We recently celebrated a birthday party at Pullman Al Marjan Resort, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning — elegant, luxurious, and perfectly set up for a memorable celebration. The staff were exceptional, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. A very special thank you to Sara, Shadia, Yahia, and Jaleel. Their dedication, kindness, and flawless coordination truly made the party unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we deeply appreciate their efforts. Thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so special. We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel resort al marjan island. Everything was comfortable, clean, and very well organized, which made our family trip truly enjoyable. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff, and a special thanks to miss Wissal. She was extremely kind, professional, and very friendly with our kids. She made them feel welcome from the first moment, and she helped us a lot during our stay with anything we needed. Her positive attitude and genuine care really made a big difference for us. Because of her and the overall great service, we felt at home and truly relaxed. Highly recommended for families, and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Unexpected stay and service at Pullman Hotel. I have booked 1night standard room and when I reached at the hotel the lady upgraded me with two bedroom appartment. Which I dnt understand why two bedroom while its only 1 person staying. The ac in the room was not working i had to call them to fix. There was also a bad sewage smell. So I have asked them to provide me with the same room I booked. After changing the room it was already late after midnight I woke up early because of the construction outside which was too noisy. I couldn't sleep, so I asked for late check out and they are not willing to provide that they said the latest is 12:30. The staff at the reception are not really helpful for everything they say NO. Breakfast i have asked upon checkin the lady told me a reasonable price for 1 person. When I checked in diff room at night I changed my mind and asked them I will have the bfast and I had 1 guest coming over in the morning for bfast, they totally gave me diff price very much higher. This is a very bad service they providing there is no compromising at all. Am really disappointed and I dnt recomand anyone to book in pullman ras al khaimah.

We had a wonderful stay, and Naveena at the reception was exceptional, she kindly accommodated our request for a beautiful balcony view. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The concierge team was equally accommodating and attentive. The location is perfect for a relaxing escape away from the city noise, making it one of the best hotel locations in Ras Al Khaimah. Just a small note: toiletries and bathrobes need to be requested in advance, as they are not placed in the room by default. Breakfast was okay, and overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel Pullman and had a great experience overall. During our stay, we had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing—very tasty and it truly reminded me of my childhood. Special thanks to Zuhair, who was very professional and attentive with the service. Big appreciation to Sous Chef Achraf, who personally brought the food to our table. The restaurant manager, Zakariya, was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more special. Many thanks as well to Saed at the reception and Mahmoud, who was very helpful and always ready to find solutions. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and delicious food. Highly recommended!
