We had a wonderful stay at Paradox Resort Phuket and were extremely happy with our experience. It’s a beautiful resort with a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. What we loved most is the easy access to one of the most stunning beach areas in Phuket. You simply cross the street and you’re right there. Beach chairs are available for around 100 baht per chair for the whole day—just make sure to come early. The room was modern, very clean, and well designed. The balcony offered lovely views of the sea and surrounding greenery. The resort facilities are great as well, with restaurants, a bar, and a large TV area where guests were watching sports like football. Overall, everything was well maintained, the location is fantastic, and the beach is truly amazing. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very professional and responded fast to all requests. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing! They offered asian and continental cuisine. My vacation was very relaxing and one of the reasons was this resort. 10/10!

Stayed for 4 nights and if it were not sold out, could have extended our stay. It was a great stay. Facilities are well maintained, costumer service is fine, food is decent. Overall, it is a great place to stay. SPA service tops the customer service among the different service providers. I like to mention the staff at SPA were the best: Mimi, Vicky and the ladies at the SPA reception need to be mentioned. Only reason service got 4 stars from me is that after a long flight, we arrived early and getting our room ready took until 3PM (it is the check in time) while the room was readied earlier, that information was not communicated to front desk in time for us to check in earlier.

Dariuzo (DDS)

We stayed a few nights at this resort. The staff is really friendly and try their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit old. Nothing i would expect in a 5 star hotel. The area is okay, just the big busy road infront of the hotel is a bit bad. Overall I would only give it 2-3 stars considering the price we paid, but because of the staff and service that made this up we give 4 stars. Would I return for this price? Not sure , probably not but the stay way fine for jut a few days. If that hotel would be around 200€ per night it would be recommended. (High season)

Stayed with my wife and son during the 2nd week of December as Phuket heads into peak season. Going on holiday with the family I wanted somewhere that was more family oriented than the busy area around Patong beach but still lively enough in the immediate vicinity. Paradox has direct access to Karon beach from the rear of the resort which is very convenient along with a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It takes around 20~30 minutes to get to Patong beach, or Phuket Old Town depending on the time so it's very convenient. We also wanted to do an island hopping excursion and again Chalong Pier is around 20 minutes away. We staying in one of the newer refurbished rooms in the courtyard which may not have the more traditional feel but I prefer the modern clean styling. My biggest complaint about the room is trying to figure out which light switch turns of which light but this seems to be a conspiracy with all hotels. Sure, I can turn everything off in one go but good luck if you want to turn off the bedside table under-light without physically unplugging it. Service was simply excellent. The staff are all very nice and go above and beyond to help. We have to be careful due to a dairy allergy and the hotel staff always made sure to err on the side of caution and make sure there was no accidents. One of the chefs also spoke with us and helped to make specific dishes for dinner in advance which was greatly appreciated. The main pool and island bar looks great and the water slide keeps kids (and adults) entertained. For younger kids it’s much easier just to stay in the great hotel pool instead of heading down to the beach. Overall I think this is a great choice for families looking for a premium experience at a reasonable price.
