We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 😊 The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. The guest relations team was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The kids’ club was fantastic – our children had so much fun and were well taken care of. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely love to come back! 🌟

We stayed at this wonderful hotel with our family and were extremely satisfied! The Kids Club was absolutely fantastic — our children loved the activities, games, and the care provided by the animation team. The Guest Relations team was always ready to assist with any request, very polite and attentive. The SPA center is a true oasis of relaxation, with high-quality treatments and a calming atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied — there was always something for both adults and kids to enjoy. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping the room clean and cozy. The sea was clean and warm, and the beach was well-maintained and comfortable. We will definitely return! Many thanks to the entire hotel team for an unforgettable holiday!

We were there at the end of May, beginning of June (2025), after the bad reviews we were a little afraid, but we didn't need to see that everything was being improved every day. We liked the evening shows, the food and the friendly attitude of the staff, the pools. We would definitely go again. I would recommend plastic plates for babies in the main restaurant. Maybe they can figure out how to improve the entrance to the sea!

The adrenaline-pumping water slides, lazy river, and splash zones kept us entertained all day long. After working up an appetite, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food options available. From mouthwatering pizzas and fresh salads to juicy burgers and ice-cold smoothies, each meal was flavorful and satisfying. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a lively atmosphere made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excitement and great dining in one place!”

Extremely Disappointed – Zero Customer Service I’ve sent two emails, filled out the contact form, and tried calling the hotel over a dozen times – yet I’ve received no response whatsoever. It's been incredibly frustrating trying to get even the most basic reply. For a resort that claims to offer a family-friendly experience, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Customer service is at its poorest. I expected far better from a place like Astetia Family Resort Side. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend booking unless you're happy to be ignored if any issues arise.
