It’s an average hotel.
Location is ok and the staff are amazing!
All inclusive but with a few conditions. No coffee in the room and not allowed to bring drinks to the room, the funny bit is, the room has a fridge but with only one bottle of water and like I said, not allowed to bring any drinks to the room.
The room for 3, a double bed and a single sofa that converts into a small kids bed.
The shower/bath is quite small, I’m 5”6 or 1.68 and I feel a bit tight in the shower.
The all inclusive drinks is what expected for an average hotel, not very special and got to pay for them after 11pm.
Loads of families with kids so not a good place for couples.
Avoid the peak hours at the main restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will be packed.
Expect a bit of delay on the lifts to upper floors, too busy and sometimes only one lift working.
The location is good, not far from Rhodes town, 20min away. It’s on the east side of the Island so you don’t get to see any sun set and gets darker quicker than the west side of the Island.

We stayed 10 nights. Everything was perfect. We were supposed to stay at Evita Bay resort (not good) but luckily we moved here. Beautiful beach, excellent service, friendly staff, amazing food. Highly recommend!

I had a two week Holiday last summer. I really enjoyed my stay in Pegasus Hotel deluxe part. Very clean, nice and comfortable. Sea view and spacious. The manager Natalie very helpful. Food fantastic cooked by the professional staff and very helpful staff all around. Very nice and funny also the animation team. The weakest point in that hotel is the spa. Watch out they can put you very unpleasant situation.

The good things:
Beach - we could always get sunbeds, whether we got there at 10 AM, noon or later in the afternoon. Also, it's sandy, nice views, nice stretch of water for swimming. Water sports options close by for those who seek that sort of thing, and also was useful for us for a pick up location for a daily cruise.
Restaurant/food - Quite a nice selection of food for each of the main meals, and overall the quality was more than satisfactory. Everything from various meats to various veggie options. Although some more healthy options would be welcome, and there are some weird offerings, e.g. onion rings for breakfast.
The bad things:
The room - First of all, we were tricked by TUI - they just mentioned a "Superior" room, while the hotel has two types of those, ones with "mountain" view and others with sea view. Of course we got the cheaper one, which was not the sea view one. First of all, that is the most basic room, I don't know what it is supposed to be superior to. Sleeping in the street, I guess? Second, there's no mountain, it's just a vaguely hilly area, what you'll be actually looking at is: 1) the parking lot; 2) the main road. And that road will keep you awake at night if you dare to open the window. The twist is you will need that window, because the air con doesn't work. Temps were in the high 30s all throughout our stay, and there was note one single day when the air con worked properly. Just blowing air, in quite a noisy way. So it's a choice between not being able to sleep because of the traffic, or because of the air con. The superiority of choice really shines through. We did complain a couple of times, and to be fair they did respond fairly quickly by sending maintenance - but whatever they did and tinkered never amounted to anything, so we were left sweltering.
Also, no, real, room cleaning. They changed our sheets and towels when we asked them, but we noticed no vacuuming or dusting being done. The lady was quite keen to enter the room though, as she asked us every day about "room cleaning" even though we left a "Do not disturb" sign. On one incident she just entered the room while we were still inside.
Also just remembered I had to remove the see-through curtain we had on our window as it was letting in light which disturbed our sleep. This was one set up between the dark curtains and literally blocking them, very strange.
Others:
Staff - overall everyone we spoke to and who served us was pleasant, but you can see they are working in a building with hundreds and hundreds of guests and everyone seems a bit dead behind the eyes. The restaurant stuff is also a bit overeager to take your plate sometimes, even while you're still eating.
Drinks were all right, but quite subpar compared to food quality and choice. Also didn't like no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Overall, with a better room I'd have had a much nicer experience I think. While I was at the beach, or at meals, I had a nice, relaxing vacation. But every night was honestly torture and I have no wish to go back.
