Overall a good hotel, but not ideal, far from a 5 star facility and expensive for what you get. Only 16 floors belong to the hotel, and the higher floors are private apartments. Positive sides: the main highlight is definitely the hotel's staffs which are well-trained, polite and professional. Thanks to each of them. Other positive side is the cleanliness which was remarkable. The rooms size, bed and facilities inside of the room are another strength. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel which make travel easy to marrina, and the monorail to access the palm (which was not working during our stay due to the maintenance). However the metro station is far to access by walk and you have to cross or walk along multiple highways. Negative sides: the hotel location as described by the hotel website and secondary reservation websites such as Booking.com or Expedia.con are miss guiding, and specifically, the word "palm view" is "wrong" and really miss guiding since there are several construction sites and unfinished towers near and in front of the hotel and there is absolutely no view of the palm. The construction sites are very noisy and you can hear them from the rooms. As well, there are several high ways all around the hotel which are also very noisy. Around the hotel area there is absolutely nothing to do and there is not even one single normal restaurant in a walking distance, the only choice is a very small food cohort (maybe 4 restaurants including McDonald's) which is located within the media center for their employees. The hotel itself has only one single Lebanese restaurant, so if you want to eat something else, you have to take a taxi or tram to go to marrina or palm which are the nearest. The pool is very small with a terrible view toward the deserted construction site and very noisy being close to the highway. So forget about relaxing at the pool side. Overall: a good experience, but with this high price you can get much better in Marrina or downtown.

This hotel is gorgeous. We spent a very nice time, taking benefit of the pool, the fitness room and all other services. The food at the restaurant was very good and the 2 bedromm appartment very big. The service at the Concierge was great. They helped us to find taxis when we could not find any via the Careem application. Very helpful, thanks to all the concierge team and the valets. We will for sure come back to this city which is incredible. Thanks to all of you to make our holidays great !

The food at Seven Seeds excellent—everything we tried was delicious, and nothing went to waste. The quality of the food is truly worth it. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which made our dining experience even better. Special thanks to Supper Club for huge discount and Mekhael for being very accommodating and friendly. It’s a hotel that truly takes great care of its guests. The service is exceptional — from housekeeping to staff assistance, there’s always someone ready to help you 24 hours a day. Whatever you need, they’ve got it covered. I was really impressed by the quality of service, the food, and the beautiful view. I received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff, especially Peipei, who was so kind and attentive. It was absolutely the right decision to stay here for my entire trip because everything was incredibly convenient.

I travel to Dubai often for business, and this is my second time staying at Avani+. I must say it’s quickly becoming my go-to hotel for work trips. The location is fantastic — close to Media City and Internet City — and getting in and out is incredibly easy. Just a week before, I stayed in the business district and it took nearly an hour just to leave the area; here, no traffic issues at all. The breakfast is decent, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities. It’s also conveniently close to areas like JBR and the Marina. Being part of GHA Discovery (one of my favourite hotel groups, which includes Kempinski) is an added bonus. Highly recommended for business travellers.
