We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful resort in the Dominican Republic. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The beach is absolutely stunning — clean, weed-free, and immaculately maintained. The padded lounge chairs were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax for hours by the ocean. The cabanas are truly amazing; we rented them for two days and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The service throughout the entire day was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely pampered. The food was excellent, both at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. There was a great variety, the quality was consistently high, and the service was always friendly and professional. What truly set this resort apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. A very special shout-out to Angela from Guest Experience, who went above and beyond to take care of any special requests and made sure our stay was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, this resort delivers beauty, comfort, great food, comfortable size and wonderful service. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation with family and kids. …. We were 7 adults and 4 children. A lot of activities for the kids . This hotel is located on a beautiful beach. We spent a week in a luxury junior jacuzzi room. The room was spacious, modern, and elegant. All the bars are well-stocked, and my favorite was the one on the beach. As for the restaurants, the best are Steak, Italian, and Ocean. The best waiter is Jesus, who deserves praise and should definitely be promoted to manager. I don't recommend the buffet restaurant, especially the breakfast, and I think the management needs to be replaced as soon as possible. That's really the only problem with this hotel. Other than that, we had a pleasant and happy week-long vacation before our Christmas Marella Cruise by TUI.

5/5 stars! We booked the presidential one bedroom for us and two small kids and it was perfect. We had a full room and bathroom to ourselves and the kids had their own room with a pull out bed. We love setting up at the kids pool for the day for easy access to the lazy river and the bar. Big kudos to Ruben at the bar by the kids pool! Always excellent service there and a smile for the kidddos! We’ll be back!

The resort is beautiful. They have great entertainment throughout the day and evening, and the staff is very friendly. The downside was the elevators kept breaking, the rooms are very odd with a bathtub right in the middle which makes the space very inefficient with no privacy. The biggest downside is so much of the food goes to waste because most is not fresh and stale. The pancakes are like hockey pucks. There would be less waste if the food was fresher. We had two rooms for our family and the second room had a dehumidifier in it because the AC was not working properly. If I could make a recommendation, it would be to have one of the many pools they have on the resort as adults only.

The resort itself is modern, lively, and great for families or groups. Many staff members are friendly and hardworking, and the property has a lot to offer. The sales approach felt aggressive, and after reviewing guest feedback, the Prime package has consistently poor reviews. Many guests report that the benefits don’t match the high price or promises made during the sales pitch. Overall: A great resort in terms of amenities and location, but the experience is impacted by inconsistent service and heavy upselling. Enjoy the resort itself — just be cautious when it comes to the Prime package
