Surendra, Ahmad, and Hamza in particular were outstanding — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely chatty, which made the experience feel very personal. Unfortunately, Ahmad was off duty when we were leaving, but Surendra and Hamza ensured our vehicle was packed neatly and sent us off in a very warm and thoughtful manner. The reception staff were also friendly and professional throughout our stay. The conversations with the team were engaging, entertaining, and made us feel truly welcome. Hamid and Ahmad from the valet team were consistently exceptional. As we were travelling with a 6-month-old baby and a large vehicle, they always ensured there was a parking space available outside the hotel, as I preferred not to use the valet service. They were incredibly respectful, attentive, and helpful at all times. Every time I approached, Hamid or Ahmad would quickly move a vehicle to prioritise us, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the friendly and engaging conversations with them, which added to the overall experience. A special mention as well to Sagar and Rami from the security team, who were equally accommodating and supportive, always going out of their way to help us in every possible way. Please note that hot water can be a very big issue if you plan on taking a shower for more than 3 minutes. After complaining, I was told the tank will be upgraded however this made no difference

Just arrived a few days ago and so far every staff member I’ve met has been wonderful. I know many will feel like family by the time I leave. Today specifically Asad and Binod took care of housekeeping and did such a great job. They are so professional and from what I can tell so far they clean my room at the same time everyday, which is great as I know when to be out of the room so they can clean. From front desk, to bellman to housekeeping and everything in between, everyone has been amazing. Food has been great with many options available and 24 hr room service is appreciated. My view from the 4th floor is stunning and I get up early every morning to watch the sunrise. Just gorgeous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Anniversary Stay at Wyndham Palm Dubai We recently stayed at Wyndham Palm Dubai to celebrate our marriage anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. A special thanks to Yin Min, who surprised us with a room upgrade — it made our anniversary stay even more special and memorable. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful throughout our stay. At breakfast, Priyanka was always welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent every day, with very good Indian food options, which we really appreciated. We would also like to thank Thura, Jiji, and Yango for their constant support and helpful attitude — they genuinely made us feel cared for. The property is in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah, with access to two beautiful beaches. The Palm Walk is nearby, making evening walks and outings very convenient. Overall, great service, amazing location, excellent food, and warm staff — highly recommended for couples and families. We will definitely visit again

We had an amazing stay, so much so, that if we had to come back long term we would, the set up of the Wyndham residences is amazing for a family of 5. Mr. Surendra, Mr. Nathaniel, Mr. Saber made sure we had an excellent stay and checked in with us daily and the hospitality of Bimale and Delip kept our room in spotless shape. Mr. Ahmed at valet was awesome and put a smile on our sons face. We had the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with a wonderful view of the Gulf. The palm is a great enclave of activities, shops and dining with easy access to downtown and the marina. The access to the shuttle was a great feature for getting out and about for the day. The boardwalk was a highlight of daily exercise and just taking in the sea air and views. There were things we didn't get the chance to do this go round, so that leaves room for another visit. The staff at the Wyndham were amazing, every last one of them were kind, helpful and a joy to interact with. Be advised, there is a major construction project taking place adjacent to the property. While guests may find it an inconvenience, it barely impacted us during our stay. The property does not have it's own pool per say but does have access to two beach clubs on the property which you can obtain vouchers for towels (included) at the front desk. I would recommend doing this earlier on in the day as the vouchers for the closest beach club can run out. Also, book your space early in the day for the free shuttle bus as times/space is limited.

Excellent Family Stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm – Highly Recommended We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm in Dubai as a family, including my wife and our 7-month-old baby girl, and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. From arrival to departure, the front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The staff throughout the property were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made us feel well looked after during our stay. Big shout out to Ahmed, taking care of all our Valeting needs. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained, providing plenty of space for a family with a baby. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the residence was consistently high. We would also like to address the construction and noise concerns mentioned in some reviews. Before arriving, we were initially worried after reading those comments; however, we experienced no issues at all with construction work or noise during our stay. Everything was calm and peaceful, so we would advise others to disregard those reviews, as they did not reflect our experience. One of the highlights of the property is its beautiful location on the Palm, offering lovely views and a relaxed, quiet atmosphere, which was perfect for a family stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and accommodation quality were excellent, and the residence felt family-friendly and welcoming.
