Top-notch service. Bravo to manager Lotfi! A wonderful hotel that exceeded all expectations. Modern renovations, a comfortable bed, quiet and tidy. The location is perfect. I want to highlight the staff, and especially manager Lotfi. He's a real asset to the hotel. His professionalism, charisma, and ability to resolve any issue instantly make your stay truly comfortable. He always makes time for guests, whether it's offering advice or helping with transfers. This is a case where the brand's expectations weren't just met, but exceeded, thanks to the people. About the hotel: everything was top-notch. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds (you fall asleep instantly!), a magnificent pool and spa area. Breakfast was a special treat: a huge selection, the freshest ingredients, and impeccable service. The location was very convenient. But the real treasure of this hotel is its staff. A special and sincere thank you to the Lotfy manager! This person is the embodiment of professionalism and genuine care for guests. He doesn't just work at the reception – he makes you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. Lotfy was incredibly attentive: he helped us optimally plan our route around the city and resolved our room extension issue in just a minute. Every morning, he asked about our plans and was ready to offer advice. His presence makes the service truly personal and warm.
