Great Hotel and value for money. Buffet restaurant has plenty of choice and is delicious. the Breeze Bar and Pool for us throughout the day. Doesn’t serve alcohol but has a great choice of non alcoholic cocktails service is exceptional. Pool area spotless. Special shout out to Wilson who is a true professional and wants his guests to feel relaxed, refreshed and well looked after.

Fabulous hotel! Booked very last minute for our honeymoon with our 1 year old and I have to say we are very impressed! The service, food, drinks, location and hotel are top class! The pool at the very back by the Breeze bar is fantastic! Right on the beach and the staff are so attentive, always bringing fresh drinks and cold cloths during the day!! A must visit during your stay!

We had an amazing time at Rixos The Palm, genuinely this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff around the pool were so attentive and keen to help with any needs. When entering the hotel, we were often met by Jimmy who was incredibly friendly and helpful, what a guy to have meet you, an absolute superstar with an incredible personality. Our housekeeping team were Manuka and Amrita, whose service was excellent. On our last full day, I made the mistake of pressing the “do not disturb” button, and after realising this they still came back to sort out our room. I could not ask for any more, they went above and beyond. The restaurants were first class, the amount of food available and the variety has to be seen to be believed. The normal restaurant has everything you could need, and there are still the specialist outlets. We used the Italian “L’Olivo” on the last night, fantastic. I was recommended this hotel by a friend, and have no problem repeating this recommendation here now. My only negative is its position on the palm, it’s right at the end so takes ages to get here or back into the city, but there’s not much that can be done about that. What it offers more than makes up for the travel.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding – the warm welcome, the friendly and professional service, the delicious food, and the stunning surroundings! A huge shout-out to Mirac for the fantastic and energetic aqua classes, and to Khant for going above and beyond with exceptional service. Providing our daughter the most creative and delicious mocktails was highly appreciated! You truly made our stay unforgettable! Also want to add Coach Irem – the fitness queen – whose warm, charming, and skilled approach made her aqua-aerobics session both highly effective and an absolute joy! Heartfelt thanks also to Bilal, who greeted us upon our check in, in the middle of the night with outstanding professionalism and genuine warmth, delivering a first-class welcome despite the late hour. To Praveem, our attentive waiter at Toro Loco Steakhouse, whose excellent service and surprising knowledge about Norway were a delightful bonus. And to Yusuf, who listened professionally and took swift action regarding a concern we experienced on our second night. At last, thank you to every single person at the hotel – from the housekeeping team, chefs, waitresses and waiters, reception, concierge, engineers, gardeners, and construction workers – who worked so hard in 45 degrees, delivering exceptional service day after day. You are truly heroes! 🙏🏼
