A very very very nice hotel. The service and facilities are great. The spa is very relaxing and the beach facilities like the donut boat and jet ski are available. The restaurants within the hotel took special care of food allergies, the chef (chef Salman) himself cooked and served the allergy friendly food resulting in a great great great experience.

Beautifully designed rooms with soothing sound of waves and high end amenities. Services are top notch. Big territory with a restaurant surrounded by the sea. Big beach with sun beds, cabanas and swings. Very pleasant staycation for a couple.

Great weekend escape from Dubai. Booked with Club access and if you do too and want to use its benefits fully check-in by 3pm to get tea and cakes and evening drinks and bites.
If you are looking for a quite time to relax and enjoy the pool and facilities and breakfast. Club access is worth it. The pool is quite without kids playing around and tve crowd of the hotel.
The pool and beach are closed for access towards sunset so be mindful of that when you plan your day.

This hotel does not provide the services expected from a hotel of this level. I was delayed in receiving my room keys until 3:40 pm even though I had completed the check-in process at 2:50 pm. They also do not answer the phone, and one of my attempts to contact the hotel services took 35 minutes. Instead of apologizing, they said they were overwhelmed with calls. Well, I have stayed in many hotels during event periods and have never encountered such an incident. Additionally, the quality of the food here is bad; I believe it's the worst from my personal experience. Also, there was a smell of rust in the sink faucet.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the open buffet variety was also very good enough. They have like 4 restaurants at ur choice. The staff is friendly.
Just their outdoor area could be organized in a better way. It’s still nice, and there are like 3 swimming pool, but it doesn’t feel cozy. And the shape of the hotel building itself is done in a way that no single balcony has privacy, which is for me big downside.
Kids club was good, they have pretty good program of kids activity
