We had a deluxe sea view room. The room was nice, spacious, cleaned every day. The only thing that bothered us was the longer journey from the room to the reception compared to the cheaper rooms. It is not a front sea view, but only a side view of the sea. Throwing toilet paper in the trash can is unpleasant. One day we came back from the beach in the evening and found that there was no running water in the room. Nowhere was there any warning at the reception, no information. They told us at the reception that there was no running water in the entire hotel and that we should be patient and that we would buy overpriced water in the hotel store. such behavior is unacceptable, the hotel did not solve this situation in any way, I would expect them to bring water from the store for each guest or at least provide water for flushing the toilet. The hotel didn't do anything at all, didn't inform the guests. The water started working in the morning, so we could finally take a shower. food and drink - gyros, pizza, pancakes, waffles excellent. Drinks at the bar are also great. For the first time, I experienced that the drinks in the all-inclusive package were really good, as were the lemonades and draft beer. Ice cream really bad - chemical taste, you can feel the powder on your tongue. For breakfast, mix eggs from powder. Everyone chooses something for lunch and dinner, but quantity is more important than quality here - for example, the moussaka is really bad. My boyfriend had stomach problems and had to stay in the room all day. The pool is great and we never had a problem finding an empty sunbed either by the pool or on the beach. The beach has coarser sand and more stones than I expected but water shoes are definitely not necessary. There are often large stones in the water, the sea is clean. We had a rental car and preferred a sandy beach elsewhere. Checkout was at 11 am, departure at 4 am. It was not possible to use the shower because apparently a shower reservation was required. renting a car through the hotel without any problems. we made a reservation at the ala carte restaurant, where they later told us that they had probably made a mistake at the reception and we have a reservation for another day (the day after the end of the stay). Fortunately, there was an empty table. The restaurant was half empty. Food excellent.

Our stay at a hotel was a deeply disappointing experience. The most alarming issue was the lack of sanitary practices in the kitchen and dining room. I witnessed staff clearing dirty dishes from tables and then immediately using the same unwashed hands to set new tables. This is a basic hygiene breach that is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that serves food. Additionally, some members of the hotel staff were neither friendly nor helpful, which only added to our frustration. Our room was in poor condition—rundown and in dire need of maintenance. It felt neglected and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, most of our group fell ill after eating at the hotel. This was likely due to the aforementioned sanitary issues, making our stay not only unpleasant but also unsafe. Some other issues: shower was leaking, TV was not working for 3 days Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The management needs to address these serious hygiene concerns and improve both the facilities and staff training. Until then, I would advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

The animation team are completely amazing and the bar staff are great and don't get me started on the food was 10/10 absolutely great. I had a two week Holiday last summer. I really enjoyed my stay in Pegasus Hotel deluxe part. Very clean, nice and comfortable. Sea view and spacious. The manager Natalie very helpful. Food fantastic cooked by the professional staff and very helpful staff all around. Very nice and funny also the animation team. The weakest point in that hotel is the spa. Watch out they can put you very unpleasant situation.
