We came to this hotel on the recommendation of our friends — and it turned out to be the best decision! From the very beginning, the staff gave us a warm welcome and check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was cozy and clean, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, full of greenery, flowers, and lovely spots to relax. There are both quiet areas and active zones, so it’s perfect for any kind of vacation. The animation team was absolutely amazing! Every day there was a full schedule of activities: morning stretching, pool games, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, and dance classes. And in the evenings — colorful shows, competitions, and live music. The animators were super friendly, fun, and brought a lot of energy. We especially loved the themed nights and the foam parties by the pool! Huge thanks to the whole staff for their care and positivity. We didn’t want to leave. This hotel is a perfect combination of comfort and entertainment. We will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were very kind and professional, and we were quickly checked in. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — including a balcony with a lovely view. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied. Every day we enjoyed different options: fresh vegetables and fruits, grilled meats and fish, international cuisine, and a wide variety of desserts. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure everything was always fresh and well presented. But what really made our stay special was the animation team! They were full of energy, always smiling, and truly passionate about their work. There were so many activities every day — morning yoga, aqua fitness, games by the pool, darts, beach volleyball, and dance lessons. In the evening, there were fun shows, live music, and themed nights. They managed to keep both adults and kids entertained all day long.

We stayed as a family and had an amazing vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. Our room was spacious and very comfortable for all of us, including the kids. The food selection was great, with something tasty for every taste. The animation team kept the children entertained while we relaxed by the pool. Everything was well-organized, clean, and safe. We really felt taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed here for 9 nights and really enjoyed it. A great family resort. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us. Especially the staff that were in charge of the kids club and classes they really went above and beyond. The highlight of our trip was the Indian chef that made us some great home cooked Indian food as that’s all our young children eat when at home. To have someone do this for you when you’re so far away from home is really touching and appreciated. I’d highly recommend this resort for anyone with a young family.

Visited with 3 adults and one 7month old and stayed in Family Garden Suit. Was a nice holiday but due to the reasons listed below would choose another hotel next time we are in Türkiye. Pros - The scenery, nature and atmosphere are fantastic. Such beautiful greenery. - Food is great, especially at the ala carte restaurants. The choice in the main buffet is very good. - The service in the ice-cream shop by Sude is fantastic. She was the friendliest Rixos employee by far! - Very good kids areas and activities. - Many sporting activities. Cons - There is a lot of sunbed "reservation" going on with towels. Even though the hotel says that it is forbidden, the towels are placed by the pool at 6:30am and the seats are still empty at 10am. - The ala carte reservation system is the worst. You can only do it for the same day between 10-17. And most of the restaurants are fully booked in the first few minutes. In 7 days I managed to book a table only once, even when I tried to do it every day at exactly 10am. Unnecessary stress that I don't need during an holiday. After we had used up 2 of our free restaurant visits you couldn't book through the Rixos app anymore. Guest relations wasn't any help here either. - Very few employees actually speak English good enough to have a basic concersation. Receptionist, waiters, barmen etc. They talk to you in Russian. I guess understandable, because the hotel is full of that nationality. - Family garden suite is a bit dated. Had problems with Aircon and housekeeping (Both issues were resolved through guest relations) - There are hidden costs: For example to play tennis we had to pay for the rackets and balls. (Bring your own gear because the court itself is free) Mini bar restocking cost after the first time. - The service in main buffet. Non English speaking employees. Many times there is no drink service or table cleaning. Had to go get our own drinks at the bar or get cutlery ourselves.
