Great stay at Mövenpick this month. Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location close to the beach. The rooms are clean, the service is attentive, and the food quality is consistently good. The beach area is well maintained and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Robert who works at the beach. He was very friendly, helpful, and always created a positive vibe. Small details like this really made the stay better. Would gladly come back again.

We celebrated New Year at the hotel and stayed for a total of 8 days. Overall, our impressions were mixed. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the staff are polite, but it feels like it lacks a certain warmth or soul. We were staying as a large family (11 people, 4 rooms), and our request to be accommodated as close to each other as possible was not taken into account. We were all placed on different floors and in different buildings, despite having booked back in October and clearly stating our preferences in the reservation. At breakfast, coffee took a very long time to arrive, so it was often easier to get it ourselves. The food was generally tasty but rather repetitive. For some reason, the layout of the buffet stations (salads, desserts, fruits, hot dishes) was changed every evening, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it didn’t quite feel like a true 5-star hotel (we have something to compare it with). There is construction around the hotel, with cranes visible on the horizon. The noise can be heard even at night (we slept with the balcony door open). There isn’t much area for walking nearby, apart from the promenade. In winter, the hotel building casts a shadow over the beach starting from around noon, and it gradually moves across the beach, blocking the sun. The pool is heated, but it remains in the shade for most of the day. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, clean, and bright.

Great hotel. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. Multi-activity courses for adults and children. A great kids' club where you can leave your child from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. I would like to mention the staff Sharifah and Shakira, who made my stay here unforgettable, and my family and I are happy. The only one remark is that there are many hotels under construction around, but this does not mar the rest in any way and does not affect it.
