Amazing stay at this amazing hotel! All the staff were absolutely brilliant from the Receptionists, Chefs, Waiters, Drink Bars, Towel Staff, Lifeguards, Porters and Cleaners (probably others I may have forgotten). The service was quick and spot on with a smile at each time. Special mention to Nan & Blessing during meal times who went out of their way to make our meal times such a pleasant experience. They made us and our children smile so much and brought them strawberries and a cake to say thank you to us! Another special mention to our cleaner Venkata who always made sure our room was cleaned thoroughly, on time and always checked in with us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you to these three special staff members but also to everyone else who made our stay an unforgettable holiday with lasting memories! The views you get at this hotel are breathtaking and you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing hotel for kids and adult but alot for the kids to do. Hotel is immaculately clean everything from the beach to the pool to the gym was kept to a high standard. All inclusive food was amazing too so much to choose from and different theme nights. The staff all went above and beyond! Every single one was friendly from the lifeguards to the check in staff to the diner staff etc. Wha in the al marjan restaurant stood out to us the most as she really gave us her time and was so friendly and efficient. She is such a kind person. Thank you to all other staff too.

We booked the ultra all-inclusive package, which was supposed to offer a bit more, mainly access to the à la carte restaurants. That part was nice, but it quickly became repetitive as the buffet food rarely changed. The desserts were quite boring and not really child-friendly. There was also limited fruit usually just watermelon, grapefruit, and banana and the masala tea was always served cold. Cleanliness could have been better. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. They also hoover outside the rooms quite early in the morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, expect to be woken up. There’s not much to keep kids entertained during the day, and you even have to pay for ice cream the only free option for children is a yellow lolly. Service on the beach is minimal; you have to go to the bar yourself for drinks, which is tiring when you have a small family. There aren’t any special privileges or seating areas for ultra all-inclusive guests either, which makes the upgrade feel a bit pointless. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but definitely not what I expected from an ultra all-inclusive resort. With a few improvements in food variety, cleanliness, and family-friendly services, it could be much better.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island and had an amazing experience. It is truly a great resort for families, with so many fun activities for young children including the kids’ water park, play areas, beach, family pools, and the excellent kids club which our children absolutely loved. The whole atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. A special mention to Lava from the front office, who went above and beyond to help us during check-in. He handled an issue we faced with exceptional professionalism and genuine care, turning what could have been a stressful moment into a smooth and welcoming start to our stay. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out and should be commended. Thanks to Lava and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning soon.

This has been an excellent holiday for myself and family. First time here and we will be back! The rooms are fantastic for space and amenities. All the restaurants are greats excellent t choice of food and service. We particularly loved Meze (big shout to Antika excellent service and personality who was always happy to accommodate all our needs) and our fav place at night the Anchor ( especially our kids favourite person Fiona she was always warm and bubble and very friendly with great service. Her staff alongside her were great!
