We booked a two bedroom, and it was very well presented, very clean, has everything we were looking for, and very warm welcome with fresh fruits basket.
The hotel in general had everything I was looking for, from nice facilities and two restaurants.
The main restaurant where a buffet was served had excellent food. The buffet is decent, and everything we've tried was very delicious. They were also great in serving the requests of my two kids who eat very limited food.
When we had a minor misunderstanding, Mr Dahood has sorted it in a very professional and friendly manner. In fact, I am impressed by his great customer service.
All the team at the reception was friendly.
I will be looking forward for next stay

Not only is the hotel beautiful, clean, and in a strategic position right on the water near the tram & the monorail to the Palm, but the team at Avani went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. So kind, thoughtful, and we felt so taken care of. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I stayed in the hotel for one night, as i had an early flight, they gave me a take away breakfast which was absolutely amazing.
Perfect location, near the metro, easily accesible.
I stayed in the two bedroom apartment, it was out of this world. The view from the apartment overlooking the marina was special. The staff in reception went above and beyond. The concierge were also very helpful on giving advice for the metro and also booking me a taxi in advance for my airport trip.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would like to thank all of the staff again for their hospitality!!!

Great place to stay! From tram and monorail stations you can go Dubai Marina Mall or Nakheel Mall. The superior room is spacious and clean, equipped with two bathrooms. What I liked the most about the room: amenities in the room made me feel like at home. After a day on the beach, you don't need to spend your precious vacation time to wash and dry your clothes, you just throw them in the washing machine and in few hours it's clean & dry. I barely met other guests except at the pool or in restaurant, so in general I would recommend this hotel for lovers of privacy and solitude. I liked the breakfast. As I needed a fitness center to renew my residence visa, there's a location in Knowledge Park in a walkable (10 min) distance. The hotel team members are very friendly and helpful.

The food was great and diverse.
And lastly the housekeeping staff were clean and arranged the room perfectly (thank you Omar and Sabin).
