We spent one week here during the autumn holidays with two families (each with two rooms), and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere very relaxing, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. One thing to mention — our friends had booked via TUI and received a 20% discount on food & beverage, while we booked through DERTOUR and didn’t get this offer. The hotel explained it depends on the tour operator, which is fair enough, but it still felt a bit disappointing since we were here together. Apart from that, everything was perfect. A special highlight for us was the housekeeping service – truly outstanding! The room was cleaned twice a day, everything was spotless, and the little towel sculptures (swans and more!) were such a lovely touch. A big thank you to our housekeeper Thet, who took care of us so wonderfully throughout our stay. He really made the difference – attentive, kind, and always with a smile. I would also like to highlight the housekeeping service in the evenings. Shiva did an amazing job every day – towels were folded beautifully, everything was perfectly prepared, even the charging cables were neatly coiled. Such attention to detail and genuine kindness made a big difference. Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at the resort. Amazing beach front rooms and nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff. Jordan did a fabulous job with the kids club (which the girls 9 and 6 loved) and padel. Pappu was phenomenal looking after our rooms for the duration. Best housekeeping ever had!! We’ve stayed at many Anantara resorts and this one did not disappoint especially if you want to have some time doing as little as possible.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was nice, but what really made our visit special were the people working here. Every single staff member we met was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the reception team who greeted us with a smile, to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, and the restaurant servers who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed – everyone was just outstanding. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of, and I truly appreciated their warmth and professionalism. We would like to name especially Elson, Saad, Derick, Saqlain, Divya, the young lifeguard from India and the lifeguard from Egypt. All of them have made special memories for us! Thank you very much for all your effort!!

It was a lovely stay. They were in a high occupancy when we stayed so we have to wait til the standard check in time, 3pm. My boyfriend celebrated his birthday in the hotel (Anantara properties as his bday tradition) and we enjoyed our stay. They have us some birthday amenities and staff are so lovely. Special mention to Ibrahim, villa host who dedicated his time to assist us. We dont like the view on the initial stay but they did their best to move us to a better one with special participation of duty manager, Saeia. Thanks Anantara another wonderful stay! ❤️

A special thank you to Arwa front of house manager and Vira, who went above and beyond to support us with our group check-in. She handled our full day event and everything smoothly, professionally and with a genuine smile. It made me so proud to see a fellow Tunisian representing our country with such elegance, kindness and professionalism. She made us feel welcomed, cared for, and everything was perfectly organized thanks to her. The hotel itself is beautiful , but the warmth and service from the team, especially Arwa, made all the difference. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.
