Great place to spend relaxing time. Garden area absolutely stunning. Room we had was large with nice terrace. Cleaning lady was lovely, she kept our room well clean. My suggestion is to clean floor with water as it seemed to be only sweeped. Food a bit repetitive but all fresh and tasty. All staff really friendly even if some of them could hardly speak English but it was a problem for us. Only one person who must be changed is a lady from ice cream corner! Children were a bit scared.. Amazing entertainment each day. Nice variety drinks. We were pleased to spend lovely holiday in Euphoria Palm Beach Resort!

Room which I had was not a child friendly especially for toddlers. There was any kind of lock on the front door so he easily could open it. Also, the balcony's fence was very dangerous for kids because of the big holes there. Room was not very clean even after 'cleaning'. We all had very dirty feet waking without any shoes on. The manager was no very kind for us (we are Polish and asked for an iron which they didn't give us).I had a feeling that Russian people are treated better than the other nations, especially on a main reception. What is more, we had a food poisoning. I guess it was because of meat so generally after that for the rest of the days we didn't eat anything there. In general hotel is all right because of the huge area itself, beach front, a lot of space for children for playing and a number of pools but I am not sure if I would recommend it or go back there in the future.

- Hotel located about 100 km from the airport, a 2-hour bus ride. - Hotel staff do not speak English, catering mainly to Russian guests. - Rude and unhelpful reception staff. - Rooms are spacious but dirty, with mold in the bathroom. - Food is monotonous and not very tasty. - Beach loungers are packed closely together with no possibility of finding a secluded spot (no separate umbrellas, the shade is provided by a sheet stretched along the entire length of the beach). - Pools are small and extremely crowded. The slides are small and boring. -We were exhausted during our one-week stay. We sincerely do not recommend this hotel.

We are on family vacation here at the moment. If you want to spend your holiday waiting on queue for everything everywhere, this hotel is your place. The food is not bad, but the buffet is very badly organised, there are no forks and knives, the staff does not speak English and it is hard to get what you need. This is not your hotel, if you are wine and coffee lover. Also, the alcohol is local and not good. The environment and the gardens are well kept, but on the beach there are a lot of stones and is not suitable for children. Definitely, we would not come back here ever again!

It's a large place, there are lots of pools with people. Nice and friendly workers,good and clean rooms. Snacks very tasty and good. A nice beach with good weather.Food buffet is great too. Free drinks all inclusive. Many activities too.A lot of entertainment. Recommended 💯👌🏽
