I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options each morning. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

We spent 10 wonderful nights at Paradox and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort. I requested a room change, and it was handled promptly with no fuss. The view from the main building is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire resort feels like a peaceful oasis. The Spa is stunning—serene, beautifully designed, and the massage I received was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I was also surprised with a sweet birthday cake from the resort, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both Western and Asian options, and the cocktails by the pool were the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway at Karon Beach in Phuket.

Absolutely love this resort and will definitely come back. Location is great. Mint restaurant is fantastic and delivers great food to your room if you want as the hotel in room service menu isn’t that great. The surrounding area and pools are amazing.

Stayed in the rooftop pool villa. Incredible room. Breakfast lovely. Amenities are great. Our rooftop pool was a little cold so didn’t really use it. Good location. Easy access to the beach. Just a lovely complex feeling very tropical.

As beautiful as this hotel is, it's really sad that there's no quality food or drinks or bars or restaurants or room service available. Although there is food and drinks and coffee all within walking distance. It's sad that I can get better food at the 7-Eleven than I can at this hotel. Otherwise it would be perfect. The pool is beautiful and large. The grounds are breathtaking. The staff was so polite and attentive.
