Had a great staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming (and the signature cookies were a nice touch 😊). The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing break. The hotel is well-maintained and has a calm vibe, making it ideal for a short getaway. What really stood out was the outdoor pool area with multiple pools, and the water park was absolutely fantastic! The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave—it’s definitely a big highlight for families. The breakfast was also good with a decent variety of options. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable staycation. Highly recommended, especially if you’re visiting with kids!

My stay at the DoubleTree in RAK had some positives, but several issues prevented a higher rating. The hotel is not animal‑friendly, and there are unnecessary restrictions that create avoidable stress for guests. Simple solutions — such as allowing a signed waiver to heat leftover food purchased from room service — would immediately improve the guest experience. A hotel should simplify a stay, not complicate it. The food experience also fell short. The chicken Caesar salad was not on par with the consistent quality offered at DoubleTree Dubai, and the waiting time for food was unacceptably long. These are basic operational areas that should be aligned across all branches. As a single mother of two, I value empathy, attentiveness, and understanding just as much as facilities. The only person who truly embodied these qualities was AlJamal at check‑in. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to support me and set the tone for my stay. Her service was exceptional. With improvements in flexibility, food quality, and service timing, this hotel could deliver a far more seamless and guest‑focused experience.

Had a fantastic stay at this beach resort in RAK! The property offers a beautiful beachfront location with plenty of amenities for both adults and kids. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, so it never feels crowded, and the mini water park was a huge hit with the children. One of the standout features is the variety of dining options. With seven restaurants on-site, there’s something for every taste, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The resort is well-maintained, family-friendly, and offers plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, enjoy the pools, or indulge in great food, this resort delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Ras Al Khaimah!

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to Hirosh and Zeyana from the hospitality team for their outstanding service. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendly approach really made a difference. Overall, excellent hospitality and a memorable experience. I’d definitely recommend this resort and would love to stay here again.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island during the Eid Al Adha holidays. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dirt and debris in the corners of the room, and I had to request housekeeping to come and clean it again. The baby cot provided was also not clean, and I ended up cleaning it myself before letting my child use it. To be fair, the hotel was very busy due to the holiday season, and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The waiters and restaurant staff were especially wonderful with children and made a genuine effort to keep families comfortable. The food quality was acceptable and there was a reasonable variety as part of the all-inclusive package. However, the water park facilities felt old and worn out, and many of the public restrooms had toilets with non-functioning flush systems, which was disappointing for a resort of this category. Overall, while the staff were one of the strongest points of the hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance standards did not meet my expectations. As an all-inclusive family holiday destination, there are better options available in the UAE, and this would probably not be my choice for a future stay. Pros: * Friendly and helpful staff * Excellent attitude towards children * Acceptable food quality * Good all-inclusive concept Cons: * Room cleanliness issues on arrival * Dirty baby cot * Aging water park facilities * Poor maintenance of public restrooms Would I return? Probably not.
