Great hospitality and customer service. Quick reception and luggage management. Very clean room and facilities. Restaurants are very clean and great customer service. Excellent swimming pool and supervision. Nice park and play area, kids really enjoyed the play area and play zone inside the Hotel. Well maintained gym.

I would like to share my admiration for the official at the restaurant that I recently visited. He was so good that he created an unforgettable visiting experience.
First of all, I would like to mention his exceptional attention to detail. He was attentive to my every need and provided instant fulfillment of any request. His professionalism and attentiveness certainly brought very positive emotions to my dinner.
In addition, his knowledge of the menu and recommendations allowed me to consciously make a choice from a variety of dishes. The official was happy to share information about the ingredients and preparation of each dish, which added some charm to my food.
It is also important to note the speed of service. The official kept a perfect balance between being unobtrusive and being ready to help at any time. My food and drinks arrived quickly, with a cup of coffee held in my hands at an express pace longer than just to make it.
Overall, my impression of the restaurant was extremely positive thanks to the amazing service from the official. His attention to detail, knowledge of the menu and cheerful nature created a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I am sure that I will return to this restaurant and visit it again, and this is based solely on the excellent service that I received from the official.

Rooms are beautiful, breakfast really varied, lots of activities for kids, Benyamin at the pool area was also really friendly.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at the resort. The service was impeccable, and despite the hotel being quite full, it remained peaceful. The hotel itself is splendid and impeccably clean, with excellent gym facilities. The staff were charming and always ready to assist. I would like to express my gratitude once again to Nitesh from the restaurant Management and Ali and Sydney from the concierge. We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you all again soon!

We had a delightful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the team went above and beyond to decorate it perfectly upon our request. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our experience at Ula restaurant was wonderful—the food was delicious, and the staff demonstrated excellent knowledge of food safety. The room dine-in service exceeded our expectations, with the team preparing the food exactly as requested. Additionally, a manager called after check-out to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel!
