The hotel was very well located and everything was within a short driving distance. The hotel was very beautiful and the pool services and outdoor activities in the beach was really good. Only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of facilities in the spa. There was no sauna or steam room or jacuzzi. Other than that everything else was really good

I really liked the hotel! The food is excellent, there is always chicken, beef or fish to choose from, in the morning they fry eggs in two places so that there are no long queues. There are pleasant, helpful staff everywhere, from the housekeeping the guys at the beach bar. Would like to mention the entertainment in the morning and afternoon. You can play water polo in the pool or take a water aerobics class taught by James! It will set you up for cool and active work and give you a boost of energy for the day

We had the best ever time at this resort! When we arrived, Muzammil at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, we knew that the level of service was going to be top notch here.
We went to the beach house for lunch a few times and the service there was also amazing and the food was delicious.
Ula beach & restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and maybe one of my favourite part of our stay.
On the last day, we went to the buffet where Supun was our waiter, he was so attentive, helpful and so friendly.
Our stay was just so easy, comfortable, the resort and the room was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely we returning in a few months.

Best experience ever! Greeted with such warm hospitality from the start and got offered an upgrade. Such wonderful service and many amenities in the resort, such as cafe, restaurants, pool, beach, arcade and access to Ula beach club.
The only issue we had was the main pool. It was not deep and was filled with kids all the time. They should really fix it as it’s a resort and most people go for the pool experience.

A distinctly average hotel.
The pool is only waist height so impossible to have a proper swim.
Food in the buffet restaurant is average, poor choice and limited variety.
Staff are lovely but I feel sorry for them, they are better than the hotel.
This is not a 5 star offering.
