We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree Marjan Island. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a deluxe room with direct garden access, which was perfect for traveling with a toddler. It made it easy for her to move around and enjoy the outdoor space as garden whenever she wanted safely. The resort is extremely family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The heated pools were great, especially during cooler hours. There is a well-sized park, a bouncing castle, and a water park that our toddler absolutely loved (we could use it togetber with our toddler). The beach was another highlight. Very clean, calm, and ideal for families. A small but thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the welcome cookie on arrival, with gluten-free options available. In fact, gluten-free options were easy to find across the resort, which shows how well they cater to different dietary needs. Overall, it was a relaxing, fun, and very comfortable stay, especially for families with young children. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly resort getaway.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. The property is clearly geared towards families with young children, with a focus on the quantity rather than the quality of food, and offers limited appeal for adults seeking a more relaxing or refined experience. While there was a wide selection of food available in the buffet-style restaurant, the overall quality was poor and largely tasteless. We were also concerned by the lack of adequate supervision, as guests were observed handling food and returning it to the display, presenting a potential hygiene risk. Following our complaint, we were offered discounted rates at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants, which we found to be of a much higher standard and could not fault. Housekeeping service was consistently very late throughout our stay. Our room was never serviced before 5:00 pm, and on one occasion not until 6:30 pm. On a particularly concerning occasion, while the room was reportedly being cleaned, the maid had stepped away and left the door propped open. During this time, other guests entered our room. Fortunately, we were on the balcony and able to intervene; however, this raised serious concerns regarding guest safety and security. The hotel advertises the provision of toiletries; however, these were not supplied as promised. Our shower gel was never replenished despite numerous requests. Overall, the hotel may suit guests seeking inexpensive food and alcohol in a family-focused environment. However, based on our experience, it falls short in terms of service standards, hygiene, and guest security.

The Hotel is very good and I can recommend. Compact, not too big. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room Cleaning Sara- very good job, very helpful and very good cleanliness. The only think that hotel should work on is the swimming pool sunbeds. It should not be allowed to „book” a sunbed with throwing the towel at 6am in the morning. One towel across 4-5 sunbeds and ppl not showing until midday. Then ppl with small kids cant sit by the pool stairs as all is booked before sunrise 🤦 Sunbed chasing shouldn’t be the case in 5 star hotel…

We had brunch last night at Sanchaya, and it was absolutely amazing. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and did not disappoint. The cocktails from the bar were absolutely fantastic—every sip was a delight. From the beginning, we were escorted by a lovely lady in a grey suit (apologies for forgetting her name). The experience continued smoothly with the attentive and professional manager, Mr. Kamal. The service provided by Yola, Ashna, and Haggaris was excellent—very attentive throughout. We loved the atmosphere and the overall vibes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms are extremely luxurious, spacious, and perfectly clean. The pool area is very enjoyable and relaxing. We came to Hilton Dubai based on the recommendation of Meltem Erbay, and we would like to sincerely thank her for the recommendation as well as for the warm welcome and reception. A special thanks also goes to Mary for the amazing animation and entertainment — she constantly kept us amused and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was absolutely top-notch. This definitely will not be our last stay here.
