I don’t say this often, but this place has truly touched my heart. 💛 Currently staying at Pullman Marjan Island in room 307, and I honestly can’t stop smiling. From the second I walked through the doors, it didn’t feel like just checking into a hotel — it felt like being welcomed home. The reception team greeted me with warmth and genuine care, and I thought, “This is special.” But that feeling didn’t stop there. Every person I’ve interacted with — whether it’s the support staff, restaurant team, or housekeeping — has been absolutely amazing. Not just polite, but truly kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every little detail. The food? Delicious. The service? Flawless. The vibe? Calm, comforting, and full of heart. 💫 It’s a bit bittersweet knowing the hotel is going into renovation soon… but one thing’s for sure: I’m coming back once it reopens. Places like this are rare — and I’m so glad I found it.

I recently stayed at Pullman Resort, RAK, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly greeted with a smile. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and any special requests were handled promptly and professionally. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with Ms. Alexandra—from the front desk to the restaurant and concierge—was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining, which really enhanced my trip. The amenities were top-notch as well. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals with great variety and customer service was great by Ms. Christa. Overall, my stay at Pullman was wonderful. The service truly made the difference, and I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The service was fast and attentive — they made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive thank you Ahmed for your amazing service ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. You can really tell they care about quality. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again

Nothing great. I understand that hotel is getting renovated, however basic services were missing which doesn't need fancy painting, decor or anything. Checking took 1 hour 5 min precisely and I again understand that it was Eid Holiday, then hotel should be expecting the crowd. No prep on this, you just let guest wait in the process. I appreciate for giving upgrades to 2 rooms out of 3 room. Room was clean, 10/10 to housekeeping team. All day dining was a mess, complete chaos. Service staff is clearly overwhelmed and in dinner time, no supervision. The team did their best, to interact and provide service to all guests. Breakfast was even chaotic but I could see lot of supervision from leaders. which was good. Food quality needs major improvement. Except Arabic dishes, everything else lacked flavors. Overall, it was an average experience. Will I come back? may be not and may try other closer by hotels. Wishing Pullman all the best after renovation.
