Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Stayed: July 23–July 25 | Family of 5 Our family (2 adults, 3 children) stayed here recently, and while the hotel is visually stunning and in a prime location, there were a few aspects that left us feeling like this hotel wasn’t quite our cup of tea. Arrival & Valet: Upon arrival, we declined valet due to personal preference and the $57 nightly charge. That decision was validated when I observed several valet drivers—clearly in uniform—recklessly speeding through the parking garage. One was even driving a new black Range Rover with clear disregard for guests walking nearby. Definitely not the best first impression. Lobby & Check-In: The lobby itself is beautiful—spacious and elegant. However, check-in was slow due to only two receptionists, which drew complaints from several guests. It was apparent there was a divide in how convention guests were treated compared to those there on vacation, which was uncomfortable to witness. Be aware: there’s a $150 per night deposit that we weren’t informed about ahead of time. Room: Our room was lovely and fairly clean. Beds were soft (possibly too soft for some). There is no microwave, so heating food incurs an extra charge. There’s a gun safe, dry cleaning, and rollaway bed options. Staff were responsive and helpful when I called with questions. Location & Transportation: The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of Disney World property. Complimentary buses to most parks (except water parks) are available. If you drive yourself, parking is $40/day. Pool & Lazy River: This was the highlight of our stay. The pool and lazy river area were clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded—very relaxing for the entire family. Other Observations: • The room layout is odd: one set of elevators serves odd-numbered rooms, another serves even-numbered rooms—so families may be split. • The main bar is in the lobby, which makes the area noisy and congested. • No complimentary breakfast (unlike other Hilton properties). • No in-room microwave, which can be inconvenient. Final Thoughts: The hotel is undeniably beautiful and offers great amenities, but the social divide between work/convention guests and vacationers was noticeable and off-putting. For Disney World trips in the future, we’d likely stay elsewhere, but we still appreciate the hospitality and effort the staff put in. Thank you for the stay.

A standout amenity is the expansive pool area, which truly serves as a highlight. It boasts a lazy river, a convenient zero-entry section, and a well-situated pool bar, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the hotel's popularity with convention attendees can significantly impact the guest experience, particularly in the evenings. The lobby frequently becomes crowded with convention groups, which may lead individual guests to feel as though they are intruding on a private event rather than enjoying a shared space. In terms of amenities and services, it's worth noting that, unlike some mid-range Hilton properties, the Signia does not offer complimentary breakfast. Parking presents a significant cost, with self-parking priced at $40 per night and valet service at a substantial $57 per night. For guests with electric vehicles, charging options are available (Level 2), but come with specific regulations: vehicles should not be left plugged in for more than four hours to avoid an additional charge of $10 per hour. During my stay, there were instances of Tesla drivers occupying charging spots without actively charging, which unfortunately limited availability for other EV owners. Upon check-in, guests should be prepared for a $150 per night deposit. Inside the rooms, the beds are notably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. However, the pillows, while appearing fluffy, are made of feathers and tend to flatten considerably as soon as weight is applied. Overall, the Hilton Signia Resort Bonnet Creek offers a luxurious environment and an excellent pool experience. Prospective guests should be aware of the potential for crowded common areas due to conventions, the lack of complimentary breakfast, and the considerable costs associated with parking and EV charging.

We will never stay at this property again. The hotel is nice but that’s about it. When we checked in the front desk was rude and not helpful when we asked a question. There is no microwave in the room, only a small mini fridge. The A/C wouldn’t cool below 70 or blow much air, even when the curtains were closed and we were gone all day. Be prepared to pay parking fee plus tax and resort fee and at least $30 a person per meal at any of the on site restaurants. The pool area is nice but one of the hot tubs wasn’t even hot and neither hot tub have working jets. If you call the front desk from your room you have to speak to AI before you can talk to a person. Kids running up and down the hall at all hours of the night was horrible. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t wait to leave. Then when we got back home we realized we had been overcharged for half our stay as 3 nights had a different rate but of course we were charged the higher rate for all 6 nights. When I called to inquire, I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before someone answered the phone. I explained that I was overcharged based on the rate I booked and the person I spoke to initially tried to tell me it was because of the fees, etc. I said No, my confirmation email has a completely different rate than what you charged me. For some reason they didn’t have that information so I had to forward my confirmation, how is it possible that a hotel can change the booked rate whenever they want and have no record of my confirmed rate? This is not right. Find somewhere else to stay, Signia is not worth it.

The rooms were great—super clean, comfortable, and felt pretty high-end. I also have to say, the toiletries were amazing—definitely not your standard hotel stuff. The pool was a lot of fun and had a great vibe. It’s a nice spot to relax or hang out if you’re traveling with family or friends. That said, the food options were a bit of a letdown. Room service was rarely available when we tried to order, and overall, there just weren’t many choices for meals, especially if you didn’t want to leave the hotel. One unexpected highlight: the oatmeal raisin cookies at reception. No joke—some of the best I’ve ever had. Warm, soft, and perfectly spiced. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay, but it’d be even better if the dining options matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

This hotel is extremely well run and cannot be topped as far as price and location. We stayed for a weekend, and were treated extremely well by everyone from the bell staff, to the front desk, to the wait staff wherever we went. In addition, we brought our dogs as well and the hotel was very accommodating offering bowls and bottles of water for them when needed. As far as location, we you are 5 minutes from Disney Springs within 10 from all the other parks. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would love to return.
