    I Liked this hotel. Have stayed at many including the high end ones in dubai . The staff are helpful & efficient at reception, restaurant and pool area. Security downstairs Shiju and Fahadai are friendly & helpful. Donya, sandy peipei on reception all great. Room was spacious with kitchen. Room service for any requirements is efficient. Food in restaurant was good at breakfast and especially in evening was excellent taste and quality. Pool area was good, not massive like some hotels but large enough. Lifeguards managing pool area were helpful and service for drinks in pool area was reasonably efficient. Good location at bottom of Palm. Price was decent.

    I travel to Dubai often for business, and this is my second time staying at Avani+. I must say it’s quickly becoming my go-to hotel for work trips. The location is fantastic — close to Media City and Internet City — and getting in and out is incredibly easy. Just a week before, I stayed in the business district and it took nearly an hour just to leave the area; here, no traffic issues at all. The breakfast is decent, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities. It’s also conveniently close to areas like JBR and the Marina. Being part of GHA Discovery (one of my favourite hotel groups, which includes Kempinski) is an added bonus. Highly recommended for business travellers.

    This hotel is gorgeous. We spent a very nice time, taking benefit of the pool, the fitness room and all other services. The food at the restaurant was very good and the 2 bedromm appartment very big. The service at the Concierge was great. They helped us to find taxis when we could not find any via the Careem application. Very helpful, thanks to all the concierge team and the valets. We will for sure come back to this city which is incredible. Thanks to all of you to make our holidays great !

    It’s a hotel that truly takes great care of its guests. The service is exceptional — from housekeeping to staff assistance, there’s always someone ready to help you 24 hours a day. Whatever you need, they’ve got it covered. I was really impressed by the quality of service, the food, and the beautiful view. I received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff, especially Peipei, who was so kind and attentive. It was absolutely the right decision to stay here for my entire trip because everything was incredibly convenient.

    We had great week at the Avani+. The apartment suited us 5 great, good view on the palm and water, 15th floor was perfect! Breakfast was good, snacks at the pool great, dinner both buffet and from the menu where perfect! Service and housekeeping great and very helpful. We booked a couple of tours with Rayna Tours and Adnan Ahmed (front desk within Avani) was a great hand providing us good insides, suggestion’s and options. The city tour gave us a good overview about the sights of DBX (we moved direct from atlantis palm via monorail to the hotel). The morning dessert trip was good, the 4seater buggy experience was great! We wanted to take the opportunity for a private tour to Abu Dhabi and Adnan gave us good insights, we enjoyed the mosque, emirates palace (incl gold capuccino), lunch at the Corniche, F1 track visit, Kart drive and Ferrari World (shop), prizing was reasonable! But what made it really perfect was our driver and guide during the Day - Mammon Sultan made the trip a real experience, good inside on all sides, on time, always available to support and make things happen! Thank you Adnan and Mammon, you made it a real memorable experience.
