Even after my extensive experience with GHA Discovery Titanium loyalty program, I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality. He immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Everything that followed only reinforced that positive first impression — the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the excellent location, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.     I planned just a day layover in Dubai but ended up staying 3 nights due to the attacks. All staff were very customer focussed , calm and well organised during immense pressure from so many stranded guests. Rooms were very clean- kitchenette and washing machine /dryer was a nice add on. It’s in tough times when a strong service culture shines through that make a statement about the quality leadership of the hotel and the quality of the staff. Many thanks to the Avani team.
