    We had a wonderful experience at Avani Palm View. The staff are extremely accommodating, professional, and very quick in taking action whenever something is needed, whether during the inquiry stage or on the day of the event itself. A special thank you to Hansa, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive from the very beginning of our inquiry. Her support and professionalism made the entire coordination process smooth and stress-free. On the ground, Naran was very considerate and attentive, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His proactive approach and willingness to assist truly made a difference. The team genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel supported and well taken care of. Highly recommended, we look forward to working with them again!

    We had a truly fantastic stay at Avani Palm View. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Our room was absolutely huge, more than enough space for a family of four, which made such a difference, especially after travelling. It felt comfortable, practical, and very easy to settle into. The location is excellent. Taxis are available within seconds, and it’s an easy walk to cafés and a supermarket, which makes everyday logistics effortless. The pool area is really lovely and relaxing, and the on-site restaurant was also a highlight, with great food, a calm atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff. We stayed for five nights on arrival in Dubai, and my husband then stayed an extra week for work. The hotel suited both family life and business perfectly, which isn’t always easy to find. All round, a brilliant stay, comfortable, well-located, and made even better by the outstanding staff. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Booked this place and stayed for a couple of weeks after several extensions. Upon check in and throughout my stay I was assisted by an individual by the name of Emad who helped me immensely! Very professional and accommodating he was and I will likely rebook this hotel due to the high level of customer service that he provided. The rooms are very spacious and some even have balconies. The bathrooms were very nice, large and luxurious! The staff were very attentive to your every need and would be at your door very quickly after calling for assistance.

    Wonderful experience for our first trip to Dubai with our family spent new years here also and was a great experience. The rooms are very nice, and modern high ceilings, all room amenities and toiletries needed provided. The service is very good overall all staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you and ensure you are happy with your stay. Its a great sense of calming from the busy days exploring Dubai, the breakfast buffet is calming serene atmosphere food options and quality is great, lots of healthy options also, everyone is polite and courteous. The location, the luxury and the value is a great option we appreciated it even more after wrapping up our vacation now in Abu Dhabi.
