Such an awesome place. Highly recommend the tented rooms over looking endless desert with animals wandering and a private pool. Beautiful! Riding camels was so fun and the falconry show was amazing. Pablo was on point as were all of the other staff. Outstanding customer service. So glad we made last minute plan changes and did our last night in Dubai at this desert resort.

The hotel was an amazing experience. The ladies and gentlemen of Ritz Carlton went above and beyond to make the stay special. Right from the check-in, Akshay made us feel welcome and was very quick to guide us to the room. A very smooth checkin experience. Niraj was very friendly and gave some great recommendations while dropping us to the room. Fred who was the guide of the nature drive was especially awesome, and made the trip even more memorable. Breakfast was another highlight, very friendly team! While not all names have been mentioned, all staff were very pleasant and friendly.

EXCELLENT staff wow this entire customer service really blew us away- from every employee knowing our names, to their incredible generous attitudes we are absolutely stunned by our experience here. Shout out to Pablo for always being so friendly and driving us around on the cart. I will recommend this hotel to ANYONE and everyone! Absolutely 5 stars- it doesn’t get better than this!

A beautiful resort even when the weather is hot, and the staff are very kind. The club sandwich was super delicious—I loved it! It was light and tasty. The reserve has gazelles, and honestly, even the kids had a great time. The pool was clean. 💯 💯

A magical stay! The villas were gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast buffet incredible with offerings from around the world and the kindest of service. Spa experience- perfect. Thank you, Stella for the tour and hydro spa experience recommendation. Thank you, Rosette for the best 60 minute massage I’ve ever had. Loved waking up and slipping into the private pool and watching the wildlife at sunrise. The falconry shows were great and the grounds extensive. We would love to come back.
