We just checked in and it's very good. Not sure why people complain. We got premium garden villa with plunge pool. And it's perfect, everyone who we met are very friendly, remember Thai culture be friendly and respectful and they will be friendly , room is great, aircon would need some upgrade but it works, also maybe more sockets for charging beside bed. As it's our anniversary it's perfect paradise 😊 and it great we stayed in many hotels in Thailand and this is one of the best resorts we stayed. we really enjoying our first few hours here.its huge premises but it's seems quite and relaxing just cross the road seems nice beach. Just to note if you would like to bill something to your room you need to leave 5000 baht as deposit at the reception, but I see the point for this. other wise you can pay in cash as you go

Lovely hotel resort in great location on Karon Beach. We booked the pemthouse pool villa. Absolutely huge apartment with a little plunge pool on the top level. Clean and well kept room. Great breakfast options, staff are all lovely and helpful. Great location, opposite the beach and lots of shops and restuarants around which is handy to stock up on supplies. Would recommend to anyone .

Satellite TV. Had to ask for luggage rack. Food was very good. No direct beach access. Lovely breakfast buffet staff and tons of food options. Service was excellent at check in, bar and breakfast buffet. Small pool slide that was fun. Nice adult pool. Not flooded with family. Beautiful evening bar. Valet. Room was super far from beach. Had to walk far down long path to beach which was across the street from hotel. They had residence bungalows which I wish I had been offered to upgrade to.

Upon check in we were received by providing us with a different villa type and very far from reception and the pool. Once we contacted reception, we found that the villas are full. Make sure to check your booking and match it with the room type they give you. Also, we were extremely unhappy of the strict policy and attitude of staff where every few minutes a staff member comes by to tell that something is not allowed or don't do this and that. Even such as smoking or playing music by the pool where it is empty and latterly no one is there. I would understand if there is someone near us that would be ok, but actually we are alone. I am not sure why the staff is directed to police the resort in very strict attitude. The resort is more suitable to families.

This truly is a quiet oasis in this lively beach resort. It is a beautiful hotel, set within stunning gardens. We had an excellent seaview but it was often too hot to sit out on the balcony so we admired it from the very good air-conditioned room. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers and umbellas, a pool bar and a water temperature that is simply perfect. The other amenity that we used was the gym which was excellent and very well equipped. Breakfast was also very good. A huge range of choice and excellent quality. Our only disappointment with the hotel was the beach bar area associated with the hotel which we thought was loud and brash and did not fit in with the upmarket ambience of the rest of the hotel. Perhaps, by moving to a more refined atmosphere, it might improve and influence the rest of Karon Beach.
