We stayed here on September 15, 2025 and we have an amazing experience. The place is so clean and with complete amenities. Very good place to relax and unwind. The place is well designed for family and for handicaps also. They provide wheel chair when necessary and have accessible paths even on the amenities area. Staff are all friendly especially Jayvee who assisted us from reception, to the restaurant and until we are settled in our rooms. We are grateful he arrange with Clariza to upgrade our room. The food is excellent with lots of selection and service staffs are well organized.

I came to stay with my family me my husband and 2 young children. We had the most amazing tune. We didn't want to leave! The food was amazing and the variety was so good. The children's club was great my kids were in there every day! The pools were all so nice. We will definitely be recommending this resort to others and will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic staff. Really good and enjoyable hotel and holiday. They upgraded me and my family to a family room for free which made our life soo much easier with two children. Arrived late the first night so they offered complimentary room service which was fantastic! The staff are very approachable and helpful. Always willing to help no matter what the issue is. Really good hotel for children and there's lots of things for kids to do here. Ismail from concierge was really helpful at bringing my luggage and helping me check out. Guus cleaned our room to such a high standard and left two towel swans on the bed which I thought was really nice and thoughtful. Farooq and Rajendra from the food hall always spoke us to nicely and helped us with our food and kids. ALL the food hall staff were amazing but I can't remember all the names. I wish I could name everyone but every single Interaction I had with ALL the staff was very nice and polite. They should all be named. I would also like to thank Abhilash, Krishna, Shafi and Paul for helping me when my airport transfer was late. I will definitely come back here. Exceeded my expectations massively.

recently stayed at Bab Al Bahr and overall had a good experience. The hotel has a beautiful location with direct beach access and nice views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, though some areas could be a bit better maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, making it great for a proper workout during the stay. It’s clean and not too crowded, which I really appreciated. And I really appreciate Marve’s help cuz she helped me alot. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with access to a good fitness facility, Bab Al Bahr is a solid choice.

Thanks to the front office team, our stay was amazing. The location was peaceful and convenient. My family really enjoyed the swimming pool and kids’ area as well. I would also like to mention Athar from the bell desk team, who was very helpful throughout our stay and made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!
