I booked a high-floor room, what did I get? A shack bungalow dumped at the back of the resort. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower sprayed across the room instead of downward. The bath tap ran onto the edge of the tub rather than into it. You couldn’t wash without flooding the place. Completely unacceptable at this price point. I asked for help multiple times. They passed me around, sent different staff, attempted pointless “fixes,” and dismissed the issues (FOR 2 DAYS) until I physically went to the front desk and refused to be brushed off. Only after causing a polite scene was I finally given the room I had actually booked. Pool was nice. Location is good for beach days. Staff were rude, defensive, and uninterested in resolving anything. An honourable three-star at best. Save your money or lower your expectations.

My stay at the Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel in Phuket was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and warm hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The hotel’s beachfront location is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of waves and watching sunsets right from the property felt like a dream. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. I especially loved the relaxing balcony space, perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was another highlight — serene, beautifully maintained, and just steps away from the beach. Whether I wanted to unwind with a cocktail or take a refreshing swim, it was the perfect place to relax. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. Especially KWANG and FON Staff were good They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed, from local recommendations to arranging transportation. The location is excellent as well — close to Kamala Beach’s charming restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet, restful holiday. Overall, Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for a memorable beachfront escape. I can’t wait to return!

Outstanding stay at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel – perfect for groups! Our group of 12 people stayed at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel, and the experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were organised, welcoming and consistently helpful with every request we had. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and clear, and the team handled our large group with zero complications. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were exactly what we needed after дълги дни с обиколки – басейн, спокойствие и перфектна локация на самия плаж. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and safe. What really made the difference was the attitude – warm, attentive and professional. Our entire group felt looked after throughout the whole stay. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups. Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel made our time in Phuket easy, pleasant and memorable.

Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kamala beach. The room was big and had a very nice porch. The main pool was very big and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach was right across the street and they had beach towels you could borrow.

Poor service, staff not helpful December 2025 We spent around 100$ per night but very poor service. We drove car from Bangkok to Phuket around 10 hours and we arrived hotel around 10:30PM midnight. When we arrived room what the problem is air conditioner very noisy and bathroom very bed smells. We asked them to change the room but they said fully booking( their policy have to answer to guest is fully booked even still have room available) but when I checked in booking room still available ( what the hell of 5 stars? Lie?) They said they will send maintenance to fix , the solution they give us, we have to waiting they fix. I try to call reception again and tell them I’m so tired I want to take shower and rest, please help me to change room. Finally they have room for me to change but the bad room the room near reception. We decided to wait till they fixed air conditioner. You understand my feelings? We are trying to explain them we drive car so far we can’t wait but they can’t solve the problem. The value of this hotel not 5 stars hotel, it’s not worth to money that I spent. Very bad service that I never seen before.
