Great hotel for families and couples. I stayed with my husband and we had a wonderful time here. Everything is perfect from the beginning till the end. Hotel decorations are very beautiful, rooms are newly decorated, big space, big balcony with sea view. Beach right in front of the hotel with sun beds, towels and water. Three swimming pools, one for kids, one mix and one 18+. Restaurants are good, gym is good. Also has a spa. As well there is a tennis 🎾 court and you can play for free anytime. Service is great. All staff is very professional and doing really good job to make guests happy. From the door men, to reception, to house keeping, to staff on the beach and in restaurants and everywhere else. Very very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great Place. Second time here now and the service is fantastic, all the staff make you feel special.
Rooms, beach, pool area, spa, not to mention the breakfast - all is a high 5 star experience. Well worth the 60-90 minutes drive from Dubai.
Children are much appreciated, they have their own buffet area for breakfast as an example.
Signature cocktails in the bar, different price levels of restaurants, but all with high quality.

My family and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for the weekend. We arrived on Saturday (Mid Afternoon) and we were greeted by the amazing valet team that assisted us with our luggage and then led us inside to check in. While we were checking we witnessed a falcon show outside and also were able to pet the falcon and also hold it on our arm. The front desk were also very kid friendly as they had a small check in area for junior visitors and it kept the kids entertained during check in. When we got in to our room it was clean and tidy and our luggage was already there. Then we made our way to the pool and they had water slides for children and they were very fun to go on and everyone in the family enjoyed it. The breakfast was also very quiet and calm and all the food was fresh and hot and they had a live egg station and pancake station. The beach was also very nice. However the pool was not heated and was very cold. The trip really was amazing and can't wait to go again! I really recommend going as the Staff is amazing and the quality of the room is amazing.

Excellent hotel - this is the best all round stay I've experienced in UAE so far (even better than other hotels at far higher price points). We were very well looked after.
Attention to detail is noticeable and the hotel is particularly great for families with many awesome activities for kids.
The service in the restaurants was the only downside, the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed at times.
However, the hotel is absolutely exemplary, one of best in the UAE considering the value of the stay. Thanks for the great holiday-we'll be back!

Very nice hotel, the pool and the beach are amazing and the staff is extremely helpful. The one thing to be aware of is that the restaurants are a bit too expensive. I found Azure restaurant to be the less costly option. You can also leave the hotel and go to restaurants in the area. Al Hamra mall is very close and has good dining options.
