Our family just returned from an incredible 8-day stay at your resort, and we wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. We absolutely loved the resort facilities, which catered perfectly to our needs. The staff across the board were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities provided were top-notch and truly enhanced our vacation. We also want to commend your shuttle transportation service, which was fantastic and made getting around so convenient. Moreover, our in-room dining food experience was excellent – the quality and taste were superb. A special mention goes to the breakfast – it was super yummy with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. The servers and staff in the breakfast room were particularly jolly, attentive, and genuinely cared for the customers' needs, making our mornings a delight.

The rooms were great—super clean, comfortable, and felt pretty high-end. I also have to say, the toiletries were amazing—definitely not your standard hotel stuff. The pool was a lot of fun and had a great vibe. It’s a nice spot to relax or hang out if you’re traveling with family or friends. That said, the food options were a bit of a letdown. Room service was rarely available when we tried to order, and overall, there just weren’t many choices for meals, especially if you didn’t want to leave the hotel. One unexpected highlight: the oatmeal raisin cookies at reception. No joke—some of the best I’ve ever had. Warm, soft, and perfectly spiced. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay, but it’d be even better if the dining options matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

The hotel, pool and rooms were nice but nothing spectacular. The AC in the rooms would not blow hard so it stayed warm. Our beds were really hard. I even called for a foam topper that never arrived. My biggest complaint about this hotel is their price on everything. They really stick it to you here. There were no complimentary water bottles to be given so it made you spend $4 on a generic brand water. You can expect to pay 3-4 times the price for food, adult beverages, general supplies and more at this hotel. Then they want to add $40 for self parking and $50 resort per day. I paid an additional $360 I was not expecting on top of an already expensive hotel for 4 nights.

I want to give a huge thank you to the incredible pool staff at the Signia Hotel in Orlando. During a recent visit, I experienced a moment of panic when I couldn’t immediately locate my young daughter around the pool area. The staff noticed my concern and didn’t hesitate to step in with calm, quiet professionalism. Rather than creating a scene, they handled the situation discreetly and efficiently. They spread out quickly, communicated clearly with one another, and—most importantly—helped me stay calm. Thanks to their quick action and composed demeanor, we found my daughter safe and sound within minutes. It’s clear this team is not only well-trained but also genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for their support in what could have been a much more stressful situation. Thank you for going above and beyond—I won’t forget it.

Our kids loved the lazy river and pools. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very good housekeeping that took care of all our family’s needs. And the shuttle to the Disney parks were spacious and kept on time. Would recommend this hotel to families exploring Disney.
