Just arrived a few days ago and so far every staff member I’ve met has been wonderful. I know many will feel like family by the time I leave. Today specifically Asad and Binod took care of housekeeping and did such a great job. They are so professional and from what I can tell so far they clean my room at the same time everyday, which is great as I know when to be out of the room so they can clean. From front desk, to bellman to housekeeping and everything in between, everyone has been amazing. Food has been great with many options available and 24 hr room service is appreciated. My view from the 4th floor is stunning and I get up early every morning to watch the sunrise. Just gorgeous.

Great Stay – Clean, Modern Hotel with Excellent Service! I recently stayed at the Wyndham Residences in Dubai and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean with modern, stylish decor throughout. The housekeeping team did an amazing job – our room was cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh towels and complimentary bottled water always provided. They even surprised me with some lovely decorations in the room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was definitely a highlight – great variety, fresh options, and well-managed service. The pool and beach area were also fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The location is very convenient, with easy access to taxis and close proximity to the Marina and other key attractions. Getting around was hassle-free. One area that could be improved is the lunch and dinner options. The food was okay, but the experience would be enhanced by adding more à la carte restaurant choices, some entertainment in the evenings, and possibly expanding the buffet space during busy times. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider returning!

Honestly, this was a horrible experience. When you book a hotel, the expectation is to relax and enjoy, yet our stay was the exact opposite. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts in Dubai and around the world, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. I’ve never took time to do a review like this, but this was extremely bad. To begin with, I had called your reservations team specifically to ensure we booked a room with a full sea view. We were initially planning to book a one-bedroom apartment, but the agent informed us that it offered only partial sea view, and recommended a studio instead, assuring us that the studio had a better sea view. Based on her advice, I agreed and completed the booking through the link she sent. The confirmation email clearly stated “full sea view,” so everything seemed in order—until we arrived. At check-in, the staff informed us that we were being “upgraded” to a three-bedroom apartment. We immediately asked whether it had a proper sea view, and were told it had only partial sea view. We explained that sea view was the only reason we chose the studio. He then claimed that the room we booked had no sea view at all and was located on level 1—completely contradicting our confirmation and the email communication with your reservations team. He insisted we might have booked through Booking.com, even though I clearly stated (and showed proof) that we booked directly with your team. Despite repeatedly explaining that we did not need a three-bedroom apartment—since we are only two people—and only wanted the correct sea-view room, he insisted on the upgrade and then informed us we needed to pay AED 40 for it. We had already paid all fees as per the invoice and email confirmation, and this additional charge made no sense, especially for an “upgrade” we did not request. When we reached the apartment, things only got worse. The rooms were directly facing a massive construction site, with loud noise continuing throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. The hallway leading to the apartment was smelling so bad and extremely cold—so much so that even the housekeeping staff apologized, saying maintenance would fix it “sometime,” which never happened. Additionally, during the night, both of us experienced significant itchiness, which was very uncomfortable. We are not sure if this was due to the bedding or something else, but it added even more discomfort to an already stressful stay. The next day at the beach, we were told we needed a paper from reception to get towels. We had not been informed of this at check-in. Even though we brought our own towels, the staff insisted we could not use the beach area without this paper. Instead of relaxing, we ended up dealing with unnecessary stress and drama at every step. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money.

Edna and Nathaniel gave amazing customer service. Every day they had smiles on their faces and their aura was infectious. Seeing them every morning for breakfast and in the evening brightened our day. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond every day. I highly recommend coming to this hotel, you will have an amazing experience. From the room, to the hotel, to the staff, everything is outstanding!!

I am very disappointed with this place. The rooms are very basic, and definitely not worth the price — you can find similar rooms elsewhere without overpaying. The beach is not clean, with lots of shells everywhere, which makes it uncomfortable to walk. I also tried to change my reservation dates and cancel one night, but received no support at all. The Booking.com team emailed the property, and no one responded. Communication is slow and unhelpful. Overall, it is absolutely not worth the money.
