Great hotel, great staff. Really had a nice relaxing time. The suites (especially the renovated signature suites) are huge, with a big bathtub. Everyone is pampering you. The hotel is perfect for kids with an amazing kids club (careful, it's limited to 3 hours a day and you cannot leave the hotel). Access to spa is included with the suites, and it was amazing, very relaxing (including adult only outside pool). Suites also include acces to Lounge with breakfast, and snacks throughout the day. Only negative feedback is the absence of inside pool accessible to kids, while the beach and outside pools close pretty early making it challenging to enjoy them in the summer due to scorching heat. Having pools and beach accessible until 9 or 10 pm would be nice in summer.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. I would especially like to mention Malsha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. From assisting with check-in to ensuring all my needs were met, her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable!

I stayed here recently during my recent stay in Dubai and the hotel and facilities were amazing the staff are so polite and friendly and can’t do enough for you! It’s great for kids with the pool slides and with the hotel having a private beach it’s great for easy access! We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was immaculate and has an in room water dispenser which was handy along with the fridge/freezer for a storing those cold treats! Would recommend for families, probably not for couples

Very nice hotel - be aware that drinks are not included I half-board. Drinks are expensive at the hotel. Samar. Sahab good guys and great part of the team. Staff are all very good and helpful. Spa is also great. We had a nice time here as family. Palm views are lovely .

As described in the title, this hotel was beautiful! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which had so much space and was decorated great. There isn't too much in the way of negative things to say. I will say that the cans of drinks are ridiculously priced though. Me and my son did pick up a bout of food poisoning midway through the trip from a burger we had at the bar, however the way the hotel came to our hour of need turned it into a positive experience. They constantly checked in on us for the remainder of the trip after that point and that was incredibly reassuring! Would happily come here again!
