We had an amazing stay and experience at this hotel, all staff were incredibly welcoming and so friendly. My 3 year old was fully entertained by all staff, who were so caring and gave him little treats, played and made jokes with him. We really felt wonderful. The food was amazing, a la carte with plenty of choice and delicious! On our last day we were surprised with a puece of cake and "see you soon" chocolate writting🙂 Special thanks to Surendra, Edna, Mita, Nathaniel and all staff, you made our stay amazing! Thank you!

The resort is very nice. The staff are very polite and accomodating and doing their best to work with what they have. The problems is that what they have is extremely limited. There is no care or personal touch in this facility and it feels very much like a facility. Very kid friendly. The pros are: It is clean, It is on the Palm. UBK has a delicious set dinner, The staff is very professional. The rooms are large, The resort itself is pretty, big Mosque nearby. Cons: very basic, tv was not working, the door was not working properly, the breakfast was meh, items that should be hot are cold like the pancakes, not much variety with buffet, coffee was terrible, same with dinner buffet at Envy, the residences partner. Basic. Hotel advertised room for 3, However the sofa did not open to a bed. They did, however, bring a bed at our request. There were dishes and flatware for 2 people. I mean exactly 2 forks, 2 spoons. 2 plates, etc. The AC is very loud sound like buckets of water being poured, disturbing my sleep on the 1st night. Its very loud lots of kids. This may be a positive for some. I think one could find much better options for the price, but if you want to say I stayed on the Palm! This is a good option especially if all you need is clean and very basic.

Surendra, Ahmad, and Hamza in particular were outstanding — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely chatty, which made the experience feel very personal. Unfortunately, Ahmad was off duty when we were leaving, but Surendra and Hamza ensured our vehicle was packed neatly and sent us off in a very warm and thoughtful manner. The reception staff were also friendly and professional throughout our stay. The conversations with the team were engaging, entertaining, and made us feel truly welcome. Hamid and Ahmad from the valet team were consistently exceptional. As we were travelling with a 6-month-old baby and a large vehicle, they always ensured there was a parking space available outside the hotel, as I preferred not to use the valet service. They were incredibly respectful, attentive, and helpful at all times. Every time I approached, Hamid or Ahmad would quickly move a vehicle to prioritise us, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the friendly and engaging conversations with them, which added to the overall experience. A special mention as well to Sagar and Rami from the security team, who were equally accommodating and supportive, always going out of their way to help us in every possible way. Please note that hot water can be a very big issue if you plan on taking a shower for more than 3 minutes. After complaining, I was told the tank will be upgraded however this made no difference

We had an unforgettable stay, and I genuinely want to thank the incredible team who made these days so special for our family. Pryanka, Nathen, Tin, Sumana, and Valentine were absolutely amazing with the kids and treated us with so much kindness, patience, and care. You can immediately feel when people truly love what they do, and it showed every single day. A special thank you to Noufal, who was simply the best, along with Saber and the wonderful lady at the front desk for always helping with a smile and making everything smooth and welcoming. Also, big appreciation to Titus, the security team, and the valet staff for their professionalism, warmth, and constant support throughout our stay. And honestly, respect to the HR team and hotel management for building such an exceptional team. Great service does not happen by accident. It comes from good people, good leadership, and genuine care. Everything was perfect. Thank you for giving us unforgettable days and memories we will truly cherish.

Fantastic pool, supermarkets for the essential within the buildings, Apartment rooms with kitchen well stocked with plates cutlery and the essentials, took our own drinks and food and used the fridge and freezer in the room. Check in was slow and we waiting longer than we would expect, room wasn't ready but we arrived early do that was no problem. Pool and facilities were great, discounts on food if you asked as there was deals for staycation residents (weren't advertised). Pool side food was very good and plentiful drinks which could be ordered through the qr and app or through the staff directly. Great place for a staycation, also noticed that it was dog friendly if that suits your requirement.
