It is a huge resort! We stayed in one of the superior rooms in the main tower. From there, it’s quite a walk to go to the “beach front”…..there’s a main road separating the hotel and the public beach.
Although the resort is quite seasoned, it is kept very clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautifully curated and kept tidy.
The staff were all amazing. Every single staff we came across were full of smiles.
The breakfast had a good spread.

Just checked out. 5 stars for lobby, and hotel location, and that is all.
Stayed 5 nights in a cottage. Basic accommodation, no where near 5 star. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor and outside shower drain blocked. Outside shower area was flooded. Water leaking from the ceiling onto the hall floor. Aircon barely works. The fattest cockroach in the world was sat in the bathroom on the last day.
Great location but I couldn't get over the nasty toilet water all over the floor, and the cockroach broke me.
Didn't eat there or use the pool.

It's a great property at Karon Beach, Phuket.
The check-in process was seamless, and staff ensured we had a comfortable stay.
Rooms are well maintained, and breakfast spread was reasonably well prepped.
The location of this property is the reason why most would prefer to book stay here.
What's makes this property great?
The cottages are well maintained and ensure hygiene standards.
What could be better?
The dining option is very limited and would make a huge difference if cuisine variety is improved.

Beautiful hotel, very large, like a little village. Beautiful garden and plants and trees all over, like an African lodge. It has a very nice walkway directly to the beach, which is a very nice advantage, I didn't notice that in advance on the map. Also, the walkway has no stairs and in general the hotel is very comfortable with a stroller. It has a very nice and large pool with a small waterslide for kids, and the cabin we were in felt very cozy and homely. Strongly recommend :)

Absolutely outdated hotel.
They renovated the rooms but that doesn’t make too much of a difference when everything else is from the previous century .
Staff is extremely unhelpful and not really willing to do something except charging you extra for any given service.
Definitely too far from 5-star hotel, no decent bar/restaurant at the territory.
Have to admit that cleaning is 5/5
Breakfasts are ok
Took a room with a sea view - breathtaking.
Luckily I came for work so it didn’t matter much but if I had to stay here during my holiday would be extremely disappointing.
Area around looks great from the above but there are no good bars or restaurants around.
Would not recommend, there are much better options out there.
