staff at this hotel will do their best to help you and make you feel comfortable. When I visit Phuket again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Please take care of yourselves, and I wish all of you the very best. I’ve never had a holiday that exceeded every possible expectation and has changed the game entirely for future holiday standards. The nature, food, cleanliness, facilities, pools and most importantly the people were all 5*. Notable mentions for us would be Noi / Tatum in the Thai sala bakery poolside. They were so lovely to greet us every time we went in for a snack or drink, they were so happy to see my pregnant partner and make her feel that extra bit more looked after. Their smiles were so infectious and I’d always leave feeling so much happier. Paula / Tom in the Marisa restaurant made us feel at ease on our first night after a long 24 hours of travelling. We dumped our bags in the room and wanted nothing more than to have some lovely food and not only was the food perfect their service and recommendations made us feel right at home. Paula was excellent at remembering us by name and room number, giving us the most lush morning greeting at breakfast. Mam / Honey / Ice were our servers during our romantic beach dining experience night. Mam was so professional and friendly when presenting us with our meal options and really cared about us having the nicest time we could. Honey was another level of photographer, she took some incredible pictures on my phone and even tweaked the settings so that the quality was perfect in regards to the lighting. It was such a lovely touch and it made it a night we would never forget. Thank you so much to Honey for that. All the staff are on another level and even in the face of dealing with other guests who may not be as polite or respectful they show such a level of professionalism in tending to their needs. Thank you for making our stay in Phuket that more memorable. We will be coming back 100%.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. What truly made the stay special was the staff specially BEEBAA at the check-in counter— everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The only issue I faced was the presence of mosquitoes, especially during the evening. I think the hotel could improve this by taking better mosquito control measures. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel to others for the amazing service and pleasant experience.

The Amateur Buddy

The serenity starts the moment you enter through the main gate of the resort. Absolutely absolutely stunning architects, one day can never be enough to enjoy fully at this place. We had asked for some special preparations as it was on the day of our anniversary, and specially ms. Chuty and ms. Minnie from the reception, they were so kind and supportive with everything starting with early check-in, navigating etc. They arranged the beautiful setting for our anniversary as well. After checking in, we found the bed very well decorated and it seemed like it was ms. Apple who was responsible for the decoration. This was another memorable moment after the headstart. Every amenities the resort had to offer were just fantastic. Although the toilet kinda felt congested. The large swimming pool, the private beach, the architect, the friendly staff, we just had the best day till date and undoubtedly our first anniversary couldn’t get any better. They also have a small park like area for wildlife, where they bring in the animals maybe around 4pm. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food tasted pretty amazing. The breakfast which was included with our stay was good enough, although nothing to brag about. Although, just one thing that we noticed which wasn’t obviously the fault from the resort team by the way, was there was an Indian family who were drinking beers and threw the can into the ocean, I mean this is the basic manner to behave specially when you’re a tourist on a different country. But anyways, the stay was absolutely unforgettable. We really enjoyed every moment spent here. If you’re looking for a getaway trip, this is the spot. Date of stay: 09/May/2026 Room number: 203

Very impressed with this hotel! It’s a Thai-owned 5-star hotel with a private beach, spacious rooms, and all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they really understand how to take care of Thai guests. The location is excellent, and the overall experience feels much better than the price suggests. I was so impressed that I decided to write this review on my first night here. Yes, some international hotel chains may be newer or look more luxurious, but they are often much more expensive. For the price, this hotel offers amazing value and delivers everything you need for a comfortable vacation. If you’re looking for a quality beachfront hotel with great service and reasonable prices, I highly recommend this place.
