Great Stay – Clean, Modern Hotel with Excellent Service! I recently stayed at the Wyndham Residences in Dubai and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean with modern, stylish decor throughout. The housekeeping team did an amazing job – our room was cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh towels and complimentary bottled water always provided. They even surprised me with some lovely decorations in the room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was definitely a highlight – great variety, fresh options, and well-managed service. The pool and beach area were also fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The location is very convenient, with easy access to taxis and close proximity to the Marina and other key attractions. Getting around was hassle-free. One area that could be improved is the lunch and dinner options. The food was okay, but the experience would be enhanced by adding more à la carte restaurant choices, some entertainment in the evenings, and possibly expanding the buffet space during busy times. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider returning!

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I would especially like to appreciate Ramjan from room service. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His professionalism, politeness, and genuine care really stood out. He was always quick to respond, ensured everything was perfect, and carried out his work with a big smile. People like him make all the difference in creating a memorable experience for guests. Edna and Nathaniel gave amazing customer service. Every day they had smiles on their faces and their aura was infectious. Seeing them every morning for breakfast and in the evening brightened our day. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond every day. I highly recommend coming to this hotel, you will have an amazing experience. From the room, to the hotel, to the staff, everything is outstanding!!

We had a great stay! Special thanks to Saber at the reception even though it was very busy, he was extremely professional, patient, and managed to draw a smile on every customer, including us. The room was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was the experience at Saluna Beach Club unfortunately, the staff at the entrance were quite rude and not flexible with hotel residents, which was disappointing compared to the great service inside the hotel. Overall, we truly appreciated the hospitality from Saber and the hotel team.

We stayed at Wyndham Residences The Palm for seven days, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing — especially when it comes to their Urban Bar & Kitchen (Ubk) restaurant. Breakfasts — 2/10. For the entire week, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every single day. There are scrambled eggs but no fried eggs or omelets. By 10:50 a.m., the staff already start clearing the buffet, even though breakfast officially runs until 11:30 a.m. The staff is forgetful — you can wait 20–30 minutes just to get a coffee. The food looks like it’s there, but there’s little variety or freshness. Tables are cleaned only if you ask, and even getting clean plates sometimes requires a request. Dinner — equally disappointing. The “starter and main course” meals seem to be made mostly from leftover breakfast ingredients. For example, the “Caesar salad with chicken” came with four croutons and turkey bacon — no chicken at all. We ordered drinks, waited 45 minutes, and they never arrived. After the third day, we started having breakfast outside the hotel, as the restaurant simply wasn’t worth it. Rooms and housekeeping. We even found cockroaches in the room. Cleaning quality varies: one day it was excellent — with a towel flower and a note (we left a 100 AED tip) — but the next day, the cleaning was basic and careless. Overall, management feels weak. The property itself is nice, but the service, food, and attention to detail fall far below expectations for a Wyndham-branded residence. Because of this, we decided to move to Anantara The Palm Resort, where service quality and hospitality are on a completely different level.
