Honestly super clean, nice modern hotel, restaurants good for the pricing range. Pool gorgeous layout and oversaw all for an event the convention area was beautiful. Recommend for anyone to stay, especially local floridians. Only downside is that the disney bus are very spaced out so checking and planning is a must and parking is not included. Wish an optional package was included in booking.

The Signia by Hilton Orlando is an excellent hotel! The staff are all very friendly and very service oriented. We were especially impressed with Ryan at the front desk and Giovanni of the maintenance staff. The rooms are very nice and clean, and there are plenty of towels! The elevators are organized very well, it seemed like we never had to wait much for an elevator. The food in the harvest restaurant is very good, especially the large buffet breakfast. The staff who prepare the eggs to order do an excellent job. The only reason that I took one star off of the room rating was that when we arrived, the room was quite hot (80°). We thought it would cool down once we were in the room, since it had a motion detector. So we unpacked. However, it did not get cooler. We had to call and Text four times over several hours for someone to finally come to the room and discover that the water valves inside the wall unit had been turned off. The Hotel apologized. Other than that glitch, I would give the hotel five stars!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was lacking. Not able to answer many questions and kept sending us to different people. Cigarettes all over the property, even the stairs down to the pool. Disgusting. The hall smelt foul and just needed a good cleaning. Biggest complaint was the pool. We were told it was heated and it was NOT. Many families including us had to cancel our pool plans due to the frigid temps and our kids lips turning blue. We spoke to concierge and engineering, but never got a direct answer OR the pool heated. So disappointing. Will not be back!

Our stay at Signia by Hilton Orlando was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect since it is right next to Disney, which made getting around so easy. The hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the lazy river pool. It was relaxing, fun, and a highlight of our trip. The food at the hotel was excellent with generous portions and great quality. I want to take a moment to recognize two employees who made our stay even more special. Emily, the Pre-Arrival Coordinator, was amazing. She helped us before we even arrived by answering questions and making sure every detail was arranged. When we got to the hotel, Dream at the front desk greeted us warmly and was so helpful with everything we needed. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. This hotel truly has everything you could want in a resort. A convenient location, fun amenities, great dining, and outstanding staff. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is very well done and we spent so much time in the lazy river. The breakfast at Harvest Bistro was delicious, lots of variety. Beech restaurant had yummy burgers and tacos. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly. We used the complimentary shuttle to the Disney world parks every day. They do not come as often as Disney World on-site shuttles so I recommend planning your day with the shuttle times in mind. We can’t wait to plan our next stay here! 🙂
